"Die for Lao Tzu" - Liebe laughed and kept shooting wildly. Never stopping until finally the bullets ran out from his gun and only the sound of empty clicks rang out.
"What're you looking for, go and get him. I don't believe he's still alive." Liebe said as he looked around and noticed the blood marks around the pillar. Surely one or two bullets in his wild run still managed to hit Ali.
Hearing his order, the few men who were too scared to move forward all this time because this maniac was shooting bullets blindly without even looking, started looking around for Ali, following the blood trail on the floor, until it disappeared around a corner.
Four men walked towards the right while the other four went towards the left. Liebe was still standing in his place as two men stood on both his sides looking around carefully. (There were 17 people total, 3 Ali killed already and the rest are Kiara inside with 2 guards.)
"Why aren't there any bloodmarks, did he run outside?" One of the guards asked.
"He's half zombie already. Have you seen any zombies bleed out? He's probably hiding somewhere." Another guard replied.
"We've made so much noise what if another horde attacks here." The third guard asked.
"Let's just kill him and leave. I don't want to follow that Kevin guy anyway. He gives me the creeps."
"He does, right."
The fourth guard had just spoken bad about Kevin, when behind him Ali's voice rang out.
Before he could turn around, Ali grabbed him from his neck, hiding himself behind his back. While the nearby three guys reacted and hesitated to act, Ali pulled his gun and shot them.
The sound of screams rang out loud in that hallway as their bodies dropped one by one. When three of them were dead, Ali looked at the man he was holding, and the hunger started giving him another headache, but suppressing the thoughts begging him to eat everything, he just shot the man in the head, ending his life in one blow.
"You don't have to follow him anymore, he'll be the one to follow you on your way to hell." Ali said and turned around to leave.
He had only taken a few steps when the guys who went to the other side came back and started running towards him. One of them who was holding a gun fired a few bullets at him, while the other three just ran towards him from the side. Ali pulled the gun and fired the shots too as he tried to run, one of them finally hitting a guy who came close to him.
One of the guards swung his hockey stick at his head, which Ali barely dodged. He grabbed the man's hand and put his gun below his chin. Before he pulled the trigger, the man screamed in horror - and Ali just shoved the gun in his mouth.
"It was empty, idiot." He said, as he slapped the gun from behind, forcing it further inside. The man's mouth started bleeding and he started gurgling/coughing on his own blood.
Before Ali could turn, he felt a sharp pain on his side, as a bullet went past him, grazing him a little. He turned back to see the man with a gun and saw him searching his pockets for something anxiously, looking for something.
Ali pulled the knife from his waist and directly moved towards him, ignoring the one guy who was trying to hit him with the wooden bat.
"I still had a bullet left, dumbass." The man said, as he pulled his hand straight and fired the last bullet towards Ali.
Ali, who was already near him, couldn't dodge in time, so he raised his hand to cover himself on instinct. He felt the sharp pain on his wrist as the bullet made a hole in it and went straight to his shoulder. The shock knocked him back a step, as he felt blood that splashed over his face.
Ignoring the pain, he clenched the knife even more tightly in his other hand and moved forwards, finally stabbing the man, who thought one bullet in close range would kill him.
Ali pulled the knife out from his neck and slashed it backwards, making a cut onto the hand of the last guy, having him drop the wooden stick in his hand.
But not before the wooden bat in his hand, ended up hitting him on the shoulder where he just got shot. Ali stumbled and fell to his knees, as that one freaking hurt.
'Ahhh '
Ali screamed in his mind. The more delayed he got here, the more his hunger was getting. He was even starting to blank out in this fight now. And all he could think every time he saw someone 'living' nearby, was to kill them, eat them, destroy them.
Ali grabbed the man's shirt, as he tried to stand up again.
The man seeing this sicko still alive and crazy, didn't even want to fight him anymore. He was shot 3 times now, and got hit by other things too many times too. And not to mention the wounds this bastard had before he even came here. His body was already pale as a sheet of paper, yet this motherfucker was still sane. The man didn't want to fight anymore, he just wanted to run away from this demon.
The man tried to push Ali away, to free his shirt, but Ali just refused to let go. His body was almost limp now, with his eyes closed and face down. Yet he was holding onto that shirt, like it was his last straw to stand up.
The man grabbed Ali's hand and started to push it away. His fingers digging into the bullet wound Ali had on his wrist, as he tried to forcefully throw him off, so he could run back.
Yet that ended up being a mistake, as the instant pain only ended up giving Ali a little bit of clarity. He opened his eyes, his hands roamed on the ground and picked up the wooden bat the man had thrown down earlier. And without looking he swung it upwards, hitting the man on his genitals.
A painful scream loud enough to echo two times in the building escaped the man's mouth, as he fell down to the ground. Curled up into a ball while holding his balls.
Ali threw the bat aside, and picked up his knife from the side again. He grabbed the man's leg and pushed his body forward, reaching near his face. He turned the man straight and stabbed the knife into his chest with all his strength.
Ali's body fell limp over the man's dead body too and he rolled towards the side. His eyes were losing light, as he looked upwards at the empty ceiling. Every breath became a hurdle for him, as his lungs hurt and heart felt empty with all the blood loss. Soon he closed his eyes and his vision turned to darkness.
"You can't even take a few punches, why're you even here?" Shiva's voice rang out in his ears. "Don't come asking me to beat them, if you lose your match."
"Come on, I'm tougher than I look." Ali said, as he stared at the metal caged ring in the center stage. He followed Shiva to a fight club today, since he had nothing better to do. Aarvi went out for a meeting with a few board members and he was free. "I bet I can last at least a few rounds."
"The fighters tend to go hard when they're up against a newb, instead of looking down on them." Shiva said to him, before Ali went forward for his match "Beating newbs senselessly is their hobby and way to show off. So don't expect mercy."
"How'd you know?" Ali asked but after seeing him smirking he replied "You know what, don't answer that."
"Ladies and gentlemen, let's start the first match for the night. Something simple and easy, which can be wrapped up in moments.
So cheer on, and let's welcome our fighters on the stage. On one side we have a noob chicken who's here for the first time, against the guy whose matches you love the most." The announcer came on stage and started speaking. "Bets are on everyone. So place your money, this is gonna be one bloody match."
" Let's welcome Ali and Shiva - our two fighters."
"You bastard, you did that, didn't you?" Ali cursed as he looked back.
"Come on, just let me win my bets. I'm low on cash." Shiva said as he moved down the stairs. "I'll go easy on you, promise."
"Oyeee, wake up." Shiva said as he slapped Ali's cheek. "Fight's not even over yet. Stand up. Let's just fight for a few more minutes ehh."
'Wake up already'
-unhhhh-
Ali opened his eyes with a jolt, his heart beating wildly. Shiva's smiling face came to his view, followed by a punch coming straight to his face. Still confused if it was all a dream or real, Ali just moved his face to the side to dodge it.
-bang-
The sound of a bullet hitting the floor echoed near his ears, giving him a shock. Looking up, Shiva's face disappeared in the air, in that place the face of Liebe holding a gun in his hand became clear to Ali.
'The fight's not over.' Shiva's words still echoed in his mind, as all the pain in his body subsided and he became numb again.
'So let's fight.' Ali said in his heart, as his lips curled up in a smile.
