Chapter 3. Lunch with the first.

Joshua Primus was the first student who accidentally saw Rabium, Malum, and Nox fighting off a darkness shadow. The boys were scared that their sercet group was going to acknowledged by everyone in the academy so they shared the secret of the silent schoolboys with Joshua, which convinced him not only to keep it a secret, but made him smile. He became the first smiling student since the creation of Rushville Private Academy. A few days later, the four boys had a lunch break at the academies' food court.

As the bell rang, signaling the start of the lunch break, Rabium, Malum, Nox, and Joshua made their way to the academy's food court. They had all grown accustomed to the routine of sitting in a secluded corner, away from the prying eyes of their fellow silent students. Today, however, Joshua's presence added a new energy to the group. His smile was infectious and lifted the spirits of the newbies.

As they settled into their seats, Rabium couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. He knew that having Joshua join their secret group was risky, but there was something about the boy that made him trust him. Malum, on the other hand, was more skeptical. He couldn't shake the feeling that Joshua would betray them at any moment.

Nox, always the voice of reason, tried to calm the tension between his friends. "We all agreed to let Joshua in on our secret. We need to trust him," he said, his eyes fixed on Rabium and Malum.

Malum nodded reluctantly. He knew that Nox was right, but the fear of being exposed was still prevalent in his mind. They continued their conversation, trying to keep things light and easy. Joshua seemed to fit right in, laughing at their jokes and sharing his own stories.

As they ate their lunch, a shadow fell over their table. "What the actual ****, Nox? Can't you control them now?" Malum screamed. Rabium quickly put it away by lying his upper body on the table. Then he looked up and saw a group of students staring at them with curiosity. *How's is that possible?! Why they are now curious about us, when we came to the academy, they were just silent!* Rabium thought. Rabium's heart pounded in his chest. Had their secret been discovered so soon? But as the students turned away, Rabium realized that they were merely intrigued by Joshua's presence among the school newbies.

Feeling a sense of relief, Rabium relaxed slightly. Perhaps having Joshua join them was a blessing in disguise. Maybe his smile could help them feel more comfortable with this silent school, instead of standing out like they always did.

As they finished their lunch, Joshua stood up, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "I have an idea," he said, gesturing for the others to follow him. They walked out of the food court and made their way to the academy's rooftop garden.

The garden was a hidden oasis, filled with lush greenery and vibrant flowers. It was a place of peace and solitude, away from the hustle and bustle of the academy. The boys sat down on a bench, enjoying the quiet beauty of their surroundings.

"We should come here more often," Joshua said, breaking the silence. "It's a nice escape from the silent chaos of the academy."

Rabium nodded, feeling a sense of camaraderie with his new friend. Perhaps Joshua was the missing piece they needed to truly feel like they belonged at Rushville Private Academy. As they sat in companionable silence, Rabium felt a sense of contentment wash over him. Maybe, just maybe, their secret group could thrive with Joshua by their side.

As the afternoon sun began to set, the boys reluctantly made their way back to the academy. They knew that they had to return to the realities of their daily lives, but for a brief moment, they had shared a special bond that would never be broken.

As they went their separate ways, Rabium couldn't help but feel grateful for the lunch they had shared with the first. Joshua had brought a new light into their lives, one that would guide them through the darkness that awaited them. And as he looked up at the clear sky above, Rabium knew that their secret group would face whatever challenges came their way, together.
