["Heavenly Wolf Hell God's Tome" skill acquired!]
["Heavenly Wolf Hell God's Tome" skill level maxed!]
Jasmine pulled her hand back and stared at Yun Che on whom she imparted another part of her brother.
She stared at him in silence, wondering if he would learn it as fast as he did with other arts.
She wasn't disappointed.
It wasn't even a minute since she imparted the art and Yun Che opened his eyes, a slight smirk decorating his face.
Not saying anything, he stood up and called out the Overlord's Colossal Sword.
With a loud sound, it imparted itself in the ground, shaking it a little.
Raising his hand, Yun Che grabbed the handle and seamlessly pulled it out.
It was astonished to see that this was the same sword he couldn't even pick up a month ago without opening the first gate, and now he picked it up effortlessly.
The way he swung it, it looked like he had a stick in his hand instead of an almost two thousand kilogram sword!
He raised the sword and tightened his arm muscles.
His black pupil suddenly gave an azure glow, stunning Jasmine, as he brought the sword downward and shouted.
"Heavenly Wolf Slash!"
A silhouette of a blue wolf with a tyrannical aura appeared behind Yun Che. It had the same blue glow in his eyes as Yun Che; it roared!
Suddenly, the whole Profound Gathering Tower started to shake as if an earthquake had hit it. It scared the shit out of the disciples still inside, cultivating. Yet, no one knew the reason for it.
Despite pulling back most of the strength, Yun Che couldn't help but marvel at the destructiveness of the art he just used.
It was only the first slash and he felt like he could destroy a mountain with ease! And that was, considering his cultivation level, astonishing!
'Dammit! I knew heavy swords were the best! The pure destructive potential of them is just… chef's kiss!'
For someone who liked to perform destructive arts more than elegant arts, Yun Che felt like he was in love with this art. Right now, he wanted nothing more than to go to Murong Yi and release this slash on his face.
"You really di—"
"Wild Fang!"
"Wha—"
"Heavenly Star Lamentation!"
"Wai—"
"Instantaneous Hell Calamity!"
"..."
"Azure Wolf Claw!"
"Bloodmoon Immortal Slaying Sword!"
"Heaven Wounding Heartless Sword!"
"..."
"Fuu~! That felt great! Heavy swords really are the best!" His face beamed with light as he cleared non-existence sweat from his forehead. He looked towards Jasmine and found her staring at him with a wide horror filled gaze.
'Oopsie! I accidently learned all of the Heavenly Wolf Hell God's Tome which took your brother nine hundred years to do so… Teehee pero~!'
"..." Speechless at his own imagination, he looked towards Jasmine with an "innocent" look and inquired, "What happened? You good?"
Jasmine looked at him in utter silence before she shouted out loud.
"What happened, you ask!?"
'Oh boy…'
This was the first time Jasmine ever shouted in front of him, causing Yun Che to startle.
But she could care less about his surprise or her condition right now. She looked at him with horrified eyes and asked, "Who are you? No, what are you?! How can you perform the whole Heavenly Wolf Hell God's Tome when I've only taught you the first form!? It's incredible! Totally inconceivable!"
"Ah, that…" Yun Che made an expression of realization, as if finally understanding what she meant. He looked deeply into her eyes and smiled. "Well, to tell you the truth, I also don't know."
"Huh?"
Seeing her confused and suspicious expression, he pinched his chin and made a contemplating expression.
"It's been like this from the start," Yun Che explained. "Since the time I was a child, there was nothing I could not learn; even if the said thing is incomplete, as long as I know a little bit about it, I suddenly seem to have knowledge regarding the whole thing."
He looked at Jasmine, and seeing her frowning expression, he further added, "It was the same with Star God's Broken Shadow, or World Ode of the Phoenix. As long as I was given a little information about the technique, I would suddenly have the whole information regarding it. It's like—"
"You suddenly remember the lost memories?" Jasmine completed, her eyes narrowing with each passing second.
Yun Che looked towards her and his eyes widened.
He snapped his fingers and exclaimed, "Exactly! It's like I have seen this thing before, but I don't know where… It was the same with Heavenly Wolf Hell God's Tome. The moment you presented the formula of the first form, I suddenly felt like I had seen and used the full formula before. And instinctively, I was able to perform it."
"Such a thing…" Jasmine's frown deepened and she gritted her teeth.
Just thinking about it made her head hurt.
From the information Yun Che had provided her, which she didn't doubt as it made sense to her rather than Yun Che being able to drive the whole form out of thin air, she could only come up with a single conclusion.
"Either he is the reincarnation of a Primordial God or somehow he is getting the memories of the Heretic God. Even then, he shouldn't be able to learn EVERYTHING! That's just… inconceivable! The only possible answer to it would be if he is…" Her eyes widened at the absurdity of the conclusion she came up with. "Unless he is the reincarnation of the Ancestral Goddess?! Impossible! That's even more of an unimaginable thing to happen! Just what is going on!?"
Yun Che's eyes glowed in a golden shimmer as he stared at Jasmine's confused face.
After his interaction with Chu Yuechan, he had decided to follow the plot.
But!
He decided that he would follow the plot but change it to make it his own! In simple terms, instead of following the OG Yun Che's plot, he would create his own!
He knew if he wanted to do that, he would need to stop hiding some things from Jasmine, who was particularly with him all the time.
For example, how is he able to learn a whole profound art when she only provided him with only a small part of the whole formula?
He didn't want to tell the secret of the system to anyone.
As such, he decided to create a story and direct Jasmine into thinking that he was a reincarnation of some Primordial God.
It didn't matter which, and honestly, he couldn't give a crap about it. The only thing important was that Jasmine came to such a conclusion herself!
If he told her that he was a reincarnation of a Primordial God, it would only arouse her suspicions regarding him.
But if she came up with the same conclusion, she would treat it as a possibility. Now seeing her expression, he knew he had succeeded.
"As they say, the more knowledge you have, the easier it is to fool you. With her knowledge regarding all the Star Gods and how passing of memories through inheritance is common, there is a high chance that she will either think that I also got Heretic God's memories or I'm the reincarnation of a Primordial God itself! Either way, it will give me more room to use my abilities rather than to stick to only those which she taught me."
The best thing about it was that in the eyes of Jasmine, he was but a mortal from a garbage star which can't even be considered a part of the God Realm.
So unless she baseline-impossible, she will never be able to come up with a conceivable answer. Her knowledge itself was an enemy to her here.
