As the first ray of sun appeared over the Blue Wind Profound Palace, Yun Che heard a knock to his door.

Groaning at the fact that someone disturbed him so early in the morning, he pushed his body out of the bed and staggered his way towards the door of his room.

Rubbing his eyes and yawning, he opened the door.

The sleep suddenly vanished away from his face at the appearance of the person on the other side of the door.

She still looked the same as from three months ago; beautiful and elegant. Her black hair gently fell over her shoulder to her back, reaching just below her buttocks.

Wearing the robes of Blue Wind Profound Palace, her face held a gentle smile. Her eyes gazing at him with surprise before mellowing down to gentleness.

"Brother Yun, as always, you are reckless. Have you forgotten that today is your fight with Murong Yi? How can you be sleeping right now?"

Yes, the deadline of three months that Yun Che had set has reached its end today.

"Now am I?" Yun Che bent his back and lowered his face at her level. His eyes gave a gentle golden glow as he looked into stunned Cang Yue's eyes. "As always, you are beautiful, Sister Yue. It really makes one unable to hold oneself."

Cang Yue hurriedly turned her face away, a blush creeping over her cheeks. With her hand placed over her lips, she softly muttered.

"Brother Yun should stop teasing me. I might get angry." She felt today Yun Che's temperament was different. Before, he would still tease her, but he would always maintain a certain distance between them. Right now, that wasn't the case. She felt like if she wasn't cautious, he might eat her today.

"Sister Yue is too cute. How can I stop myself from teasing her?"

Suddenly, Yun Che's expression became serious as he grasped Cang Yue's hand, startling her. Not looking at her, with a small smile on his face, Yun Che softly massaged her palms. They felt good to touch.

"Sister Yue, I have heard about your father's condition from Brother Sikong."

"Sister Yue…" Yun Che shook his head. "Cang Yue, you do know that I hold feelings for you, right?"

Cang Yue's eyes suddenly widened. Startled, she placed her hands over her mouth, tears gathering in her eyes. She could feel her heart beating faster and faster with each second, as she waited for Yun Che to finish.

"How can I let something happen to your father? If it is something within my hands, I am willing to do it at all cost. Please, will you not allow me such a chance?"

A silence permeated in the surroundings.

Yun Che patiently waited for her reply, though the awkwardness had started to creep into his body. If not for his skills, he would have been too embarrassed to even stand straight right now.

Finally, he heaved a sigh of relief internally when he saw Cang Yue move closer to him. Reaching only a soft distance away from him, far enough that her chest didn't touch his but close enough that it almost touched, she placed her head on his chest.

Yun Che didn't say anything. He just silently raised his left hand and placed it around her waist while his right hand gently started to pat her head. The moment he started patting her head, he could feel her body unconditionally relaxing.

His level ten headpatting skill was nothing to scoff at!

"... I'll talk with the royal father to allow Brother Yun to conduct an examination on him." A small whisper left her mouth. She was too embarrassed to face Yun Che right now, way too embarrassed after his confession. If one looked at her face, they would realize that tears were falling for her eyes and her face was a deep color of red.

Though she was embarrassed, at the same time, she was happy beyond belief. She knew she had feelings for Yun Che. After not seeing him for the past three months, a lot of things have happened to her. The more time she spent alone, the more insecure she had become.

Especially after knowing that Yun Che was married. She thought Yun Che never loved her nor did he hold any feelings for her. Otherwise, he would have met her at least once within three months.

The fact that he never even contacted her had left a deep doubt in her mind. Hence, despite feeling pained at the fact that Yun Che might have forgotten her, Cang Yue had started to come to terms with it.

But all of it broke the moment Yun Che confessed to her. She felt as if someone filled her heart with sweetness. She couldn't hold her emotions any longer. But since she was too shy to meet his gaze, she hid her face.

"Then I can be assured." Yun Che smiled, before it soon turned into a smirk. "By the way, my dear Sister Yue, even though I have pulled all my courage and confessed my feelings for you, you didn't even reciprocate them. It really makes my heart bleed. Does that mean you do not like me?"

"N-Not t-that!" Cang Yue hurriedly said. Still embarrassed to meet his face, she tightly gripped the robes around his chest and declared in a soft whisper, as if too afraid to let others hear her voice. "I-I also like Brother Yun…"

"Oh my…" Yun Che's smirk only widened seeing her bashful self. His hand moved away from her head and softly rubbed its way to her face before he raised it up. Seeing her bashful face and teary eyes, filled with love and happiness, he couldn't hold himself and said. "Then… how about we seal our relationship?"

"S-seal…?" Mesmerized by his gaze, Cang Yue confusedly muttered.

"Yes, seal." Yun Che answered. Without waiting for her to say anything, he bent down and sealed her extremely soft luscious lips.

Cang Yue's eyes widened to extremes, yet she didn't push Yun Che away. The struggle that happened in her mind was never seen in her action, exactly opposite instead! She slowly closed her eyes, enjoying every second of which the kiss brought to her.

Soon, their lips parted, leaving Cang Yue hungrily grasping from breath.

Not letting her hide his face in his chest once more, Yun Che pinched her chin and softly said.

"From now on, you are my woman."

Lost in his sight, Cang Yue could only shake her head and release a soft voice from her wet shining lips.
