Volume 1 #The infamous dark Alpha is my bodyguard# "I Blair, the third princess of Neblon, reject you as my Alpha..." She trailed off, No sooner had she said those words did she feel an excruciating pain in her chest that made her clench it hard.  Sad tears flowed down her cheeks as her gaze landed on the man whom she had loved with all she had, in despair. She was ready to leave everything behind for him, she was ready to forego her title as the princess... All for him and what did he do to repay her? He betrayed her. He betrayed every single trust she had for him, he shut her out of his heart like trash, and he treated her ruthlessly like how he did to everyone around him. She would have respited him the moment her eyes fell on him, she would have treated him like the animal he was but she was too late.   "I don't want you either" His heartless response came afterward, he hadn't even been fazed by her rejection.    Blair chuckled, she was laughing at her carelessness, her stupidity, her rash decision... She dragged her family and kingdom to hell just because of him. She was sure that Neblon would never forgive her, and her family would never forgive her for what she had done. -Volume 2- #The dark Alpha's salvation#   She wanted revenge on him, for destroying her life, killing those who were dear to her and those that were killed innocently. Out of everyone in the world, she hated and resented him the most.    "You are not my wife" He softly spoke, his gray eyes gazing at the hard hands in front of him. He knew the owner of this hand and he wanted her to reveal herself.    A taunting smile lingered on Blair's lips as she threw away the veil. She pointed the dagger close to his neck and pinned him to the large bed.      "Just who I thought it was" He breathed out as he stared into her eyes. Zephyr wouldn't have thought that she was this determined to kill him. She ruined his wedding by switching places with his bride just to have him killed. Chapter 27: Thief

She walked slowly through the market with her head slightly tilted, to avoid encountering the gaze of anyone.

Agnes held her hood firmly to her head as she strolled towards the nearest store to obtain the last item she needed for her potion.

Even though she knew in her mind that she didn't have enough to pay for the goods, she considered using another tactic.

"one bottle of sea salt, please," she asked the middle-aged woman.

"Alright, let me get it for you" She replied as she rushed into her shop to pick up the object.

Once the woman was out of sight, Agnes took a look around to see if anyone was watching. She looked aside, then forward, behind, and realized that the coast was clear.

Everyone was busy with their sales, they hardly had time to check on another person.

She gently fiddled with the shells in the woman's basket and began tossing them into her bag- like a professional.

She didn't stop there, she picked up many marine objects. And when she had finished, she strapped her bags on her arms and tightened them firmly so as not to get caught.

Just then, the woman emerged from her shop and passed the bottle of salt to her. Agnes paid for it and smiled at the woman.

She left hurriedly.

The woman's face contoured in confusion as she watched the young woman twist into the sea of people hurriedly. Seems like she was in a rush to get out of the market. The woman chuckled.

However, her smile didn't last when she turned her head to the bronze bar in front of her.

Magically, the bronze bar started oozing out smoke. "Eh?"

The woman wondered what happened as she gazed at it. Finally, it turned into a rotten fish in her hand.

Darn it!

"Thief, thief! Seize her!" The woman yelled in anger.

She grabbed hold of her stick and began to chase the woman with a black hood.

The young guys in the market also ran along with her in order to stop the thief. They might as well receive some remuneration- for food if they got hold of the thief.

"Where did she go?" They abruptly paused to ask one another, because the thief had taken a swift turn that neither of them knew about.

"Over there" They pointed and ran in that direction.

Agnes breathed with relief as she watched the people chasing her race in the opposite direction. She couldn't believe that her heart was pounding wildly in her chest a moment ago.

She had never done something like this, and it was just the situation she found herself in, that made her steal the woman's goods.

She took a quick glance at her black bag and immediately felt sorry for the woman, she thought of returning it, but she refrained and pre-mediate about the consequences of her actions.

The woman would collect the money and beat her, so there wasn't any use.

"Hey" she heard a whisper behind her and she turned to look at the man that just saved her a while ago. How could she forget her savior?

"Thanks for your help. I need to get going" she bowed her head and spun on her heels to start running away.

He grabbed hold of her bag and pulled her back, she nearly collided with his chest. "Not so fast" The man sighed,

"You would have to give me something in return for saving you. You do know that what you did wasn't an easy feat. If you should get caught, you would go to jail"

He told her, Agnes shook her head in pity for herself. She knew people like him and what they expected of women when they had their fingers around them. If only he wasn't the one who had saved her.

And If only he was a gentleman that didn't want anything in return for saving her.

**

A while back, his hazel eyes had been watching her since she moved into that woman's store. He gently sipped the drink in the jar as he continued watching her.

He saw the older woman get into the shop and the younger lady tossing the goods into her bag. He smirked.

'What a learner' he thought. If she wanted to steal something, she wouldn't have done that.

Perhaps, she had forgotten that there were plenty of eyes in the market.

Then, the woman arrived and handed her the sea salt. The man had thought that the young woman would run away with it but he was surprised when she paid for it.

She began to leave the place hurriedly, at that point, he knew that something had gone wrong. He glanced at the woman to see the bronze bar turn into rotten fish.

He laughed. 'Somebody is about to get caught' he thought as he vanished from his seat to help the young woman out.

And here they were.

"What do you want from me?" she asked, straightforwardly as she had no time to waste.

The man's lips curled up. He closed the distance between them and gently grabbed her chin, compelling her violet eyes to look into his hazel ones.

"You know..." He trailed off. His hands going to loosen the rope of her dress.

"Yes," She grimaced. She instantly wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him down to her level since he was taller than her.

She smacked her lips on his and began to kiss him hungrily, she sucked, bit, and dragged until his lips became swollen.

The man's eyes widened, he would have never thought that a woman that looked so innocent could act like this. He was astounded at his outrageous request at first but then the woman did nothing to protest and just threw herself into him.

He tried as possible to catch up with her pace.

'Easy' he thought.

She didn't hear him as she continued to explore his body. And Within five minutes, she was done with him.

"I hope I satisfied you enough" She breathed heavily as she did the rope on her clothes. "Let this be our last meeting, I don't want to see you again" She spoke, staring directly into her eyes to tell him that she wasn't bluffing.

The man didn't get a chance to retort as she had created a portal with her hand and jumped into it.

"Wa-" he wanted to stop her but she was gone.

"I don't think so" He muttered under his breath. He raised his hand to remove the mask he had on his face and a beautiful face was revealed.

Thick and defined eyebrows, chiseled jaw, and prominent cheekbones. His long lashes created a shadow over his hazel eyes and his lips were pale pink.

'I need to find her' He thought to himself.
