32nd Day of NEWMOON, THE TRIAL OF HONOR

A lot of Nobles are going to witness this trial, Those High Nobles who seek for power and those who wish for the Imperial family to fall down, the Imperial Cathedral High Cardinal already at his seat facing the Judge

" Even in the calling of the Empire's Judge the Imperial Family still dare to be late!" - one of the nobles in the upper corridor said

While they were discussing something the Presiding judge who sits at the front end of the Hall calmly awaiting for the arrival of the Imperial family, the Pope who sits at the back of the High Cardinal and the other sits beside them which are intended for the Imperial family is still empty.

"THE IMPERIAL FAMILY ARRIVES!!" A guard in the hall announced, everyone let out a deep breath and glance at the front door

The Imperial Family enters the Hall, with the Imperial Family's Tradition attire, an azure suit with lusterless Blue Cloak that embroidered by the Symbol of the Avaleon Family, a Golden Dragon that bites a Sun on its back.

The Emperor who wore his Crown and a golden belt that held his sword which is known as the Ragnarok

The Empress wearing her Tiara that glows and releasing golden dust every time the wind gently passed by.

The Imperial Concubine holding her staff with a vast amount of mana embedded on it

The Crown Prince Deluc who wore his crown and a silver belt that held his sword known as the Excalibur

Prince Davey, who walks beside Deluc who wore a tremendous radiant aura that is visible to everyone.

The Imperial Family enters the Hall with a strong and formidable presence, the Nobles who were gossiping, now in silence and struggling to find a word to criticize the Imperial Family, even the High Cardinal who witness the Entrance of the Imperial Family are trembling in fear, he knows that pushing the Imperial Family to this point will only have one conclusion regardless either they win or lose.

Prince Davey sat at the Defender Corner, everyone was shock as they expected for the Empress or the Emperor to Defend the Imperial Family, but as they glance at the other member of the family they seems confident, Nobles started to get anxious and excited about the trial.

"The Court Will witness this trial, The great Exhortation of Scripture, related to trials, is to endure them. When we fail to persevere, it is often because we have not recognized that we are actually in a trial. God has allowed the trial, and it is not by chance; it is a sign of God's approval and not retribution, and is not an obstacle to our growth, but ultimately the fuel for it, it is not being done to corner once defendants or put them in misery, the trial is done to unveil the truth and the truth alone, I hereby order the Plaintiff and the Defendant to State only the truth." - Judge VOGHE RE DESCART said.

The two responded in a strong facial expression….

Win or Lose it would be hard for the Cathedral to Sweep down the Imperial Family, little do they know that every verdict the trial can make the Final Decision Lies within the Imperial Court a Just and a fair distribution of facts and information are being done once an Imperial court does it job, knowing that this is just a scheme of the Cathedral once the reason gets discovered, there will be one outcome to expect which is the Execution of those who oppose the Authority of the Imperial Family.

The Cathedral must do its utmost performance to win this trial, or they won't be able to witness the light of tomorrow

The nobles started to make a noise " how would the Imperial family dare to accuse the cathedral who are protecting the central plain for decades?" one of the noble said, everyone agree on him

"what do you mean by that?" someone asked, she stood stare at the Cardinal

"if the Cathedral Condemn the act of the Emperor, does the cathedral also condemn the reason behind It? Asking the Cathedral for an explanation in order for the Imperial Family to take measure for a possible threat for the people of this Empire was taken as a joke by the pope!" Prince Davey said and slowly turns his head to see the pope's reaction

"but regardless of the reason, the Emperor has the right to lift all restriction to his power if it is something that could threaten the entire existence of Avaleon not even the Imperial Decree could meddle to such authority given to the emperor, without validating the information or without even trying the Cathedral cease to cooperate with the Imperial Family, and condemn without further ado, I HEREBY DECLARE THE IMPERIAL CATHEDRAL AS TRAITORS OF THIS EMPIRE!!" Prince Davey added

"YOUR HIGHNESS, THE DECISION LIES WITHIN THE JUDGE AND NOT YOU!!" - High Cardinal

"The Judge is here to hear the truth! The Imperial Family did not Lie, but it's the Cathedral who push through this senseless trial, we only ask you to explain your side, yet you push yourself too much that your forget your position to this empire, THOSE SUBJECTS THAT FORGET TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE AUTHORITY OF THE EMPEROR AND WAS EATEN BY GREED AND HUNGER FOR POWER, MUST NOT STAY AS A SUBJECT AND SHOULD BE EXILE, ONCE SOUL IS CORRUPTED BY THE EVIL DEEDS ARE NO LONGER LOYAL, THE EVIL WHO HIDES IN THE SHADOW OF GOODNESS SHOULD NEVER BE TRUSTED, AS THEY EXIST TO CAUSE HARM TO THOSE WHOM THEY SERVE!!!!!!!!!" Prince Deluc said, everyone in Room is covered with silence

A strong gust of wind appear in the middle of the court room, everyone presence in the area are now in a difficult situation holding upon a solid foundation for them not to get blown by the wind, a huge magic circle then appeared covering the entire ceiling of the room.

"POPE WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?" The judge exclaimed, the pope just smirk towards the judge

"If you wish to turn your back against the Imperial cathedral then I shall punish you all by myself!!" the Pope said

Everyone started to panicked and run towards the door, but they were thrown back inside by the wind

Everyone was stunned upon the echoed voice of someone, then they look in one direction, Prince Davey who stands with his blank expression facing the Pope.

"maa-gic overdrive??" the stuttering pope said, upon the release of Prince davey's magic the Magic circle that covering the entire room disappeared in an instant

"a mere church dare to cause havoc and threatened the Empire, what a strong gut you have, a mere dog trying to be a tiger inside a lion's den" Prince Davey said

"Cardinals, protect me!!" the pope order but upon seeing to the cardinals, all of them are now inside a magic cage unable to hear and talk, even their magic prowess was locked. The pope then glance at the Imperial concubine who have a glowing halo above her head

"YOU BITCH!!!" The pope exclaimed, "a mere concubine dare to cast magic against us!!!" he continued

"**DEVOURING VOID**" a black smoke glide towards the pope "Don't you dare speak rudely to my mother!!!" Prince deluc exclaimed as he cast his dark magic

"you MOTHERFUCKER~~~" the pope shouted.

a Huge bright light suddenly shine below the pope.

"THAT'S A TRANSPORTATION CIRCLE, CAPTURE THE POPE!!!!!!!!!!!" the judge exclaimed

The Guard and some of the Noble jump towards the Pope but he vanished already

THE DAY AFTER

After the trial the Imperial Cathedral was disbanded and all existing churches was cease to operate during the period of time until the pope was captured. The Cathedral was Replace by the Imperial Temple of Luna and Lady Ru as their head, a new religion that will only worship the Moon Goddess Luna.

After a while that the pope is still missing the emperor order the Disbandment of all religion except the Imperial Religion, everyone had no choice but to agree.

38TH DAY OF NEWMOON YEAR 635 CAPRICORN
