D POV

Her pretending to be Bea was Bea's idea?

What kind of b*llsh*t is that?!?

"And why would she do that?"

Nagkibit-balikat lang si Bella.

"Ask her kapag nakita mo na sya. Tutal hindi ka naman naniniwala sa kahit anong sabihin ko."

Tumayo na sya.

"Excuse me..."

Bella POV

Tumayo na ako at lumabas ng kitchen.

I walked all the way sa labas ng mansion.

Pakiramdam ko hindi ako makahinga.

Sinalubong ako ng malamig na hangin ng Tagaytay.

I shiver a little pero hinayaan ko lang.

Lumapit ako sa railings.

I lean on it and let out a huge sigh.

D POV

Now I'm sure of it!

Sadness

Yun yung nakikita ko sa mga mata ni Bella.

Sobrang saglit lang kaya kung hindi ka nakatitig sa mata nya hindi mo makikita.

Why didn't I notice it before?

Bakit may dahilan ba dati para titigan mo sya?

I remember last night.

She was crying, hugging herself so tight and kept saying Nana, the one who took care of her and Bea.

She looked like a lost child.

Ibang-iba sa Bella na kilala ko kapag gising.

Ibang-iba sa Bella na akala kong kilala ko.

But does it really matter?

Mas importante na mahanap ko si Bea.

Until I'm sure that she isn't at fault kung bakit hindi ako sinipot ni Bea sa kasal namin, hindi ko sya papayagan na umalis dito.

I call my trusted friend Stefan and ask him to find Bea.

I tell him the real situation and of course that everything I tell him is confidential.

I'm in the terrace outside my room while talking to him.

Nakita ko si Bella sa baba.

Could it really be possible that I was wrong about Bella?

Then that would mean that Bea and her parents lied to me.

Why would they lie?

Mabait si Bea.

She's the type of person who wouldn't even hurt a fly.

And her dad is an outstanding businessman.

And their mom?

She regularly holds charity events and she put up a foundation for disadvantaged kids.

While Bella...

Well she's known as the life of the party who never runs out of men to flirt with.

That's her.

That's Bella.

Bella POV

Habang nakatanaw ako sa Taal Lake ay nag-isip-isip ako.

Kapag nahanap na ni Damon ang kakambal ko  ay itutuloy ko na ang matagal ko ng balak.

I took a deep breath.

Somehow my decision brought me peace.

It's time to live my life as me.

But for now...

I'm gonna have to continue living a lie.

Ano ba naman yung isang linggo?

I took one last look at the lake and put my mask on before heading back inside.
