"Are you okay, Konan?" Nagato asked for the nth time

"yes... I am fine now" Konan said

Nagato had just healed her wound, but it wasn't perfect, he didn't have time to make it so in the middle of a battlefield after all

Konan started to stand up, and albeit hurt, she did a pretty good job at hiding her expressions even then

"Konan, you don't need to force yourself, I can do it alone"

"No... remember the plan and why we are doing this, I don't want to be on the sidelines during a moment that will dictate the fate of our people"

Nagato stared at Konan for a while, he knew how she felt and knew her, so he knew that it was impossible to change her mind now

he couldn't blame her... he would be just as stubborn as her, if not more, in her place

"... Fine, but if anything goes wrong, I'll intervene"

Konan nodded in agreement and separated from Nagato who went after A

Now, what is 'the plan' that they talked about? that, I cannot tell for it would take too long, but the gist of it is that some kages are more likely to acknowledge Uzu as a new big village than others, those being the Kazekage, Mizukage, and Hokage, who are all relatively new kages and also very young all things considered (asides from Tsunade)

They will accept Uzushio way easier than traditionalists like Onoki or stubborn people like A, so they must be kept alive during this battle to form a connection between Uzu and their villages in the future

Killing a kage wouldn't be helpful to that

And what to do with the other 2? depends on them, if they accept Uzu, they may just leave with a new notion of how strong Uzu is, but if they chose to fight to the end...

well, they are the ones who have chosen death, so that's on them

the strategy is simple, keep alive those who can be reasoned with, and beat those who can't, show the power of Uzu to strike fear upon your enemies and to make them a desirable ally

that's the plan, in simple terms, and while there are a lot of complicated thoughts behind it, that's a pretty good way of explaining it

So, Konan who saw the plan almost falling apart with Cooper having to intercept Han took it upon herself to keep Mei busy

It is a good thing that the Sanbi has not been recaptured by Kiri, she noted

Mei, who was just about recovered, mentally, from 'fighting' Cooper and 'escaping' his genjutsu, was a bit slow to react to Konan's arrival, having to make an exaggerated jump to avoid a simple paper shuriken

If Konan wanted, she could have hit that attack, since Mei's choice of dodge was so bad she could be easily hit in the air, but she chose not to

Mei glared at Konan, and with a brief look at where Konan came from, she noticed that the raikage and the uzumaki from before were nowhere to be seen, which was a bit concerning, but she couldn't focus on that now

"It's not very lady-like to sneak attack someone like this...

has no one ever taught you that?" Mei said with a sarcastic intoning to her voice, trying to rile Konan up

the oldest trick in the book

and it proved to be such an old trick when Konan ignored it completely and just raised her arm to point her palm at Mei, making a few dozen paper shurikens rush at her

Seeing that her taunt was not very effective, Mei could only shut up and dodge

albeit she was not that low on chakra, she didn't want to waste it with paper shurikens when she can use it to either melt her opponent or escape a near-death situation

but one thing that most ninjas tend to ignore is that Chakra is not everything in a fight, but not in the traditional way, since kage level fighters don't tend to make many rookie mistakes, but in a more... ample way

something every ninja, from a genin to a kage tends to ignore

chakra is the balance between physical energy and mental energy, so being in a bad state of mind can make your chakra harder to control leading to more expenditure, that is a very well-known fact, but something people use to ignore is the physical part of the chakra

while dodging without using chakra seems like a good idea, and it may be at first, that only applies to when you are completely fine and well rested

you see, when someone dodges using chakra, they are splitting their energy expenditure between stamina and a bit of chakra, but when you are dodging without chakra, you spend a lot more stamina, which makes you tired very fast

but that is no problem, as chakra can make a very tired person move as if they aren't tired, since it is ENERGY, and energy is what makes your body move

but, using a bit of chakra to dodge, or using a bit of chakra to replace your lost stamina, there doesn't seem to be much of a difference, right?

WRONG!

Having no stamina is not just a bad thing to your body, but to your mind as well, a tired person, even if using chakra to keep their movements and reflexes at their best, is still going to have a hard time focusing and thinking efficiently

This is a basic thing that would be known for a long time if chakra didn't make most body-mind connections be ignored by ninjas

I mean, chakra is mind + body, so that's all that it is about that connection, the mind doesn't affect the body, nor does the body affects the mind without chakra added in the mix, right?

And that, is a mistake not many know about, mostly researchers and some specialists, like taijutsu and genjutsu specialists, who know the effect of the mind on the body (taijutsu specialist), of the body on the mind (genjutsu specialists) or both (researchers), but for various reasons, people who know both, keep it to themselves, be it for personal gain or whatever, and those who know only one of them, are not taken seriously, because if the mind affects the body, but not the other way around, then chakra would be imbalanced (That is an example of a taijutsu specialist being ignored because of only knowing half of the truth)

But what does all of that have to do with anything right now?

Well, Mei was already very mentally tired from being in an illusion for a long time, and now, she is tiring her body, which in the long run, means that the chakra she is painstakingly conserving for later, will end up being used inefficiency and that the only thing she is gaining from all of her hard work is the negatives of a tired mind and body

In the end, people still don't know everything about chakra or the connection between mind and body

But someone who knows it is Rimuru, or more specifically, Ceres, and Ceres told Rimuru who told Nagato and Konan about it

it seems everything was so much easier for Touka, Blizzard, and Fuu, who didn't need to worry about using chakra, since their bodies evolved to only use chakra instead of relying on other sources of energy to move, or had near-infinite chakra because of their bijuu

And all of that, just to explain why one way of dodging was wrong in this situation... and I said I didn't have time to explain the plan earlier...

well, do as I say and not as I do, I guess...

The situation was not good for Onoki

He was tired and gravely injured, his jinchurikkis were being held back by Cooper and Touka, and he could tell that if things continued to go the way they were, Iwa wouldn't get anything from this raid and he will have lost his arm for nothing

no, he couldn't let that happen...

He searched the battlefield for some opportunity, anything he could use in his favor...

The Kazekage was on the ground, holding a gourd while watching something

'Useless brat must have been defeated...'

The Mizukage was being held back by a woman flying with paper wings, but she was more tired than the flying one

'Another useless one... I knew having 3 women as kages was a bad idea...'

Han was being held back by a man in a red tuxedo

'Who is that guy?' Onoki wondered, but he had already learned that fighting without knowing what his enemy was capable of was a bad idea... one that cost him his arm

and since he had not seen Cooper before, not even once, it must mean he also has a way to become invisible like the girl he fought or something similar, he deducted

Roshi was fighting Touka, he could try to help him, but he knew it would be futile

he was not fast, to begin with, and now with a load of stone that was holding his wound closed holding him back? there was no chance for him to hit Touka, especially with her speed

He couldn't find A or the Uzumaki from before, so they must be a bit far from him, and he wouldn't be able to go to them unnoticed anyway

Kumo's jinchurikki was fighting a red-haired girl, who he assumed was also an Uzumaki, and having a hard time

she didn't seem fast, but as soon as he looked in their direction, he saw her look back at him

'What insane senses... is that the Kagura mind eye of the Uzumakis?'

Onoki assumed and immediately noticed that he wouldn't be able to sneak attack her as well

so that only left him one choice...

Onoki's eyes fixed on Rimuru, who was standing still during the whole battle

he seemed to be lost in thoughts, and since he was not in a fight, he must not be on high alert...

Thus, Onoki decided to attack Rimuru, using the earth release: hiding like a mole jutsu, he went underground and slowly but surely approached Rimuru

What Onoki didn't know was that many people noticed that

Blizzard noticed that but thought Onoki was foolish if he thought he could sneak up on Rimuru like that

Cooper noticed, but he only thought

'Keikaku Dori!'

Touka noticed it, but only shook her head at his amazing display of foolishness

Rimuru noticed, but he only thought

'Hooh? you're approaching me?'

<For fucks sake, can you stop with the anime lines for even one day?

This is starting to be annoying>

'Aww... c'mon Ceres...'

While Rimuru complained about Ceres's complaint, he didn't do much about it, since he needed to pretend to not know about Onoki's movements

In no time, Onoki was behind Rimuru, a few meters behind though, to try to not alert him of anything

As an Earth release user, he knows vibrations still transmit through the ground, so he had to keep that in mind, but as an old man, he also didn't know of a niche little thing people invented yesterday, called chakra sensing, which can be very useful

well, that or he just never thought Rimuru could be a sensor, all that he had about Rimuru was from Tsunade sharing what they knew, and they only knew what Rimuru wanted them to know about him, which was nothing, basically

Slowly and carefully, Onoki raised from the ground

He used his remaining hand to make a cube of dust release to kill Rimuru instantly, which was way harder because he was now missing an arm

It was at that moment he noticed, that he may not be able to keep his position as Kage after this because of his missing arm...

but that is a problem for later, first, he needs to-

"Old people sure are funny..." He heard someone's voice behind him

his mind went into overdrive

he cursed, for once again he was sneaked upon today... he analyzed, a female voice, but he didn't recognize it, so it was not the girl he fought before, but there was still that red-haired one he didn't know the voice of...

her hair is red... he thought she was an Uzumaki, so maybe... maybe she noticed him with Kagura's mind eye? if so, he was screwed, but if it was her, then what about Kumo's jinchurikki?

But before he could think about it more, he saw Rimuru turn to him with a mocking smile on his face, no words were shared between them, but Onoki could guess what mockery Rimuru was thinking

This made him mad, and so, he chose to do something some might call insane

he chose to let the jutsu on his hand get unstable on purpose!

Well, what about it? you may ask

If a jutsu goes unstable it explodes, at least jutsus that use a big amount of chakra to make, and specifically jutsus that use kekkei genkai, that require a delicate balance of the elemental chakra

now, imagine a kekkei tota, which requires a balance even more delicate than a kekkei genkai? the result could very well end up in an explosion so big that Deidara would be proud of

unfortunately for Onoki, the jutsu on his hand didn't change

"What?" He exclaimed in surprise, for he had just flooded the dust release jutsu with a lot of purely earth chakra, which should have immediately destabilized it and made it blow up

this was supposed to kill him and whoever was close enough, since in his mind, he was already dead, because there was an enemy on his back and Rimuru in front of him

"I didn't expect such a bold move from you... that's for sure" He heard Rimuru say

true, even he was now secretly glad that the jutsu didn't blow up, as that would have killed him, but this did not clear his confusion

"So this is Dust release" Rimuru commented, not even paying attention to Onoki anymore, he extended his hand and the dust release cube flew right into it, making Onoki widen his eyes

he was about to exclaim about it but remembered the girl on his back, so he decided to use that time to distance himself from her and Rimuru, in a way he could get both in line of sight

this only took him a second, but his mind was working fast once again

he wondered if Rimuru knew dust release, but his words right before he took control of it made it clear he didn't

so he could only guess how Rimuru took control of his jutsu

Tsunade's words about how Rimuru 'Took away' the chakra of a ninja from Konoha made their way back to Onoki's mind

something he did not pay attention to at first since he didn't believe someone had this kind of power, but now made a lot more sense...

Onoki finally got aight of the girl he heard before, and what he saw terrified him

"Y-You-" He pointed his trembling finger at, the now visible, Fuu

"Me? do you know me?" She asked confused

(And I will not do the conFuused joke again)

Onoki did not answer her, but he did in fact, know her

every kage did

There was just no way they wouldn't know the appearance of the jinchurikki of the 7 tails...

but she had disappeared...

he linked the dots...

'So that is what happened...' But before he could think more about this, a sudden realization came to him

if everyone was already occupied... bars Fuu and him, but again, 1 for 1... then, doesn't that mean, that Rimuru is free to attack any of them as Onoki did?

Fuu looked at Onoki with a glare, he ignored her... that's so rude!

But before she was able to call him out on that, Onoki pulled a tube-like thing from his pocket

it looked like a firework

And indeed, immediately he pointed it upwards and a red signal flare was sent upwards

Mei, who was still dodging Konan's paper shurikens

Temari who was sitting on the ground

A who was trying to escape Nagato to team up with B

B who was having a bad time fighting Sans-*COUGH* Blizzard

Han who was unable to pass by Cooper

Roshi who was having a hard time catching up to Touka

All of them recognized the signal as their 'Oh Fuck' signal

which was meant for, if something unexpected happened that could threaten their operation and/or lives

It was basically a 'Go all out or you WILL die' Signal for everyone

They didn't expect to have to use it against Uzu, but against Konoha if, Big IF, Konoha came to fight them back, as Uzu's old Ally, which thankfully, they didn't

Immediately upon seeing the signal, everyone knew something went horribly wrong, so they stopped trying to hold back

Mei immediately filled a huge area with her corrosive mist, destroying dozens of paper shurikens, but Konan expected that a long time ago, so she just sent paper shurikens to the edge of the mist area

*Booom*

Each of the shurikens was engraved with the improved explosion seal that Karin came up with, and each explosion took away a big part of the mist, a mist that cost tons of chakra to create, mind you, blown away by a seal activated by little chakra

Seals are OP, period.

Mei didn't just wait to be defeated though, as soon as another explosion occurred, she spewed a big lava ball toward Konan, who wouldn't be able to hear it because of the explosion that just happened, and neither see it because of the dust cloud the explosion just raised

It was her only chance, so he used the remaining chakra he had on it, and in the process noticed how she had less chakra than she thought she had

(Remember my boring explanation)

But, to her shock, golden chakra chains appeared in front of Konan and stopped her attack completely

Konan looked at Nagato with an annoyed expression

"I could have dodged" She said dryly

"I know" Nagato answered with a small smile

"Everything was under control"

"I know it was"

Konan was annoyed that Nagato was treating her like a child, who needed to be watched over, but she wasn't mad

she would have done the same, had he been the injured one

Mei could only smile wryly at the two in front of her since apparently, she was now the third wheel

but her awkwardness was short-lived as a load of papers encircled her and immobilized her shortly after

...

A saw Nagato leave, and didn't even try to stop him, he immediately ran towards B and Blizzard, who were fighting

Immediately upon his arrival, He and B made a strategy going on experience working together alone, no words or signals were needed

A immediately charged at Blizzards with his hand in a karate chop pose, which made her think of his hell stab, so she dodged it, not sure if she could avoid damage of such a jutsu

which is a thing I never explained, because it was never needed, both Blizzard's [Yami-Yami] and Touka's [Darkness] have the same effect as a logia fruit of One piece, which makes physical attacks useless against them, but chakra attacks are only partially useless

low-level attacks that use little chakra, like a fireball, for example, can be ignored by them, a high amount of chakra can still hurt them though, and that is the bade of their 'logia-like' abilities, Touka can deal with high powered attacks better by absorbing them into her dimension, a thing Blizzard is incapable of doing, but she is still better off, since she can freeze chakra if not too condensed

Unfortunately for her, A's hell stab was way above the condensation level she could freeze, so she could only dodge

But that was exactly what A and B planned

had she not been still mad at B for attacking Touka, she would have easily seen that the amount of chakra in A's hands was too small with her [Eagle eyesight]

While in mid-air, she saw one of Hachibi's tentacles make its way toward her, trying to grab her leg

Not a fan of this kind of thing, she immediately thought of a way to dodge

she had many options, [Teleport], make ice wings like when she trained/played with Touka and Fuu, freeze the tentacle, freeze the air to make a platform she could jump from... many options, but she saw A rush behind her at great speeds using his lightning cloak... he didn't think she could see him and was clearly hoping B's attack would attract her attention exposing her to his own attack

their moves were so in sync she would have a hard time believing they didn't plan it beforehand, or that they had a skill that allowed them to communicate mentally

but she knew that was not the case, and she also saw something from the corner of her eyes that made her rethink her whole dodge

she could easily teleport behind A or B and snap freeze them and then deal with the other one, which she would obviously freeze A to be able to attack B more for attacking Touka

but now, with what she saw... she had a better idea

Ice wings sprouted from her back, and she easily flew above the tentacle, locking her eyes on her target, B

A smirked, thinking his plan had worked as he jumped towards her, preparing a true hell stab

'One finger hell stab!'

And he stabbed

"Dynamic entry!"

*ZzZzt*

The lightning flowed through what he had just cut through like butter...

the ground

!!! He immediately noticed the one who redirected his attack with a simple kick, so he jumped back to avoid it

A man... no, a boy wearing a black jacket above a green spandex, with his hands and arms covered in bandages underneath the jacket, black ninja pants, and a bowl haircut stood in front of him

"2 big men like yourselves fighting against a harmless little girl alone?

Now, that's not very youthful at all"

He said with a serious tone while glaring at A

A looked at the funny-looking kid in front of him with disdain

Does a kid want to fight him? pathetic

Thought the man who was literally fighting against a kid on 2 vs 1

Hypocrisy levels are above 9000??

Anyway

"Kid get out of the way, before I-"

"LEAF WHIRLWIND!" Before A could finish his words, Lee immediately attacked him

Lee had 2 masters who taught him how to fight, Guy, from whom he learned that he SHOULD shout his techniques name to show the world his youth, and Rimuru, who told him that if his enemy is doing a monologue, he should hit them immediately, both lessons he took very seriously

A was stunned, not only by the kick on his chin but by Lee's speed as well

He didn't even see him move... and that with his lightning cloak increasing his reaction speed and reflexes massively!

It's worth remembering that besides Minato, the only person ever shown to surpass A in speed was Naruto in Kurama chakra mode! that's how insane Lee's speed was!

But how can this be? Lee is not even using a gate, as his appearance is still normal?

That, my friend, is where you are wrong

Using Ceres's brilliant mind, Rimuru was capable of easily improving upon the eight gates

he was able to do so with a mix of his many skills, seals, and a lot of testing that Lee was unaware of since Rimuru was able to affect him remotely because Lee was one of his sentinels (See chap 87 -=lotus second blooming=-)

... now that I think of it, he can affect Sasuke remotely as well... I wonder what he will do about that... anyway

Lee was later on given a technique to train in, one that made him able to control the new changes in his body to permanently open up to 5 gates, that was the limit, and there was no way of crossing it, not even with Rimuru's [Limitless] skill, it was just impossible to open the 6th gate without receiving a lot of damage and leaking chakra in the form of an aura

but, the 6th and 7th gates can remain as a trump card, for the time being, the 8th still being the last resort

one day... one day Lee will be able to open the 8th gate without any kind of backslash, and that day... that day the world shall know the meaning of YOUTH

but I digress

A could not organize his thoughts, as Lee immediately started to beat him up with a fast sequence of punches, kicks, elbow strikes, and more, that were precisely aimed at pressure points of A's body, making his reactions slower and slower

each attack was different, aimed at the worst spot for A, infused with another element, having different levels of chakra, different power behind them, and different area of impact as Lee was sometimes hitting with the bends of his fingers, sometimes punching, sometimes using his open palm, etc

all of which made A incapable of getting used to the attacks, his chakra flow disrupted, his defenses in form of a chakra cloak, and his thick skin, broken through like they were not even there, he was in a bad place, his only hope of even surviving was that B saved him again

But... that was just a pipe dream

Blizzard flew above the tentacle, and immediately dive-bombed B, who jumped back to dodge

<B! Avoid that boy at all costs! The chakra I feel from him is dense that even my chakra may not be strong enough to stop his attacks!>

As soon as B heard Hachibi's words, he knew A had no chance

sure, A beat the Hachibi once, but the Hachibi is gigantic, aka, an easy target to hit, and quite slow at that, while A is super fast

but he was able to see... well, A being hit, just hit, he didn't see Lee move at all, which proved speed was not a problem for him

and when Lee started to beat A up, B knew he only had one choice...

And knowing exactly what B was thinking, Hachibi also sent a telepathic message to Yonbi and Gobi

(Remember jinchurikkis and Bijuus have a shared space they can talk in)

...

Han was having a hard time trying to pass by Cooper, his attacks were useless, as they always hit an illusion, his defense was supposed to be good, as it should be hard to put a jinchurikki in a genjutsu, and albeit he was not a perfect jinchurikki, Gobis Chakra still flooded his chakra pathways

but that didn't seem to make a difference to his opponent, who was easily able to put him in a genjutsu

in truth, what Cooper did could hardly be called a genjutsu, since he didn't affect his opponent's chakra, like a traditional genjutsu

instead, he affected their soul, which indirectly affected their chakra... it's complicated, okay?

Han had seen the signal, so he was about to use his final card, when the Gobi spoke to him, for the first time in a long time, since it looked like it liked to just sleep most of the time

it spoke of a plan the Hachibi told him, and while Han didn't know how the 2 bijuus spoke, he just agreed to it, after all, it was a good plan... or at least, it was better than his other choices

...

Roshi was having a really hard time catching up to Touka

since she was hurt, she started to take things way more seriously, which meant, she was dodging everything she could and using shadows to sneak attack him with clones

clones she quickly dispersed right after the attacks, doesn't matter if they hit or not, she couldn't risk it with her skill acting weird

Roshi had a minor healing factor, because of his bijuu, nothing close to Naruto, who stacked Uzumaki healing and Kurama, but still useful, but he was still covered in scratches

indeed, he was fighting a cat, alright

the situation was not good at all for him, he normally would cover the ground in lava to restrict such a fast opponent, but Touka absorbed the lava into her [Darkness] and while she had a limit to how much she could absorb, Roshi didn't know that, so for him, it was just a waste of chakra to keep trying

Touka was too fast for him to fight... Han would have had a better chance since his steam was way faster than Roshi's lava, but alas...

Little did they know that this was exactly why Cooper stopped Han and not Roshi

Anyway

After a while of this back and forth between Roshi and Touka, Yonbi told Roshi the same thing Gobi told Han, but Roshi at first didn't want to follow this plan, since he was stubborn

Until he was hit again by Touka because he didn't pay attention

Then he was mad at her and was instead going to do what the plan told him to, just because it would help him against Touka, nothing more

...

All at once, B, Han, and Roshi all started to grow, until they became giant red chakra-covered blobs, that shortly after, took the appearance of their respective Bijuus

Now, Bijuu form was massively stronger than their normal forms, but also way slower

Han was unable to hit Cooper anyway

Roshi was already having a hard time catching up to Touka, and now he was slower and a bigger target

B knew he was in trouble, when even after he transformed, his frozen arm, now Hachibi's arm, remained frozen even in full Bijuu form

So, why did they transform if they are all easier targets now?

You'll see

"Ohhhh! They are like me?" Fuu asked excited, she had never seen another jinchurikki before

"No, not really" Rimuru answered

"Ehhh? They aren't?"

"Indeed, a Bull-Octopus, a big Monkey, and a Horse-Dolphin will never be as cool as Chomei, don't you think?"

"Ohh... Ohhhh, I see! That's true!" Fuu nodded aggressively

Chomei was one of her closest friends, maybe because the bijuu was always with her, but she was not shy of praising it every time she could

Most people would find this annoying, but the big bug bijuu, was maybe even more energetic than Fuu, so it liked it

One thing Hachibi didn't consider, was the possibility of a jinchurikki being on the enemy's side, and as such, Chomei heard their whole plan and using the wave transmission technique (btw, that jutsu is an anime-only, the more you know), Chomei told Rimuru about it

Rimuru could only smile wryly at the plan of their enemies, but it was fine, in the end, said plan helped him massively anyway

The Jinchurikkis used their tails to try to make their opponents take some distance, but it would not have worked had Rimuru not mentally instructed them to fall back

As soon as their opponents fell back, the 3 musketeers immediately prepared bijuudamas, all aimed at Rimuru's position

The reason? Because the 'Oh shit' signal was from his location

He or his subordinates could have easily stopped them... Hachibi's plan heavily relied on either them being shocked or scared of the bijuudamas, none of which were true

<I cracked the dust release>

'Timing Ceres, they are about to use their last move'

<It will be useless anyway and you know it>

'Hmmm, true I guess, anyway, can dust release hurt us?'

<Not really>

'Then it is useless, and you know it'

<Tch, smartass>

While Rimuru bickered with Ceres, the 3 jinchurikkis all shot their bijuudamas at him, bijuudamas are super fast, mind you

But, to no one's shock, Rimuru made them all collapse just by raising his hand

Well, no one but every kage and jinchurriki present, bar Fuu

A was basically unable to move, Lee destroyed this man's whole career

Temari was already not moving

Mei was held by Konan, so she couldn't move as well

Onoki though, fell onto his butt, not being able to stand anymore

Could you blame him? What Rimuru did just now... Was nothing short of impossible for him

To him and just about everyone else

There are 4 kages currently here, yet even if all 4 of them told anyone about this, even with their prestige, no one would believe them

Was this... The power of a God?

Such question ran through their thoughts even Nagato's thoughts, who every day saw more and more ways of how stupid he acted to think himself a god with such a meager power

Living and learning... Luckily for him, his mistakes didn't cost him his life, so he could learn

"Hey Fuu, wanna try to do that?" Rimuru asked

Zetsu knew that he wouldn't be able to kill Fuu, not whole Rimuru is alive, but using just a little of the nanabi's chakra was possible, and while the Juubi wouldn't be at full power without all of the bijuus, he just needed to brung Kaguya back and she would easily beat Rimuru and take Fuu's bijuu, he believed

"I'm going" Neji only said this before taking off toward Uzu

But both Obito and Zetsu couldn't care less, Neji did manage to evolve his byakugan to incredible levels with some hashirama cells to help him, but in the end, he was still useless, as he could only maintain the evolved byakugan on, for a short while
