How the Hell do we Explain This!?

Damian looked at Jonah with unyielding fury.

He was going to kill him!

But before he could do anything Sarah said three words-

"Close the door..." Sarah said with a sense of resolution emanating from her voice.

Damian bit his lip and calmed his nerves. He didn't know what was happening exactly and the lack of sleep wasn't helping with his mental state.

Damian realised this and closed the door behind him.

He walked to the opposite side of the carriage and sat down on brown leather seats. A vein was seen popping out of his skin as he sat down on his seat.

Jonah just stood beside the door completely frozen.

He had felt the anger emanating from Damian's figure towards him. His instincts were screaming at him to run away for a second as he was faced with Damian's fury.

Jonah was bewildered. What the hell did he do? Did Damian think he was behind this?

Jonah was processing these thoughts before Sarah spoke up.

"I..." Sarah paused for a moment.

But afterwards she shook her head. Wanting to continue with what she was about to say.

"Damian... I think I'm a cultivator." Sarah said.

Damian just looked at Sarah as if he was listening to a fool talk.

But before he could make his judgements he looked at the floor again.

The mangled flesh was real. There was no signs of a fight so how could there be so much blood here?

Damian was starting to realise that his lack of sleep was really influencing his perception and thought processes.

He was not only lacking sleep but him thinking the whole night had also left his mind exhausted.

He needed to take a break soon.

"What happened Sarah." Damian asked. Him using Sarah's name showed how serious he was.

Sarah repeated what she told Jonah before. But she didn't say anything about her system and how she most likely caused this by buying the Stage Upgrade from the Seduction Store.

How could she even explain that.

So Sarah just ignored all of that and finished her story with an air of mystery. Indicating that she had no idea of how this happened.

But Damian and Jonah didn't doubt her.

Jonah was a cultivator but his awakening was extremely different from any human out there. So Jonah didn't doubt Sarah's words.

In fact he started to believe that this was how all human's awakened.

Damian couldn't doubt Sarah since he had no knowledge about cultivation. He was just a mortal, he also had never seen a cultivator in his life so he had no reference either.

He also believed this was how human's awakened.

Damian rested his chin on his knuckle as he crossed his legs. He was thinking with all of his brain power to figure out how to solve this situation.

Damian got up from his seat after a while of thinking and walked towards his door.

Damian gripped the door handle as he turned it leading to the outside world. He turned around before leaving the carriage.

"I have a plan." Damian said before he closed the carriage shut.

Damian was outside eating a meal with everyone in the caravan. Discussing and having a merry time.

Sarah was inside of her carriage with her door opened, eating her meal while she was caked in blood and hair.

No one was around to see her inside since everyone from the carvan was around Damian having a meal with him.

So no one noticed that Sarah was covered in blood as everyone was trying to impress Damian during their lunch.

As everyone was enjoying themselves, suddenly a wolf came out of nowhere. Charging towards Sarah's carriage.

It was a massive wolf. It was about half as big as the carriage. It wasn't like those pet dogs from Earth that could be portable in a car.

The wolf was running with drool dribbling down it's chin. It looked rabid with anger and hunger clouding it's senses.

Before anyone could react it, hopped inside of Sarah's carriage. Making the carriage creak as it was bending to accomodate for the sudden weight.

But an instant later a bloodied Jonah and Sarah walked out of the carriage. Looking terrified as if they had a brush with death.

Damian quickly ran up to Sarah checking if she had nay injuries from the wolf and run into the carriage to see what happened.

The carriage was filled with blood everywhere. Hair and fur surrounding the entire wooden walls and leather seats as it had become a mess.

The other warriors came to have a look, looking with wide eyes as they say the amount of blood covering the entire carriage.

They looked towards with pity Damian. This carriage was going to have to be ditched if they wanted to continue their journey.

Damian had an ugly expression as he saw the insides of the carriage. Looking at it all, as if it was an unnecessary loss.

But this couldn't have been further from the truth.

Damian could ditch the carriage anytime.

He didn't actually need it to have a good night's sleep. He only took it since it could be more comfortable for Sarah as they travelled during the trip.

He had already predicted that Sarah would be bored out of her mind during the trip, and having some unnecessary annoyances could make the trip torture for her.

He didn't want that so he had bought the carriage.

But he didn't care about it now.

Sarah's secret as a cultivator was much more important.

Damian had tasked Jonah with finding a wolf and luring it towards the camp. Preferably a lonewolf.

If he couldn't find one, then he was meant to kill the pack and leave one alive. Leading it towards the camp.

It was hard to find a lone wolf so Jonah had to kill a pack before he led it towards the camp.

Aggroing a wolf was especially easy for him. Having Fenrir's curse and at the same time killing the entire pack of the specifc wolf, he had practically made it go on a mad hunt find him.

So Jonah gave the wolf a lead to follow before he quickly made himself come back to the carriage where Damian was waiting.

Once he had seen Jonah return he had ordered the carriage to stop to let the horses have some rest before they continued on their travels.

Damian had ordered Jonah to guard the insides of the carriage to lure the wolf inside. They were going to display it's guts everywhere to hide the blood from Sarah's awakening.

Soon the wolf arrived and the plan went without a hitch. Eliminating the bloodied cart and at the same time hiding Sarah's secret as a cultivator.

You have to realise it would have been almost impossible to explain the amount of flesh and blood there was inside of the carriage.

Also with a bloodied carriage they would be in danger during the night when they would be sleeping.

Some wolf pack could follow the scent of blood from the carriage and ambush the whole entire camp as they were sleeping.

It would have been very dangerous if they brought carriage along.

So Damian made a brutal, but effective plan of using a wolf corpse to hide the flesh and blood from Sarah's awakening.

And the plan was a success.
