Imprinting Rexes

Two little rexes were in front of Arthas. The shells flew everywhere and the rexes blew out with enthusiasm that they almost fell out of the table.

Their eyes were still closed and were still adjusting to the environment.

"Gweowwww~"

Both made cute noises as they tried to lift their heads and ever so slightly move their body.

It was like watching two giant cute worms with a predetermined life killing and slaughter wiggle their way out of the susceptible form.

"Hey, Ralia, what did Thalia say about babies again? Did she say anything?" Arthas carried his mouth next to her ear.

He whispered trying not to scare the babies that just came out. They looked vulnerable and he didn't want them to feel frightened.

"I don't know. I have never been pregnant or had a special someone before, so I don't know how to deal with this…" Ralia whispered back to him.

"Neither do I, you're a girl get your mama instincts out and help me out." Arthas was worried about the babies that were slowly breathing and were making growling noises.

"Just because I am a girl doesn't mean I am programmed to have such functions, get your stupid brain out and put in your father figure out dimwit!" Ralia retorted with an angry remark.

They both looked back at the rexes who opened their small eyes, they were of bronze color that almost matched their skin.

Small hands dangling from their body and small baby teeth protruding from their mouth.

They were standing up but were simply lying down on the gourd slowly opening their eyes.

Seeing that they seem to be not harmless, Arthas went closer.

"Hey, Arthas wait, where are you going!" Ralia shouted,

"They don't seem that they'll bite,  might as well get close to them while I still can who knows they might bite me when they are bigger." Arthas slowly approached them

Careful about his movements so as not to make anything rash that would scare the babies or give them a frightening morning after waking up.

Ralia who was curious followed Arthas and stayed just behind his back where her transparent self was seen.

"Hey, what do you think about them, do they look healthy?" She asked.

"How would I know, besides your supposed to be older than me do you have information regarding this?" Arthas slowly approached the two dinos with eyes that seemed to investigate them.

"Hmph, idiot, already told you a lot of times but you still can't understand any of it." Ralia closed her eyes and a thin aura-like glow around the contours of her skin.

"What are you doing now?" Arthas asked but was given no response as she just continued her business with eyes closely relaxed with the wind flowing through the air.

But the wind didn't hit her only Arthas felt the cold wind, it was clean and refreshing, after coming to this world, Arthas understood clean air and felt that he had been slowly being rejuvenated.

'You know, having great air once in a while ain't too bad, Arthas thought to himself as he looked at Ralia absorbed the wind through his skin, and looked back again towards the rexes.

Their eyes were slowly coming together and were gaining focus, they kept growling once in a while, but that would only be until they got tired.

It was different from a human baby that cries all the time, unlike that situation, the baby right now was relatively peaceful.

It didn't take long before Ralia returned from her praying state and continued to talk with Arthas as to what just happened, she took a deep breath through the hologram before touching her chest gasping for air, and giving a deep sigh.

"So, I have talked once again with Lady Thalia, those 'kids' aren't your summons anymore, so you have to manually care for them. At this point, you can be considered a Tamer as well."

Ralia opened both her palms and out came weird, aggressive-looking animals made from wood.

It was one thing that it was something that Arthas hadn't seen before but another thing that made him surprised was the term 'Tamer', he remembered it was one of the choices that Leah gave to him when he reincarnated.

It was something that he was reflecting on before choosing to pick summoning as his magic.

The wooden carved animals began to animate themselves and run around an orbit around Ralia as she looked at them running through her hair and hands.

"You see summoning and taming are very distinct, I know you might have an idea as to what they might be. So if I may say this in a definite, easy term. Summoning is something that would be having a contract, whereas taming would be akin to that of a bond with the animal."

Ralia explained as she peeked over Arthas's shoulder trying to see the baby rexes that were still on the table, the table was smaller than they expected as soon the rexes would fall if not careful.

"There's another thing to note about this, your rexes can now naturally breed with each other, it doesn't matter if they are of different elements as long as their base form are the same. I am not sure about complications but that's on you to figure out." Ralia continued.

Ralia closed her palm and the wooden carved animals were gone in an instant, she walked past Arthas and lowered herself to match the height of the table trying to look at the baby rexes.

Ralia was fascinated by the sight of a newborn creature that she had yet to see, it was phenomenal. It was fascinating and wonderful.

Arthas was thinking about the possibilities as he went through what he was given.

'So my summons don't eat right? So does that mean that these guys eat? Then what can I feed them are they okay with anything? If breeding them does that mean I can mass breed? But I can control them overall? What's going to happen in the future.' Arthas went into deep thought.

"Hey, Ralia, be careful with them, it hasn't been a day yet so please be careful about them, HEy—wait, don't pull too hard on their cheeks." Arthas was worried about his kids being hurt as he watched Ralia touch them.

"Jeez, you stupid man, I know alright even though I have no experience with pregnancy I still have experience taking care of my younger sister!" Ralia angrily retorted at Arthas who had a skeptical look.

As they were arguing back and forth like in a comedic play, they were gradually getting louder with their replies and slowly becoming heated. Talking loudly, the rexes were wide awake.

Their eyes were focused on their conversation as they kept replying to each other.

The rexes were dazed, they were just watching while lying down on the table that they could barely fit them.

Their feet were hanging from the side of the table, perfectly balanced as if to not fall to the side.

As Arthas and Ralia were continuing to argue, one of the Rexes growled in a moderately happy voice, while the other widely opened its mouth.

Arthas was focused on Ralia's argument when a sudden message brought back his attention to his kids who were just born.

Ralia noticed Arthas's complexion, dazed and confused as she wondered what made Arthas. It was then both Rexes made huge movements with their body and head.

Arthas was unresponsive and was focused on something else when the rexes brought his attention back to reality. It looked like they were going to fall but suddenly shouts echoed in the room.

"Mama!"

"Papa!"

Their faces contorted and were distorted and responsibility has been unconditionally added to their shoulders. Ralia, who was the most disturbed looked at Arthas with a disgusted face and hostile eyes.

"Ew"

With one word Arthas found another reason why she hates this girl.
