Lee's grandma was feeling better and was already discharged, Lee sent lots of helpers to the house at the beach as she refused to come stay with him.

Today adria went over to see Akio and his mom, they spent alot of time together Akio wasn't a little boy anymore and was more addicted to his games, dad and friends than adria so it was mostly Yan and adria who sat and chatted.

"How is everything going with him?." Yan asked Adria.

"it's ok wbu?."

"Well few changes."

"That's good to hear."

"Hmm I guess so, Akio feels happy to have him around."

"That's good." immediately adria's phone vibrated and she saw it was a call from berlina "Sorry I think I'll be heading back home now."

"Oh is everything ok."

"Yes." Adria smiled.

"Thanks for coming by these days this place has been boring for me."

"I'll ensure to drop by regularly."

"Alright bye."

"Bye."

Adria drove home, she refused to take the call as she was offended by the way they had left her all these years and decided to call out of nowhere, she decided to call back when she arrived home.

when she got home she saw the doctors again, she greeted them and went straight to her room as her mind was somewhere else, once she entered her room she called the number back and it went through quickly as she saw berlina face.

"What's up." berlina asked as she adjusted her phone.

"Really! what's up? are you being serious?." Adria had a frown on her face and with one look you will know she was angry.

"Hmm yeah what else do you want me to say?."

"You fucking left and you come here speaking trash?."

"Well I'm not really there but-." berlina tried to release the tense but Adria cut her off immediately.

"Forget bye."

"Wait! wait!."

"What?."

"I'm sorry."

"Still don't feel better, I'm sick of settling in between if you don't want to care about me it fine I'm 24 not much of a baby now isn it?."

"Come on don't be like that, I'm sorry trust me things wasn't great here either nightmare's dad has tried to destroy all I have worked for, for 3yrs now I've been in and out of the court and at the same time I had my kids and family to deal with it hasn't been easy."

"Why didn't you inform me?."

"I wanted you to come back but you made your choice didn't you? and I didn't want to disturb you with my problem as you had already chosen to stay."

"Really? disturb? how wonderful." Adria said sarcastically.

"Come on Adria don't be like this aren't you happy am checking up on you?."

"No I'm not actually, the least you could do was leave a message for fucking month, years Berlin."

"I'm sorry."

"Where are you?."

"Oh this is the hospital."

"What happened to you?."

"Nothing just had a little accident."

"Are you ok? how come." Adria asked worriedly.

"I'm fine you don't need to worry, I'm sorry I became negligent towards you, I heard that nightmare got to you I tried all I could to help but I really failed and since you refused to return I lost track of things that happened in your life I'm sorry."

"It's fine sis, I'm sorry too I didn't know things were hard for you too, it was just that I was alone in another man's land at least you had your husband and mom by your side, I was so alone and missed you guys so much."

"I really missed you too, I heard you have dumped your body guards and you opened another branch of your watch collection at Tokyo."

"Yeah with the help of someone though."

"Way to go girl making hits even when you're far away, I'm so proud of you so don't you think you need to settle down now why don't you come back home."

Adria hesitated for a while before saying "I'm engaged b."

"What?." Berlina was shocked by adria's words, she knew her sister wasn't a love person, she barely believe in love, so hearing she was engaged without even being pressurized to was a surprise but thinking about it probably when she left Adria saw a better reason to have someone else apart from her family by her side maybe it wasn't really a bad thing maybe it was God's way of setting things straight.

"Didn't you listen to all my voice notes?." Adria said as she cut berlina's thought short.

"Umm no I'm sorry, must have skipped them."

"Well I'll be getting married soon."

Berlina was shocked by how Adria had grown alot, she was even talking about spending the rest of her life with a man this was amazing "That's wonderful Adria is it to Asachi?."

with the mention of that name adria's mood turned sour "No to someone else." adria said with a hint of disgust at the mention of ash's name.

"wow ok that's beautiful."

"I will fill you up on everything later ok." Adria said as she saw Lee come in from the door he looked in a hurry, she ended the call and asked "What's wrong Lee?."

"I need my keys."

Adria has noticed that Lee hasn't been in the best of moods lately but she has tried to be patient as everyone has that stage when they need time to there self, so all she could do was be supportive "It's there." she pointed at the top cabinet, Lee strolled towards the cabinet took his keys and left adria kept looking till he was out of her sight, she showered and made her way down stairs just to realize that the doctor as well as Lee wasn't there anymore.

Lee's project with the doctors weren't yielding fruit, no progress has been made and it kept making him restless and he had also tried to keep Adria out of there but the more he did that the more her suspicions grew, today the doctors came by and told him to abort this whole project as it won't work, Lee felt helpless he really wanted to get rid of this guilt he felt for years now. Lee made up his mind that he was going to tell Adria about everything but he was scared he haven't had the chance or the right moment, he didn't want her to hate him or think he is mentally unstable. With the doctors revelation of how unsuccessful the operation was he had been stressed, he wasn't thinking straight anymore and most times if felt like only his body was there and his soul have left him. He strolled towards the room to talk to adria he stood by the door for hours thinking of how to explain it to her once he opened the door and saw adria's worried eyes on him he had to back away from telling her he lost his courage and decided to just take his keys for a drive.

"What's wrong Lee?."

"I need my keys...." once he took his keys he stepped out of the room and walked towards the stairs to leave but decided to head back to the room.

Adria looked up to the third floor again fidgeting a little she battled the urge to go there but something caught her attention the door was open, she quickly climbed the stairs and made her way there the door was really opened she turned around to leave but heard noice from inside the room it sounded like something fell, she quickly made her way into the room without thinking.

adria got inside and to her suprise she saw Lee holding his head feeling all worked up and in pain she tired to reach out to him so she could support him but then she looked around and she was stunned by what she saw "Lee." she called out in fear.

Lee turned to her quickly as he saw adria standing there scared "what are you doing here, your not supposed to be here, why did you come in here adria I specifically told you not to." lee said as he felt scared, angry and mentally stressed he dragged his hair backwards as his eyes moved from side to side.

Adria was shocked beyond measures she looked at the body that seemed to be freezed on a glass, it was a human, a dead human "I l..Lee I wanted to check what was in the room I heard noices and I wanted to see if everything was ok, Lee what is this?, what is all this?." she pointed at the equipment "You told me you were running an experiment here so what is this." Adria said with fear in her eyes as she stared at the pale body in the glass.

"you shouldn't have come here adria I specifically told you not to!."

"Are you mentally ill Lee who is this?."

"Leave adria." Lee said as his eyes began to turn red as tears threatened to pour.

"Lee."

"Leave!."he screamed which scared her and she immediately turned to leave, this was it she is leaving not only this room but this house and this country she thought to herself as she made her way to the door. she went to her room got her things and made her way out the house, the butler was quick to inform Lee who ordered him to keep the gates shut, he knew adria was not some one to mess with or lie to and he just did both, he made his way to his garage and saw her in her car he strolled to the car and tried to stop her from leaving but adria had her hands firmly on the steering, Lee tapped the glass gently but adria avoided looking at him as she was already crying.

"Adria please come out let's talk." he said gently as he regrets shouting at her earlier, seeing her cry he felt like he had failed her "Adria I'm sorry I yailled at you back there I was scared and confused I'm a mess adria I'm sorry I lied to you, you don't deserve that I'm honestly sorry."

Adria was beyond mad she refused to look at him as she said "bullshit." under her breath but Lee heard it very well.

"Please adria please I beg you I'll tell you everything you need to know if you just get down from the car."

"Oh please Lee I gave you time for that but you chose to lie." she said this time she looked at him with her teary eyes.

"I'm sorry please I promise to speak the truth please adria I beg you if you leave I'm going to die Adria."

"Are you seriously tryna blackmail me into giving in you think saying those words will stop me from leaving."

"Adria please, please I'm not tryna blackmail you I'm just being honest with you I'm nothing without you in my life I've lost everything soon I'm going to loose my grandma your the only person who is here I beg you."

Adria felt sad with the mention of his grandma she began to recall her words she must have known her grandson wasn't normal "Lee I can't-."

"Please! you can't just leave me...."
