As the daily lives of the people of the Village were going on, Shou and Sasuke were ambling down the street.

There was no expression on Shou's face but his mind was in deep thinking.

A small smile bloomed on his face, thinking about Ino. He didn't had any romantic feelings towards her obviously, he was just viewing her as a child as any other older person.

Sasuke spoke to Shou,

"Hey Shou… Why didn't you reject her..?

It was evening. Shou and Sasuke entered the Uchiha Compound and then parted their way to their respective home.

As Shou was walking on the path to his home in a comfortable pace, his eyes were looking slantly towards the ground. Well, that's what anyone would have thought.

But, Shou' eyes were at looking something clearly different, something that other people aren't allowed to see.

A gleeful smile carved itself into Shou's face. Happiness itself bubbled from the core of his soul.

Now that's what I'm talking about..! The rewards are enormous! I'll have no need to be extremely emotional to unlock my Sharingan. And I will get enough Chakra to sustain the Two-Tomoe Sharingan, at just the mere age of five..! Ah… I'm starting to love this…

A restrained and somewhat devillious chuckle started escaping from Shou's lips.

If anyone would have seen Shou chuckling like that, they would surely think that the child is possessed by a demon.

Fortunately for Shou, the path on which he was walking was not bounded by houses, but was bounded by walls on which the Uchiha Symbol was drawn.

Well even if any Uchiha would've seen him, except for his mother and father, Shou wouldn't have cared as they would be dying in a few days.

The time limit is 3 days and the failure is death, which is really obvious… But the cause of death isn't specified… It may be Itachi, Obito or the system itself… I'll just assume that it will be Itachi or Obito, which means that the massacre will happen in just 3 days..

Shou's pace increased and his chuckle stopped, with his smile gone from his face as it had never been there before.

His thoughts drifted to Sasuke's mother, with whom he felt a special connection and Sasuke himself, whom he began to consider like a brother.

His eyes took a sad tone.

Shou didn't specially felt something towards Itachi and Fugaku, with whom he had have a lot of interactions. He just felt a minimal amount of sympathy and pity towards them. He controlled his emotions. He knew that needlessly feeling strong emotions towards someone leads to no good. But, there are some cases when even he can't control his emotions, such as the case with Mikoto and Sasuke.

After a short period of time, Shou finally reached home.
