Once the command center or rather the foundry factory is introduced, it is possible to change the entire human warfare infrastructure becoming a fundamentally warrior-oriented civilization, if it is not obliterated in seconds it will adapt to the environment in hours and will not fear not an enemy, and as a bonus this will make supply lines more flexible and faster.
