We left jubelive city and headed into the oreburge Forest.

Onve we found a clearing I began having the four Pokemon Kusunagi, Naikido, Jet, and Urshifu begin their practice of the two scrolls teachings,

Jet and kusunagi began practicing building up their rage and tapping into their KI to power their strikes while Etsuko and elekid began doing training to increase their agility and reaction timing while also having them do meditation, both of them practiced kumite, kusunagi sparred with Etsuko and jet sparred with Naikido this was to give the two Kubfu the chance to get used to battling elemental fighter types.

Kusunagi and Etsuko had a pretty fair fight with Etsuko even using a move known as the horse sweep a move involving the user to twist their opponents wrist and cross their leg over the back of their opponents before swiping their calf against their opponents heel.

While elekid and jet had a more heavier fight with elekid throwing electric punches and jet using a mix up involving him using a low kick a straight blast a elbow to the sternum a short Uppercut and finally a thrust kick to send him backwards however during etsuko's spar chimchar attempted to use a hook punch but mid swing etsuku somehow predicted it ducked down and countered with a Rising Uppercut knocking Chimchar out.

" You did it Etsuko you entered the flow state," I said.

I watched her and elekid fight eventually jet let out a powerful straight punch that released a blast of energy at the moment of contact,

" Alright jet you got the KI technique down now you four take a break," I said.

I checked each of their levels and to my surprise to that training they each gained half a levels worth of experience.

" Okay time to have them get in some actual combat," I said turning back my cap.

I sent them to battle pokemon in the forest,

Not just bug Pokemon lived here but also any forest animals and they weren't limited to Sinnoh Region Pokémon to there were pokemon from every region here.

I watched each of my Pokemon battle, kusunagi took on a prime ape who decided to pick a fight with the monkey to show him this was his territory.

The fight began and prime ape came at kusunagi with a running knee lift but intercepted it with a front kick but the primape did a kip up and came at the chimchar with a back hand fallowed by a Uppercut,

Kusunagi however managed to shrug them off and came back at the primape with a body blow and then a barrel roll kick.

The primape was sent into the tree primape kipped up again and came at the chimp with a flying drop kick but at that moment kusunagi released his rage and activated his blaze ability and struck the monkey with a huge rising fire dragon Uppercut,

{ Shoryuuuuuukeeeen!} The fire chimp shouted.

The punch knocked out the primape.

Then kusunagi began glowing and flashing before finally transforming into a monferno.

" Alright kusunagi you poké-volved into a monferno!!! I cheered.

Kusunagi puffed out his chest and placed his hand over his heart and beamed with pride,

We had a two days walk through this forest which gave us time for training I began training each pokemon by having them do certain exercises I had kusunagi do the lead catching exercise in hopes of him learning the mach punch which if I'm correct according to the anime is ten times faster than the meteor punch since I knew that the P1 grand Prix champion would use a Hitmonchan whose famous technique was it's meteor punch,

My goal was to also have kusunagi learn some moves that would help him in gym battles the three I was focusing on was the mach punch, the vacume wave, fpame charge, and fire blast and I wanted to teach him the Dempsey roll, the lions barrage, and the Tombstone piledriver pin,

As a result I needed him to train vigorously,

For naikido I wanted him to learn the thunder punch, the lightning kick, the mach punch and the seismic toss as for other techniques I wanted him to learn, the silver fang, the leaf whirlwind and the Go to sleep.

For Etsuko and jet I wanted them to learn mach punch, brick break, hyper punch and hyper beam, while also having them learn the kata from the scrolls which for the scroll of the waters resembled Jeet Kune do and the scroll of darkness resembles Bajiqaun.

As a result I had the Naikido train his fist and legs via resistance bands and lunges, Etsuko train to be fluid and strong by having her practice dodging and intercepting attacks while having jet practice moving his body with as little waisted movement and training his strength by striking tree's as for kasumi the little Eevee would stick to it's sprinting and it's tackling rocks training while also doing rebound training, and starly would do speed training by having it do freeze falls before flying up right as it about hit the ground to improve the inazuna-oogoshi the bird learned while also having it learn drill peck, tornado, and cyclone blast.

After this I would have them rest then in the morning I would have them do basic strength training involving a thousand pushups sit ups squats and a five mile run, after which we would eat a good breakfast and we would continue our walk.

Dawn also did her own training eventually during the middle of the second day we made it to oreburgh,

We decided to get a hotel and use the shower to clean up ourselves and our pokemon I made sure that kusunagi didn't get his hair wet and that Naikido took a bath in a rubber tub.

After which we registered in the Pokemon center and had our teams healed up then I went to the poke Mart and using the 100,000 pokedollars I earned I bought a plethora of TM's fire punch,ice punch,thunder punch rock smash, vacume wave, hydro punch, hyper punch,seisemic toss, and fire kick, thunder kick, triple kick, hyper beam, and solar beam.

And taught each of them to jet and Etsuko while teaching seismic toss,fire punch, fire kick, thunder punch, thunder kick,and solar beam, to the two elemental pokemon.

Then I had the sextet do our training routine before each of we decided to challenge the gym leader, Roark.

Roark was surprised to see two kids a boy in a red jacket and black shirt and jeans and red cap,and red running shoes and a girl in a black shirt, pink scarf, pink skirt, and white toboggan as well as white boots,the boy had two bear like pokemon by his side and the girl had a piplup.

He smirked.

" So you two wish to challenge my Gym," asked Roark well first I need you to challenge my Gym members,

" Davi, Donna, you two challenge these two to a double battle," said Roark.

A young pair of twins stood at the center of the gym's battle field and the looked at us.

The two then sent out their team of Geodude and nosepass.

" Your each only allowed three Pokemon," said the gym leader.

" Fine," I said and sent out Etsuko while dawn sent out piplup.

" Piplup Let's do this!" Said dawn.

" Go Etsuko let's open up a can," I said.

The geodude faced Etsuko and the nosepass fought piplup.

" Let's show these kids whose boss!" Said the twins.

"Geodude use rock tomb!" Davi called out.

The large rock with arms grabbed the ground and intended to use it to bury the small bear.

" Go Etsuko do it!" I ordered.

Etsuko dodged the rocks attack and countered with a hydro punch and knocked the rock out,

"Geodude return!" Called Davi as there red laser recalled it to it's laser beam.

" Nosepass use rock smash!" Said Donna.

The large nodded rock came at piplup and smashed it with a hammer blow.

Piplup managed to survive.

" Piplup use iron wings!" Called dawn.

Piplup's wings glowed as It dashed in their was the sound of metal singing and the bird cut through the enemy using a cross winged slash and then nosepass fell down to one knee.

" Now piplup use bubble beam!" Said dawn.

Piplup fired of a spray of bubbles at the monster and knocked it out.

" Nosepass return!" Said donna as she used it's poke ball to call it back via a red beam.

" Go nedoran/nedorin!" Called out Davi and Donna.

"Watch out for their horns they're poisonous!" I said.

Now Nidoran/nidorin use poison sting.

The two came at our Pokemon and as nidorin came near Etsuko as if on instinct Etsuko span around and countered with fire punch.

The attack was enough to knock the monster dizzy and then Etsuko finished with a powerful rock smash, then Etsuko looked confused at to why it happened.

'she accessed the flowstate.' I thought

" Dodge it and counter with quick attack and drill peck!" Ordered Dawn.

Piplup dodged quickly and countered with after images and a spiral dive and drove its back into nidoran's flank knocking it out.

After which we were allowed to challenge Roark.

" Congratulations you to as a reward for passing my test I shall allow you each a handicap since your Pokemon seem tired I shall only battle each of you with one pokemon.

" Alright your up kusunagi!" I called.

The monferno screeched in response.

" Go rampardos!" Called Roark.

'This will be interesting!' I thought.
