The infamous Dark Alpha is my bodyguard

Volume 1 #The infamous dark Alpha is my bodyguard# "I Blair, the third princess of Neblon, reject you as my Alpha..." She trailed off, No sooner had she said those words did she feel an excruciating pain in her chest that made her clench it hard.  Sad tears flowed down her cheeks as her gaze landed on the man whom she had loved with all she had, in despair. Why did it have to be like this? She had thought of living a simple and beautiful life with him alone. She was ready to leave everything behind for him, she was ready to forego her title as the princess... All for him and what did he do to repay her? He betrayed her. He betrayed every single trust she had for him, he shut her out of his heart like trash, and he treated her ruthlessly like how he did to everyone around him. If she had known, she wouldn't have fallen for him. She would have respited him the moment her eyes fell on him, she would have treated him like the animal he was but she was too late.   "I don't want you either" His heartless response came afterward, he hadn't even been fazed by her rejection.    Blair chuckled, she was laughing at her carelessness, her stupidity, her rash decision... She dragged her family and kingdom to hell just because of him. She was sure that Neblon would never forgive her, and her family would never forgive her for what she had done. -Volume 2- #The dark Alpha's salvation#   She wanted revenge on him, for destroying her life, killing those who were dear to her and those that were killed innocently. Out of everyone in the world, she hated and resented him the most.    "You are not my wife" He softly spoke, his gray eyes gazing at the hard hands in front of him. He knew the owner of this hand and he wanted her to reveal herself.    A taunting smile lingered on Blair's lips as she threw away the veil. She pointed the dagger close to his neck and pinned him to the large bed.      "Just who I thought it was" He breathed out as he stared into her eyes. Zephyr wouldn't have thought that she was this determined to kill him. She ruined his wedding by switching places with his bride just to have him killed. He must praise her.   "I won't let you off, I told you" She bellowed.  -Volume 3- See to -Bride of the shadows-

Chapter 28: Silly

The young boy blinked at the man who was glaring at him and a sweet smile was engraved on his lips.

"His name is Daniel. That's my little brother" Florida introduced as she came out of her hiding place.

They all watched as the little boy started climbing up Zephyr's legs and unto his lap and he sat there, his violet eyes staring at the man's face in awe.

Unsure of how to react, Zephyr glared at him.

"Take your little brother away from me because I might toss him out of the window, I'm not so good with babies" He explained with a grimace.

The little one had started stepping on his pants and was using his hands to grab zephyr's cheeks.

Florida and Blair smiled. She then urged the girl to take her brother away, however the little one was bent on staying with the big man.

Daniel clung to Zephyr's neck like a koala, giving no space for him to be pulled away.

"Hey" Zephyr shouted, trying to startle the little boy but unfortunately for him the boy giggled and began pulling zephyr's hair.

'Oh no' Blair panicked, she also rushed forth to get Daniel away from Zephyr.

Suddenly a great portal appeared on the wall, pulling everything in the house toward it, as a strong wind was blowing on the faces of everyone.

Florida knew that Agnes had already arrived, she was panicking inwardly.

she had no idea how Agnes would react when she saw the elderly people with her.

She wished she had listened to Agnes- never to open the door. Now, Agnes would definitely be mad at her.

Zephyr instantly grasped the princess with his free hands, when he saw that she was being blown away by the wind. And Blair also grabbed hold of Florida, to prevent them from entering into the portal.

A loud thud was heard next and the portal closed abruptly. Everything returned to normal in the house.

Agnes groaned while sitting, her hands stroking her buttocks, which she used to strike the ground, and a small hiss escaped her lips.

It always happened every time she activated the portal, she had never landed safely.

She slowly stood up from the ground and turned around to face the people in her house.

"What a grand entry" Zephyr spat as he let go of the princess.

Blair steadied her feet against the ground and assisted Florida as well.

Agnes frowned upon hearing a male voice in the house. How did he get in? She asked herself.

'That silly girl must have opened the door' she thought in her mind.

She darted a deadly glare to Florida and the girl gulped.

Yet, Florida gave an awkward smile as she walked to meet Agnes.

"Mother, you are back" Florida hurried to collect the stuff that Agnes went to buy from the market.

"Yes, I am. And what did you do when I left?" she asked, squeezing the girl's ears.

Florida yelped in pain. "I told you not to open the door, didn't I?, you would have put your brother and yourself in danger" She spoke with a frown etched on her face.

Agnes knew that the world was not friendly to their kind, every time a witch was caught, they were always burned in the middle of the city.

And people didn't want to know whether they were good or bad, they thought they were all the same and it wasn't true.

Agnes and the others were good witches who helped people instead of causing them harm.

"It's alright Agnes, it's just me" Blair interrupted her from causing the girl further pain.

Sighing, she let go of Florida and ordered her to take her brother from there, to another area, to play.

When the little ones were out of sight, Agnes's legs found their way to the princess and she hugged her. "It's good to see you again Blair" She softly spoke.

"Hmm" Blair nodded. Agnes told her to have a seat while she went to fetch water for them.

She returned with three glasses of water and placed them on the table, Blair stretched her arms to have a cup, likewise Agnes.

While Zephyr remained rooted to his seat. Not bothering to have a drink because he didn't trust the woman.

Agnes placed the cup on the table and glanced at Blair.

She commenced with their conversation, "The last time Helen visited, I was out of Neblon, is it for the same purpose that you visited?"

Blair didn't need to question how Agnes knew before she even told her. That was a power the witch possessed.

She gently placed the cup on the table, "Yes" she replied curtly.

"To be sincere, I am not even sure of what is happening to you... But all I know is that when you sleep, your soul wanders around" She disclosed.

Her feet padded across the room to where Blair was seated, she gently tilted the princess's neck to see that the mark had vanished.

She then undo the zip on Blair's dress to glance at the large imprint.

Agnes shook her head. Sadly.

Blair's eyebrows furrowed, unable to comprehend what Agnes meant. "What does that mean?" she voiced out.

"Let's go out to talk" She offered, hesitating to state an important message in the presence of the man.

Blair had seen her glance at Zephyr a while ago and she knew that Agnes wasn't comfortable by his presence.

"He's my bodyguard, there's no need to hide things from him" She clarified.

After some time, Agnes reluctantly agreed, "Fine then, as I was saying, your soul wanders around. How and why it happens, I don't have a reason for it but I can assist in stopping those nightmares you have"

She glanced at the princess's face which was laced with worry earlier but then replaced with a little smile, "That would be great, I don't have a good time in bed because of those nightmares"

"Okay then... Your palm" She trailed off, wanting to proceed with the steps as soon as possible.

Blair stretched out her arms again and placed them on Agnes's lap. She watched the witch hold her hands and close her eyes.

A blue crystal bead appeared to the bewilderment of Blair and it slowly disappeared into her body.

She didn't feel as though something entered her.

"Done, you won't have any strange nightmare again" She said shortly after the bead had entered the princess.

"Thanks, Agnes"

As if realizing it, she immediately questioned, "By the way, I forgot to ask, are those your children?"

"No" she responded curtly.

"Then why does the little girl refer to you as mother?" curiously, she asked

"It's a long story, to cut it short. Those two are also a descendant of the great witch. I found them stranded on my way to Neblon and decided to assist them. Ever since Florida has been calling me mother because she saw me as one"

"You didn't think I would have given birth so soon, did you?" She questioned with an arched brow.

Blair chuckled, "of course not"
