A *very* handsome man sat on a throne made entirely out of bones and skulls. The young man sat majestically, a deep aura surrounding him that could make anyone bow before him.
"My lord, your mother requests your presence," an old man in his nineties said, fear evident on his face.
"You may leave, Sirius," the young man said, completely ignoring his mother's request. The old man left without a word.
"What does that snake want now? Isn't it enough to ruin my life? What more does she want?" the young man said, annoyance clear on his face. He walked sluggishly out of the throne room and slowly made his way to his mother's chamber.
When he arrived, a beautiful young woman could be seen sitting in front of a dresser, with four maidens attending to her. Each had a specific task; the first one painted the young woman's nails, the second combed her hair, the third massaged her legs, and the fourth served her fruits.
"You sent for me," the young man said, trying his best not to sound rude.
"Oh, Alaric, you shouldn't keep your beautiful mother waiting for so long," the woman said, her voice seemingly built to seduce, but to her son, it sounded like a dying bird's screech.
"What do you want?" Alaric asked, clearly tired of her antics.
"That's not the way to talk to your beautiful mother, is it?" she said, trying to sound hurtful. Alaric thought to himself, "Even Medusa is more beautiful than you," his frown deepening.
"Did you send for me just to tell me how beautiful you are, or...?" Alaric asked, his expression mute.
"You're such a straightforward man. Well, anyway, you're not getting any younger, so I've decided that you're going to get married," the lady said, batting her eyelashes in an attempt to look cute but failing, as it seemed something had entered her eyes.
"Hell no! What more do you want from me? You've already taken away the one I love, and now you want to take my freedom? Over my dead body," Alaric said in frustration.
"Well, there's nothing you can do about it. You're getting married to Celeste. As for Dina, she brought it upon herself, forgetting her duty. Serves her right," his mother replied.
"Don't you dare speak about Dina; you have no right," Alaric said as he stepped closer to her, the ground under his foot breaking from immense power.
Seeing that her son was getting angry, she dropped the Dina conversation. "Son, hear me out. You're the only one who possesses the all-seeing eye of the Gods. You were blessed with universal power. You can destroy anything with just a word, and overall, you are handsome. I don't want all of that to go to waste," she tried to calm her son down with fake motherly love.
"Like I said, over my dead body," Alaric said with a deadly tone.
"Well, that's not happening, because you know you can't die, hahahahaha," she said with an evil laugh.
"Watch me," he said as he left the chamber.
"I'm going to find a way to kill myself. At least in death, I will have peace."
