"Alright, alright! Stop with the notifications!" Sarah shouted in frustration.

'Let's go over everything one by one shall we...' Sarah thought as she massaged her temple from the stress.

She started listing everything the system had shown her.

'First of all, I've got a Bloodline... Cool, I don't give a shit,' Sarah dismissed that message as she moved on to the next message right below it.

'Second of all, I've got a "hatred manifesting within me". Whatever that means,' Sarah dismissed that as well and moved on to her status page and her new cultivation.

'Third of all...' Sarah was about to continue listing everything else the system had shown her, but she stopped.

'Fuck this!' Sarah thought and violently jerked her arm in the air to get rid of the system altogether.

And after that, she brought her knees close to her chest and hugged them as she placed her forehead on them.

With that, she sighed deeply and let her frustration flow through her body and out her lungs.

She was frustrated.

And she knew why...

At first, she tried to ignore the reason behind the frustration. She didn't want to think about what she had just seen. She didn't want to see it.

But reality was a bitch. What Sarah saw never left her mind, no matter how hard she tried to ignore it.

She couldn't ignore what she saw while unconscious.

After a few minutes of trying to relax her emotions, she thought about her situation once again and what she had seen in her dreams. If she could call it that. It was more accurate to call it a vision for her.

But regardless, she decided to think about her vision some more.

'Was that the Cultivating Seductress I saw in my dream?' Was Sarah's first thought.

And with that, came another thought.

'I don't like it.'

'Because it doesn't feel like me...'

Sarah huddled herself closer to her knees as she let her mind wander.

While her mind wandered, she just sat there. Like a still rock in the shape of a scared girl.

She didn't like the fact she saw the memories of someone else.

She didn't like the fact she didn't have control.

And more than that, if those memories continued coming, would she still be herself?

Would the memories corrode her personality?

Would she still be... Sarah?

These thoughts would seem slightly extreme to a layman, but what she felt in that vision was indescribable.

It felt like she was there herself. Talking cockily back to the god that was about to take her to bed.

But at the same time, it wasn't her.

And this realisation terrified her beyond belief.

She felt like she was losing one of the things she loved the most.

Control.

And more specifically, control over herself.

That was one of the few things she desired in life. Control.

And she desperately did not want to lose that.

Because when she didn't have control...

'Stop. Don't bring your mind back to the past. Let it go,' Sarah thought to herself as she took a deep breath.

Like this, she continued contemplating everything for the rest of the day.

She thought for a long time. Pondering in the damp cave, eventually, the sun hanged in the horizon at the highest point. Showing it was already the middle of the day by now.

And with the highest sun, Sarah rose up.

'Ok, I've got my mind back to rest now,' Sarah thought as she stretched herself up and straightened her smelly clothes.

'Wait, smelly clothes?' Sarah thought as she sniffed the clothes she was wearing, only to bring up a scrunched-up face with clear disgust streaked through the expression.

She couldn't believe something could smell this bad. She almost wanted to go naked and just throw her clothes in a pile of feces or something. It was absolutely disgusting.

Too bad she couldn't go naked around the forest. The insects would start biting her if she did.

'Well, I'll compromise and go to a waterfall or river near here so I can clean this up,' Sarah thought while pinching her nose with furrowed brows.

Soon, she left the cave and started walking around as she opened up her system screen once again to have a look at her new stats.

'Oh? I can see something called HP and MP now. But why did the system call MP Energy Points? Shouldn't that be EP instead?' Sarah thought as she asked the system about her inquiry.

[MP stands for Magic Points or Mana Points, but the stat is called Energy Points. Mana is made from Essence and is the core of all magic and other abilities. So using MP is more convenient and appropriate for the user.]

'How does that seem convenient to you at all?' Sarah thought as she looked at the system notification with pure bewilderment.

She decided to ignore the faulty logic from the system, and instead, decided to move on to her next important message.

'What's a Dantian?' Sarah immediately asked.

[It is a solid core near the host's abdomen where it stores all of the host's Law Qi.]

[The Dantian is the foundation of all cultivation. Cultivators create a Cultivation Method with their Cultivation Technique to give birth to a higher form of power.

The basic fundamentals of cultivation are: Absorb Essence into the Dantian, where which it shall be converted into Law Qi according to their specific Cultivation Method. Circulate the Law Qi across the body until it reaches sufficient purity, which will usually be slightly higher than the Dantian can hold, and then be reabsorbed into the Dantian which will expand its dimensions and storage capacity along with the purity of Law Qi.

Eventually, the Dantian will reach sufficient expansion and purity, which will then be condensed to the next Cultivation Stage.

This is what a Dantian is meant for. You won't be able to progress your cultivation without it.]

'Wait, so do I have a Cultivation Method as well?' Sarah asked the system.

[Currently, the host has no Cultivation Methods. The host will have to create their own if they wish to have a Cultivation Method.]

'Can't be bothered. It would probably take up too much time and effort anyway,' Sarah thought as she waved her hand in the air dismissively.

While conversing with the system, Sarah heard crashing waves in the distance to her right. Along with that, the greenery was starting to become slightly more green. Indicating the nutrients and moisture level on the soil were getting higher in that direction.

Sarah gave a small smile at the discovery and started walking her way down the small hill she was on. Now walking towards the location where she was sure to find a waterfall she can clean up with.

As she walked through the trees she came upon a couple of bushes in the direction of the waterfall. She swiped them away with her hands and finally reached her destination.

'There it is, a waterfall,' Sarah thought with joy and immediately started undressing herself. Bringing her dirty clothes into the water stream and rubbed the clothes against each other to try and get the grime out.

'It's not getting off,' Sarah thought as she looked at the clothes with a frustrated frown.

In the end, she sighed in defeat and decided to give up on cleaning the clothes properly. She was going to have to wear stained clothes for a while until she reached back to camp and got new clothes.

She straightened her clothes and laid them down on a rock nearby, making sure the clothes would dry as best they could.

Now, with her already naked, Sarah decided to take a shower under the waterfall and clean herself off, the impurities on her skin. She hadn't realised how dirty she truly was until she finally started cleaning herself.

She took a long time under the waterfall as she tried to clean herself properly. Making sure she scrubbed herself in all the right places to make sure she didn't have any dirt or grime anywhere on her body.

And after going through all of that effort in cleaning herself, Sarah decided it was time to have a truly relaxing experience, and went near the rock where she had placed her clothes to dry and sat down. The water reached up to her bosoms, where they floated with the slight waves of the waterfall and lake.

The experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The water was relaxing for Sarah's body and mind, soothing the stresses she had been through in the past day and night with Anthony and her system. Though, it was exciting. So she wouldn't really complain there.

But during her enjoyment, she suddenly heard some bushes rustling near where she sat, and looked over to see what it was.

And soon, a deer came out from the bushes while looking around innocently. It saw Sarah soaking in the lake and decided to hesitatingly walk up to her and try and drink from the lake near her.

'Aww, it's a deer,' Sarah thought as she looked at the cute deer's actions with adoration.

"It's okay, come near mama and have a sip," Sarah said softly while waving at it to come near her and the lake.

Looking at Sarah's gentle demeanour and actions, the deer steeled its nerves and decided to drink water near the kind creature in the lake. It didn't know why, but it trusted Sarah.

The deer walked with slow and gentle steps, trying its best to be as quiet and elegant as possible until it reached near Sarah and started to lower its head down to drink the water.

"Don't worry little fella, you can trust me," Sarah said with a wide smile as she looked at the deer stretch out its tongue to drink some of the water near the kind creature it was starting to love.

Chomp!

"Oh, what the fuck!" Sarah shouted out loud in frustration as a wolf suddenly ambushed and killed the deer in one shot. Its jaws clamped onto the jugular of the deer and spewing blood everywhere around it.

Sarah immediately used her Seductress's Blade and ejected a needle straight out of her nail, and aimed it exactly in-between the wolf's two eyebrows and the middle of its forehead.

And with that, the wolf dropped into the lake, dead. Dyeing the water with the colour of blood.

Sarah quickly went to some water not contaminated with blood and washed it off her face and body.

While all of this happened, she was getting a weird sense of deijabou.
