Quinn was happy at obtaining a free Mithril mine but first, he decided to inspect it. He called upon Alice and told her to give him a skill that has resource detecting and evaluating functions.

After a ding, Quinn felt the information gush into his head and knew the skill had been embedded into him.

All Quinn had to do now was to scan the mine with the skill and wait for the evaluation. After a few moments, he received a feedback telling him that the mine was pretty large. He didn't know how large exactly so he had all the spots with Mithril light up.

In the end, he was directly blinded as light invaded and solely occupied his vision. For a moment, all he could see was white. After some time, he gradually returned to normal and jumped up in joy, forgetting about being nearly visually impaired.

Quinn basically found that even if he were to triple his town's strength and population, it would still probably take a hundred years to completely clear it out.

He got so happy that he directly made a physical enhancing and mining skills and bestowed them to the goblins for them to mine much more efficiently. Not knowing that Quinn just wanted to squeeze them even harder for benefits, the goblins were grateful as they were able to obtain such valuable skills and worshipped Quinn like a god.

Quinn also had some spare iron in his inventory so he made some iron pickaxes on the spot and gave them to the goblins for use. Aside from that, he coaxed them more with additional benefits and then finally left with the elves after assigning everyone to work.

For the next few hours, Quinn actually spent some effort purposely hunting down goblin groups or even other goblin villages and brought over most of the goblins to the first base and had them join the workforce.

Quinn asked if the Goblin Chief had a name and it turned out that it named itself. He named himself Krug so Quinn temporarily named the village after him and gave him the authority to manage the place.

After everything was done, Quinn finally felt it was time to go back. He first gave specific instructions to Krug about a few matters. He also planned to make a personal token that could represent him to avoid troubles in the future when Quinn sends people here to retrieve the resources.

Before leaving, Quinn had left Krug a few blueprints and some simple houses and toilets to at least raise the base's overall cleanliness. He also gave them a few seeds that they could plant and start a farm with.

Krug was naturally grateful as he felt that submitting to Quinn was he best decision it had ever made. With these items, the base's hygiene and food supply would be temporarily solved. It would be up to them to improve even further.

Quinn gathered together with everyone and soon took off with the dragons. They quickly flew back towards the portal entrance.

Back at the manor, Quinn was lying lazily on the couch as he was staring at the virtual screen floating in front of him. He was studying the town statistics and saw that mostly every requirement was already met to level up to a city. The originally completed military requirement became incomplete once more due to the murder of the soldiers. Quinn had already told Alwyn to hold another emergency recruitment to take the place of the dead soldiers. Quinn had also released an announcement to emphasize its importance since it was one of the requirements for the town to level up to a city.

Other than that, Quinn needed to set up a city wall. He didn't really feel it was necessary since he still thought he could solve everything with his power, forgetting about the fact that he was helpless on a current case. Unfortunately, he still had to build one as it was a requirement to be recognized as a city.

Of course, since he had to do it, Quinn planned to make it as grand as possible. Since he currently had a huge Mithril mine in his possession, he planned to make a wall out of the legendary magic metal that was supposedly very rare and hard to come by.

At the same time, while he was waiting for the Mithril and Space Stones to arrive, he had all the engineers design a city wall blueprint with the best of their abilities. He also told them to include cannons which would me installed in the wall in their designs.

To speed up the gathering process of the resources, Quinn had planned to send a few Miners to the dungeon. Before that, he had to give them tokens that would signify his presence to deter those goblins from attacking them.

As for how to make one, Quinn had actually created a contest for all artistic and creative people to make a token that would best represent him and since this was a matter resulted to Quinn's gave and reputation, he handed out very generous rewards for the final winner.

In the end, the design which won the contest was a domineering token with Emperor Dragon and Empress Phoenix as the template while also being completely gold.

After receiving the design, Quinn first sent off the rewards before making a blueprint for a Personal Token. Of course, he still made the token out of Emperor Dragon's scales and Empress Phoenix's feathers with a small amount of Mithril. However, to become the token's owner, Quinn's blood was an essential ingredient in making it.

This made Quinn, the glorious Town Mayor and the strongest player, hesitate about making a token as he thought about the pain of cutting himself. Although he became the strongest player, he was actually still an otaku at heart and was scared of pain.

[Host can get a Pain Nullification skill]

Quinn immediately did so as he really didn't like pain. He skimmed over the skill information and found that it can be switched on and off. He first turned it off before finding the sharpest sword he could find since an ordinary couldn't cut through his skin.

After finding a suitable weapon, he immediately slashed towards his hand which created a huge wound on it. Although Quinn didn't feel pain, he still yelped unconsciously like a pussy after seeing his blood gush out of his hand. He quickly caught the blood with telekinesis before it spilled on the ground then hurriedly took out all the other materials. Activating the blueprint, the materials quickly fused together and synthesized a magnificent looking golden token.

The design looked even more glorious and awe-inspiring when looking at the real thing. It glimmered with a golden light while also emitting Quinn's aura. This would be how others identify the token's identity. As long as they have met Quinn before, they would be able to recognize his aura.
