Waking up in someone's body is one thing but finding yourself thrusted in a world full of dangerous things is another. This is a story of a young man who got transmigrated into a chaotic world with superheroes and supernaturals. Ps- The universe/world the mc is a combinations of cartoon movies like Incredibles, Megamind and many more, I have also changed the timelines, places, and names in the story. =This is a new writers work so don't expect much, I only started writing a month ago and English is not even my second language so there will be grammar errors, flaws, and plot holes in the story. This will also be kinda slow phase=

Sneaking out

After another mini freakout and yet another panic attack. Ace calm down and started to consider his plans for the future.

Based on the articles that he read, he is now in a world that is a combination of The Incredibles and Megamind and maybe more. And that only mean one thing, he is in a very dangerous world.

They are humans out there with special powers some may have a genius mind, and those humans may be heroes or villains alike.

'Oh man I have been in this world for a day but I'm already stress just thinking about what will happened in the future' Ace thought tiredly when suddenly, an overwhelming hunger gripped him. His stomach rumbled loudly, demanding attention.

With a sigh, he realized he couldn't ignore his cravings any longer. The school cafeteria was closed, and the dormitory kitchen had nothing but a few stale snacks. He needed something more satisfying.

He glanced at his roommate, who was sound asleep, and carefully slid out of bed. He tiptoed across the room, his every movement deliberate to avoid waking anyone. His heart raced with anticipation as he reached for his sneakers and quietly laced them up.

With a backpack slung over his shoulder, he made his way to the door, turning the knob as silently as possible. As he slipped into the corridor, the hushed whispers of students echoed from other rooms.

Ace crept through the dimly lit hallway, his steps light and cautious as he stood behind a wall, concealing him from the night cameras in the hallway.

"Let's do this," he muttered.

Ace wasn't foreign to these kinds of concepts. He had already sneak out plenty of times from his school in his previous life.

Back then, if he had been caught, it would have cost him his grades.

He took his experience from the past and moved expertly, evading the cameras without making any sound. Ace went past one obstacle after the other, but encountered the most difficult one in the end.

The back door.

The school dorm had two exits — the front entrance and the back door.

The front entrance usually had more guards.

So, Ace knew it was impossible to exit there without getting caught.

The back door was a better choice.

Ace saw a lone security guard standing next to the exit, causing him to retreat and hide behind a wide post.

Ace continued looking at the door, hoping the security guard would suddenly feel the urge to go to the restroom.

Unluckily for him, the guard settled comfortably on his seat, laughing at something on his phone.

"Heck. What is that baldy doing here?"

Ace suddenly heard a voice.

"He usually flirts with the janitress during these times. Did they break up or something?" another voice asked.

Ace frowned and peeked from behind the post.

Those voices... are there other students?

Ace sighed in disbelief when he saw two students on the wall adjacent to the post. Their figures were hidden by a cabinet, occluding the guard's view of their bodies.

However, Ace could see and hear them clearly.

"I'm hungry. I want a sausage," Student A whined. "And I'm craving a soda. They don't have any junk food in the cafeteria here."

Student B clicked his tongue. "Be patient. Let's just wait until that bald guard falls asleep."

Student A groaned. "And when will that be? His eyes are practically glowing while watching on his phone. We'll be the first ones to sleep here if that happens."

"Then, tomorrow?" Student B asked. "We can sneak out tomorrow and go to the convenience store."

"But I'm craving something now," Student A whined.

Ace observed the two of them. It seemed like it wasn't their first time doing something like this.

Just then, Ace thought of a brilliant idea.

He rummaged through his pockets and brought out a couple of coins. Ace smirked and looked back and forth between the guard and the two students.

'Sorry, but I really need to go out and eat hehe.' Ace thought as he smirked evilly.

The guard turned off his phone for a bit and stood up, stretching his body and letting out a yawn.

This was his chance.

Ace aimed at the two students and threw the coins over their way, creating a loud clinking sound paired with Student A dramatic wail.

Ahhh-

"Shh!" Student B shushed, but that, in itself, was already loud.

Ace smiled when the guard's attention was successfully taken. He brought out his flashlight and pointed it straight at the two students.

They froze for a moment while the guard shook his head and clicked his tongue.

"Highschool students, huh?" the guard said, his voice resembling someone that had inhaled helium.

"Run!" Student A screamed, and the two of them scrambled away from the guard.

The guard was surprised, but he soon started running after them.Ace took that as a chance to walk through the back door, internally rejoicing when he felt the cool night breeze against his skin.
