The bronze age

Many generations had lived and died in the stone age, and hundreds of years had passed and with tribes flourishing and the Jackrixis expanding out to the greater world. Now, with 2 big inventions, the bronze age was ushered in.

The first was a written language that spread quickly and was encouraged by the gods this was the same language they spoke. The same as their creator english, so now they could send tablets to each other about another rixis mother.

But overall, this helped spread and better protect information and allow the tribes to start naming things and themselves. They did this all ready, but this was now in stone and gave it more legitimacy and weight to the clans and tribes names.

The second invention was one of the most famous in existence, which was the wheel that was made by a group of blues at the suggestion of a rixis. The young lady wanted an easier way to move her stuff, and she didn't want to hold all her expensive pots in her hands as she may break them.

So the Blues went off and tried to find something that could help the lady's plight, and it came in an obvious way. They watched a group of young and bored rixis males rolling logs down a hill and would pick up speed and then crash into the ground below.

The blues noticed that the smoother more round logs seemed to stick to the ground more and weren't as eratic. They wanted to prove this by trying it out on stone and boulders in which they enlisted the help of the Crimson Guards to move.

They came across the same problem the smoother and rounder stones moved quicker and had more stability than those with charper edges and shapes.

This led them to cut a log until it was smooth and connect them with fibre rope and adding some sticks so things wouldn't fall off. This worked but wasn't that efficient, so they cut the logs again and hollowed them out, and added some sticks inside to support it. They then attached the wheels with a long stick, and a platform was attached for the items to be put. It also had 2 handles so they person could pull them along, and this all together took 1 year of study, building, and planning.

The young lady received her new tool and tested for a week and was estatic at how much easier transporting goods became. After this, the invention exploded, and everyone wanted these now named carts for everything from moving hunted animals to building supplies.

A well-known member of the Mountain Slammers discovered these carts and could instantly see the benefits. Of using them in the mountains and began running back to his home.

With how useful and desired these carts were, it was impossible to keep a monopoly, and the creators didn't want to. So soon, carpentry became a useful profession that could make a good living, making carts.

Another use of the new writing system was that the gods ordered the Apexian order that a pillar of strong stone be mined with it being 10 meters tall and 5 meters wide. They would then position it within their tribe and carve the names of the legends that lived during the stone age. From scholars and tribe leaders to heroes of wars and loyal followers of the gods.

Many familiar names would be on their such as Heliosad,Cracked claw,Naga far seer, Temdrek,Gendrul,Black blood, Berry, Grit, Grat,Quick switch,Venadra,Demaran, and many more.

These were just some of the Jackrixis and Blues who helped push the raves further and helped with their survival and prosperity.

As for their creator, he was currently in a bit of a mood, being both happy and sad.

"Why did he kill himself he could have lived for easily another 10 years"-Jack

Jack was actually on Lundum mundi near the tribe Heliosad built that now was a well respected tribe in the area.

Next to Jack was the god of order Themis who sat beside him while watching a group of insects move on the ground.

"Well, Jack, it's quite simple. The gift and curse he received made him both brilliant and cruel. So when he found a few things he truly loved and cared for, he left after completing his duty"-Themis

"But his kids were still alive, and he could have invented many more things"-Jack

"Yes, but they wouldn't be as great as the big breakthroughs he already did at most he would make small improvements. Even with your new candidate skill"-Themis

"He was who he was, and that was a builder he didn't care to hunt in the jungles or battle the hidden enemies lurking in the darkness"-Themis

"He did what he needed to do l, protect the rixis during the wave and give them better technology and push them forward"-Themis

"It just seems like an unnecessary loss"-Jack

"Well, you can't escape from losses. There must be a balance, and the people you want to live forever may die young"-Themis

"Yeah, you're right he did his job and left on his own terms and will have his name stamped into history"-Jack

"In the end, they're mortals. Jack, they may have longer lives and be stronger than their peers, but they will fade sooner or later"-Themis

"I know, but I'm still going to try my best to treat them like people and not insects. I think I'm nihilistic enough at this point. It's no fun living like that"-Jack

"Indeed Jack a lesson even I have to learn and grow past, pessimists just want to know what happens but are frustrated they can't have that control of the world and its refusal to be shaped by their screwed world view"-Themis

"I don't think I'm smart enough to understand half of that, but yeah, don't be a downer right"-Jack

"Something like that"-Themis
