Chapter 106

We got down the plane and acted as nothing happened in front of our team.

We were fetched by rough trail vans. The security team of Paul divided into 3. The first group went ahead to secure the way, the second group stayed with our driver and the third group accompanied the documentation team and followed us behind. Our supplies are all loaded on the big truck. I did not know that Paul had lots of packages to bring with us.

Before we departed, the leader of the group warned us that the path 2 hours from the airport is very bumpy because of the typhon that hit them the past week. We were fortunate we came there the right time.

He also suggested that we might need to have our food first before traveling the 4 hour-long drive.

We all agreed to have our breakfast first. Besides it 7 o'clock in the morning already. I advised Paul and the team to eat just enough so they will not throw up along the way.
