Ceaser: Mother Frame? Yes I've heard of it. It's some super secret weapon the WG is working on. Only the guy Vegapunk and some die hard WG loyalist are involved in the project.

Ryan: The location?

Ceaser: I don't know. I only it's very close to the redline. Not even marines are allowed to be in the jurisdiction of the island. Only CP0 and some special group of big shots are on the island.

Ryan: Tell me all the known location's of the research facilities you've been too. As well as all the one's Vegapunk is most likely to visit.

Ceaser immediately began to list a group of location's of several islands and research bases of the WG.

Ryan: Send him to the research island with Indigo and Acier.

Ceaser: Acier. The maker of pure gold Acier?

Ryan: that's right now go.

After ceaser left everyone looked at the list of islands as Ryan tapped his finger in thought. Then Carina asked

Carina: You seem worried about this Mother Frame. What is it exactly to have you so worried.

Ryan stopped taping as he said

Ryan: This sea has three ancient weapons. Poseidon, Uranus and Pluton. Pluton is a giant ship. The location is ironically in the hands of one of the Emperors. However that person doesn't even know he's sitting on a gold mine.

Lucci seemed to think of something as he said

Lucci: It's in Wano Kuni right captain

Ryan: That's right. That's why I had you all look for that person in Wano. You see those Poneglyph Stones are made in Wano by the Kozuki family. That idiot Kaido killed Kozuki Oden. The person who helped Roger read the Poneglyphs and get to the final island. And his kids went missing after he died but sadly Oden never passed on the ability to read the wordings to them. Thus only two individuals in this world can read it. Nico Robin and Kozuki Sukiyaki. Kaido and Orochi thought they killed Sukiyaki but he survived. Now he too waits and hopes for the day that his daughter in law foresaw. He's also the only person who knows the route to Pluton. If we control him we gain the favor of the Minks who are loyal to the Kozuki family as well as Pluton.

Kumadori: We better step up investigation Yoi Yoi.

Ryan: It's not to serious I just don't want others to use it against me sneakily. Poseidon Arlong should know who it is

Arlong: Princess Shirahoshi

Ryan: Thats right but for her power I really don't put it into my eyes. Freezing the sea and those Sea kings become useless. Lastly is Uranus. For this I don't know much about it. I only know that Roger and Shiki fought once because it was said Roger obtained an Ancient Weapon. I don't know if this is true or not but after that Shiki had a rudder in his head. But if there is an equivalent to Uranus it would be Mother Frame.

Kuro: The WG is working on creating their own ancient weapon.

Ryan: Thats right but it's not complete. However they are probably pushing Vegapunk to focus on this matter with our actions and strength

Shiryu: So if we find Vegapunk we find Mother Frame.

Ryan: Correct but that also isn't easy. Vegapunk the crazy guy split his brain into several different parts. The original Vegapunk. Then there's Shaka, Lilith, Edison, Pythagoras, Atlas and York. I don't know if they all have knowledge of this project or which one will be where.

Kuro: Well there's six places we'll just split into teams and attack them all at once. Carmen, Carina, Desire, Eddy, Jango, Sham, Buchi, Gambia and Khalifa are to stay here.

For this no one spoke. It wasn't that these people are weak. It's that the positions they hold are to important. Thus unless absolutely necessary Ryan did not want them to fight. Of course Sham Buchi Gambia and Jango are body guards for the important people.

Kuro: Wolf, Fisk and Blueno are to stay here and maintain defense. Bear King, Honey Queen, Vector, Nate, Jeremiah and Hyruden are a team. Gin, Fukurou, Kumadori, Shawn, X-Pac and Tesero. Hancock, Bartolomeo, Weevil, Road Dogg, Hunter and Billy Bob. Van Augur, Arlong, Vlad, Enel, Kane and Franklin. Lastly me, Lucci, Kaku, Simon, Shiryu and Garfield. We'll leave at night and use the secondary boats as cover to fool the marines for a while.

Ryan: Because it is nothing. Years ago a group of scientist banded together to conduct research. They called themselves M.A.D.S. Vegapunk, Ceaser, Judge and Queen. They are the leaders. In terms of skill Judge is second to Vegapunk.

Shiryu: He can actually compare to Vegapunk?

Ryan: Like Vegapunk he's also mastered cloning. His children are like a weaker version of Serephim. They have a strong exoskeleton and healing ability. Most importantly the soldiers of Germa are all clones who only know how to fight and die for Germa.

Van Augur: Clones? Wouldn't that mean he's got a huge expanse of troops at all times.

Ryan: thats right. Most Notably he's the one guy I know who has the best chance to recreate Vegapunks research. So if we can really grab Mother Frame

Vlad: Let him finish the work that Vegapunk was doing and then obtain our own ancient weapon without clashing with Kaido.

Ryan: There's also the Pacifistas and Automata.

Enel: You want him to study the Automata and make something entirely new from them.

Ryan: Yes and no

He pulled out a drawing. it was a rough bullshit drawing but most of them understood this is a suit of armor with the ears of a cat.

Ryan: I want him to make this for some of you. Especially Hyruden and Wolf. No one will clash with you two and will choose to dodge and take advantage of your slow reaction. This. Is a special suit that can not only take damage but deal it back.
