New interest (part two)
The princess proposed a little game of chess for them to play which she gladly agreed to. She won every game they played, it was a given that she would emerge victorious as mind games were something she did every day of her life for many years.
"You are so good," he complimented having found someone who bested him in the game. "I would like to continue the game but I have a long day tomorrow. I shall go to sleep now."
Elena nodded her head to his words. She didn't leave and remained seated in the room, Arian felt helpless on what to do and say to her. She was his guest and he couldn't just leave her seated there and go to sleep. She also didn't seem like she was planning to leave.
"You can take the bed, I will sleep on the chair," he offered. A smile embraced Elena's lips as she finally moved.
