They Have Returned
Although Su Ruan had assured him that she was alright, Long Fei was not convinced. Later, he snuck out of the house and went to look for Su Ruan at her grandpa's place.
Long Fei stood close enough so that he could look at her window. He watched as the bright room turned dark and finally sighed, knowing that his girlfriend had gone to bed.
He thought of her panic attack earlier but could not figure out what was going on.
Other than walking around the town center with her cousin, Su Ruan did not seem as if she had gone somewhere else or met anyone special.
Then, what was that feeling? Why would Su Ruan panic?
Long Fei could not help but worry. He wished that the bond would let him read Su Ruan's mind instead of sharing her feelings. Wouldn't things be easier that way?
