Chapter 431: Thor and Odin

Unlike Eros and Nike earlier, these guys descended directly, this will be hard. Of course, they would crash the wedding.

Odin then readied his spear and Thor create this armor of lightning on himself. I then checked to make sure everyone is okay, but I can sense many deaths. Arion arrived the very next second, I just gave him a signal and he quickly rushed in to save remaining survivors and pulled them away.

"Chaos ordered you guys or something? I mean, come on Thor, you even used to be the head of the enforcers, a position similar to the higher ups, giving you similar authority similar to a councilor."

"Sometimes, you have to do many things for safety and you have no idea on the true extend of the powers of Chaos." Thor responded and then charged at me.

I summoned my gauntlets, Kronos, and his hammer smashed against my right palm. I was about to used my other arm to hit him but I then see Odin charging in with his spear which I grabbed just in time.

-Guys, better hurry up, I can't take 2 gods whose individual strengths match with a councilor. And just by grabbing this spear, I can know it already, these 2 can hurt me.-

-I'll try, but a god has also attack the wedding itself.- Diana replied

But luckily as I was struggling against these 2, Arion came out of nowhere and kicked Odin away. Thor then backed away, but I then used that opportunity to launch an onslaughts of punches to his body.

He tanked it all and swung his hammer upwards to my chin and I flew, but I warped right in front of him and did a front kick to his gut, his body sort of swings forward, so I grabbed his hammer with my right hand, spin and smack him in the face and he flew and crashed into several houses.

I then threw it back at Thor since I started to feel the side effects. I then charged in but Odin got in the way, I threw my fist but he used a shield to block my hit and charged it with this energy that isn't mana, so my absolute magic control have no effect over it.

His spear then pierces through plot armor and the tip of the spear got through my skin a bit.

"I use runes and an energy called 'Arcana'." he said "Your magic control doesn't effect me, and I'm one of the gods who can beat that stupid curse of Styx."

"Stupid different worlds and different spells and stuff."

"I use magic but I have many back up plans to fight a person who can handle magic." he laughed as he pulled out the spear and spun it with his right hand and tried to slash my face. But I was too quick as I turn myself to the side a bit and smash my fist in his gut and throw a powerful left hook and knock some of his teeth out.

Arion came in to give some help by kicking Odin's face with all his might. I then see a flying hammer coming my directing, I used both my fist to stop it in its track but it caused a large explosion of lightning.

"You handle Odin." Arion said "I can only take him on for a short time before he can overpowers me, I'll take Thor."

"Where's Pegasus?"

"He's helping the king and the others to evacuate."

I can feel the barrier of the kingdom wavering so I used some of my mana to help fix it back. I can see Thor running towards me but he's slowed down a lot, it looks like he's running at the speed of an average person, which is still quick, but not for a god, but Odin isn't effected at all as I can see runes shining on his equipments.

Can't believe he offered his eye for wisdom, but it seems to have worked out. I then lift my restrictions as a celestial and fought Odin.

I then cast several more layers of barriers on the kingdom and lift Odin up to the sky, I then casted several spells to blind him but that didn't stop him at all as he threw his spear at me with that arcana energy, the arcana energy is so dense that I can't manipulate the spear at all.

So I tried to doge it but it's like a homing missile, so I quickly got my wings out and fly at max speed an the speed increased its speed by the second. I knew the spear wouldn't hurt Odin, but there's something that I need to test out, its homing ability. i tried to make the spear hit Odin and fly off the last second but nope, it just followed my tracks completely.

Oh I flew to Thor who is distracted with Arion and is slowly regaining back his speed, and instead of flying off the last second, I phased through Thor's body and the spear penetrate itself through Thor's abdomen leaving a giant whole and continued towards my direction.

"Full counter!" I casted and hit it back with my fist after I see that it gained a lot of speed, it directed itself towards Odin, who created a strong barrier around himself using that strange energy to minimize the damage, the full counter allow him to be hit by his own magic and weapon which he didn't dodge in time, so it took huge chunk of his waist.

I manipulate the area to make it so that there regeneration doesn't work. Unlike most gods, the Norse gods aren't truly immortal since they can be killed in the midst of battle, they just don't age and have most abilities resembling other gods.

I can see Thor dying as he was bleeding out and Arion running around him and kicking him and stomping him to speed up the process. I turned to Odin who seems to be barely affected.

"Let's finish this, shall we?"
