Future Plans and Andromeda

After 15 minutes of travel the fleet had gotten close enough to where the Wraith fleet had learned of their presence. Admiral Hackett had information on the weapons of the Wraith Fleet which overtime could penetrate the shields of an Imperium ship.

But the Imperium ship's were way too powerful to even allow the Wraith to get that far before being destroyed.

Still he remained cautious and used tactics to fight the Wraith Fleet.

The battle which shouldn't even be called a battle was won after the destruction of the Queen's ship.

And now that they were in control of the space around the planet Admiral Hackett deployed Master Chief to the Planet's surface to deal with any Wraith that were on the surface and to take control of the planet.

The troops sent to the surface was met with cheers from the inhabitants who were glad to have been rescued from the Wraith attack.

And in little less than 3 days the planet was officially in the control of the Imperium. John had dispatched engineer bots and construction bots to rebuild the planet up into supply base for his fleets.

He also planned to do this with all as he was now planning to send fleet's all over the universe to liberate planet's and destroy the Wraith down to the last Queen.

This was going to be a massive operation that will take years to complete. But it will ensure the Imperium access to more resources that will be needed for the 2nd War against the Yuuzhan Vong.

John knew that this was a War which could not be avoided and would be the most deadliest war in the History of his Empire especially since he was going against a God.

But he himself is already closer to attaining Godhood as he is currently at 20% Divine Energy. And once he hits 100% he will transcend into a God that will have special privileges over the universes he control.

It would be a long journey but with his current Military power it will be easier to accomplish.

Meanwhile in the Andromeda Galaxy things were progressing rather smoothly as after 5 years of arriving the Nexus has been complete and now the people were focused on finding the Golden Worlds to settle. The construction of the Worm Gate had started also which will connect them to the other universes under the Imperium.

But while they went to find these planets they were interrupted by some strange energy in space that fried their systems and blocked a lot of their sensors.

This was a surprise to the Director of the Initiative since this strange energy wasn't originally their and it seems to be some new type of phenomenon that just recently appeared.

This limited their travel to only small size ships leaving the bigger ship's to stay at the Nexus. This decision was made by the Director of the Initiative to protect the the military vessels that they had since they were only sent here with a small number of ships and he didn't know what threats were out their.

He had millions of people to look after and protect so this decision was a smart move by him as noticed by the other people on the station.

Eventually months had passed and the Scientists had came up with a name for the phenomenon which they called the scourge.

They had also managed to learn to navigate the scourge better through time and experience. This allowed them to explore more of the Galaxy.

But months later and they had their first meeting with the Kett who were ruthless in the first meeting as they killed an entire ship of people.

This made them as immediate enemies of the Initiative and caused the Director to put the defense Fleets on high alert. He also made sure that the enemy wouldn't be able to find the Nexus by limiting their travel outside of the system which worked.

All he could do now was to hold out until the Worm Gate get's finished in another 6 years so that he can get some help from Home.

But some people on the station didn't like what the Director was doing so they planned a rebellion which cost the lives of thousands and also kicked thousands more off of the Nexus.

The ones kicked off had went off into the Galaxy to live on their own while resenting the Director for kicking them off the station.

In a few months time those who were kicked off of the base had established themselves with the other species of the Galaxy but not in a good way.

Small ports were created on a few planet's, while other's created gangs that went around causing trouble or just seeking more power for themselves.

But whatever it was it made the Kett gain information on the possibility of various new races that they could use for Assimilation.
