ARC 1: RISE OF THE BLACK DRAGONS

*Thud*

The chunk of concrete fell on the floor, as Ryan tossed it aside.

Adrian lay on the ground unconscious, with a few visible minor wounds.

"Is he okay?" Ryan asked Alexis.

"I'll run a scan, before we get him to the clinic." Alexis replied.

"You can do something like that?"Xi looked bewildered.

"Yes I can." Alexis replied, placing his hands on Adrian's unconscious body.

"Veronica, run full body bio scan." Alexis spoke to his suit's AI.

{ Full body scan complete.} Veronica emotionlessly said.

"What is the status." Alexis asked.

Veronica displayed a set of pictures containing every information obtained from the bio scan.

Alexis then noticed something strange about Adrian's body, it was repairing itself at inhuman speed, his cell division rate was on another level, far above the average human.

"Hey, hey, hey." Xi tapped Alexis.

"What is going on in that head of yours, you haven't even told us the results of the Bio scan, you've been standing aloof." She said.

"He is okay Xi, we just need to get him to the clinic so that they can run further checkups and administer the necessary meds." Alexis replied.

"I'll take him." Ryan volunteered.

"Alright, that solves everything." Alexis concluded, deactivating his suit.

Ryan hung Adrian on his shoulder as he left to the clinic.

"Hey.", Xi snapped her fingers, calling Alexis attention.

"Ryan is gone, you know you can tell me what you were thinking about." Xi said.

"I wasn't thinking about anything." Alexis chose to lie.

"Babe, have you forgotten? I am your girlfriend and you shouldn't lie to me." She said in a scolding yet playful tone.

"Honestly, I'm no....."

"Hey punks." A group of class 1-C students in their approached Alexis.

"What do you want ." Alexis said, standing in front of Xi.

"How dare your low life dog of a teacher attack Mr Flynn?" A brown haired student said.

"First of all, Mr Leo is no dog.

Secondly, Mr Leo would never attack someone unless he was provoked or attacked." Alexis replied.

"He is a low life dog, supervising bottom trash dogs like you and  your trash bag girlfriend." The brown haired boy said.

"What is your name if I may ask?"

"My name? My name is Fred . The boy replied with a smirk on his face.

"Mr Fred or whatever you are called, I'll appreciated it if you shut the hell up and get out of here before I do something we will both regret."

"Hooo! Your quite a big talker. Look around you, you are isolated and surrounded." Fred pointed to the students encircling Alexis and Xi.

"We both know there is literally no one to save you. Due to the ruckus created by your dog faced teacher, all staffs have been summoned to some sort of meeting. So, if I were you; I'll wouldn't talk so big. Fred smirked.

"Hehehehehe." Xi chuckled behind Adrian.

"Do you think you all can take on my boyfriend? Even with your numbers, you are all trash. Six times zero is always equal to nothing, You are all signing your death warrants." She said.

"Get that bitch." Fred angrily ordered one of his students beside him.

"Don't you dare!" Alexis grimly warned, activating the right arm of his battle suit

"Alexis stop, let's just go." Xi grabbed him by the arm.

"No, I need to beat some sense into them." He raised his voice.

"It's a trap." She said out loudly.

"What do you mean." Alexis seemed confused.

"They've only been making threats, none of them has taking the initiative to attack us. They want you to attack first, it's a ploy to set you up and get you kicked out of the squad or possibly expelled, that was why he deliberately mentioned that all the staffs had been summoned. He is trying to play mind games." She said.

"Your quite intelligent." Fred chuckled.

"Well since we've been discovered, we'll see you whenever we meet next."

The boys concluded before walking away.

"What's happening? Who is carrying  me?" Adrian regained consciousness in Ryan's body.

"Your awake."Ryan carefully dropped him on the floor.

"What happened? Where is Mr Leo?"

"He was arrested by the principal and a few soldiers." Ryan replied.

"Why should he be arrested? He saved my life, I would have been dead if not for his sake." Adrian angrily blurted out.

"Care to explain."

"I checked out the other floors." Adrian guilty said.

"Why the fuck would you do that?" Ryan raised his voice angrily.

"That's not the point, I over heard Mr Grater and Flynn plotting something. Mr Flynn mentioned something about harvesting specimens and a person named Rarkham."

"So??" Ryan asked in an unimpressed tone.

"Don't you get it, they were willing to kill me for just hearing that little. They wouldn't do that if they were not plotting something sinister, we've got to inform the principal or some else at least." Adrian rose to his feet.

"I need to get you to the clinic first." Ryan said.

"Am fine, it won't be necessary." Adrian replied.

"Let's tell Alexis first, before informing anyone else."

Both men were placed in a truck and we're driven to a location outside the school's premise.

*Tch!!*

The truck came to a halt, immediately it reached a bunker like structure.

*Tap!*

Mr Leo could hear the sounds of various persons alight the truck, while he and Flynn were detained at the back.

"Bring them down." Mr Winston ordered two olsoldiers beside him. Both soldiers went to the back of the truck and brought out both men.

Leo and Flynn were both handcuffed, with an ability inhibitor collar on  their necks, stopping them from utilizing their powers.

Once both men were brought out, they all went into the bunker like structure which led them to an underground facility.

"Welcome to White Box." An automated female voice announced as they arrived at the main floor, fifty meters below the ground.

"Place each of  them in a confinement Cube." Mr Winston ordered the soldiers beside him.

"Your both dead meet! As for you Leo, you better pray, pray I don't slaughter you before the end of this week." Mr Winston grimly said, as  both men were shoved into two separate plain white, cube shaped rooms, each reinforced with titanium sheet walls.

*Bang!*

The soldiers slammed the doors to both rooms, sealing both men in their various cells.
