The Completion of Thomas’s Time Machine 

Uncle knew very well how much love Ai had for Quinn. So, he understood that she was so compelled to say that. However, he disagreed with her point.

"I think having a life without a hand is even worse than death. Do you wanna see your son in pain for his whole life?

Ai remembered the time when the same discussion was going on between her and the Prime Minister. That time, she understood the Prime Minister's farsightedness and why he was saying that.

Now, she was at the Prime Minister's place while uncle was at her place.

The first time Ai's response was so confusing but heart-touching.

"Uncle, he is not a single soul. I have an emotional linkage with him that's strong enough that just after his soul will come out of his body, my soul will also come out following it".

The uncle was already confused as to whether Quinn was abnormal or not. Now, Ai's words were more confusing him. He considered it a total injustice to deprive any human of his body part just because of his protection.

So, he accepted himself as unable to resolve that matter and left everything on Ai. She thought the whole night about that and made a final decision.

Quinn had hit Thomas's head so hard that he had to stay at the hospital for a long time. Doctors had told spies that Thomas's wound was so close to the brain that it could also affect it. So, he would be kept under observation for the next three days. Then, he would be discharged.

Moreover, they told spies that Thomas would have to relax for a month. So, his body returned to its normal position.

After three days, Thomas became much better. He wanted to look over his pending matters. However, he became so depressed when spies told him about his condition. They made him realize that he should rest for a month. Otherwise, he could be sick for even his whole life.

He was so excited for time machine completion and taking Quinn with him, but he had become helpless. He considered time travel risky for himself in that condition. So, he decided to stay for one more month there to efficiently take Quinn to the future and get the rays' energy back with the assistance of Sam.

Finally, the time machine had been completed, and Quinn was eligible for time traveling.

Scientists were unable to control the time machine. They were worried if it got damaged or went to another time on its own.

But they considered their work completed and went on leave, locking the time machine in the lab. Unfortunately, they made a big mistake. They didn't inactivate the operating system, which meant the time machine could still accept commands.

The next day, two men were passing from Thomas's lab. They had traveled so far, so they sat outside on a bench for the rest. They were exactly near a window that was close to the time machine.

The men were having a serious discussion. One of them was so depressed about his fortune. He was so ill not by any simple disease but due to covid-19. He was reported to have that three times.

His partner was convincing him to have a social distance for his and others' protection. However, he was just focusing on a single point.

"Why do I have any social distance? Nothing much worse can happen to me. I feel like moving large amounts of dirt. I even hate myself. I should be instantly killed so the whole world will be saved from me. Otherwise, I'll kill my own and will also be a killer of other people".

"My friend, don't lose hope. Why don't you go towards positivity? You should be happy to feel that you have defeated covid two times and will do the same this time."

His partner was constantly convincing him, but he wasn't satisfied.

While imagining something, he said: "How great if I can go back to the time when the covid was not introduced to the world. I contacted scientists and asked them to resist this disease before it affected anyone. So, the whole world will be saved".

"I wish I could go back to December 2019."

The time machine was activated. It detected and traced the voice. Those words reached the operating system as input. That sent the information to the processor that processed the information and allowed action.

So, the alarm rang with the acceptance notice.

"Command accepted! You'll reach your destination after 3 hours."

Then, the time machine on its own moved to find the user. (The user was considered that man because he had unintentionally spoken the words considered as the command by the time machine).

The time machine tracing that man moved out of the window on its own. It went close to that and stopped to allow him inside.

The other notice was received.

"User found!"

"The system is activated to take you to your destination."

"Sir, please move inside."

"The fuel used for the first time will be doubled as half will be used in boosting all parts."
