Chapter 347: Elysium

Thanatos is the one guiding us around Elysium to find my mother, and so far, it's pretty good as everything here is super interesting. I even met the Cerberus, Hades' loyal watchdog, just give him some bacon and he's basically going to play with you, so please keep that in mind when you get here. The underworld also have good wifi.

Elysium is different for everyone as everyone has their own paradise, it's like basically travelling between worlds again, but better and some of them are questionable. There's a guy whose paradise is torturing damned souls and is laughing sadistically, so readers, take note, you have a chance for heaven after all.

Oh since chapter one. Well back to the story, anyway, we arrived at this small home with a small front yard and a small backyard. It looks like a nice humble suburban home.

"You 2 always have the same taste, except you will need a bigger home if you're going to raise a lot of children in the future." Hypnos commented

"A word of advice, your mother might be a bit different than what you imagined." Elektra told me as I then heard a shout

"Die you beast!" the voice resembled Elektra's when she was in her disguise "yeah, take that you *&@$*!&"

"Woah."

"Seems like you 2 are more alike than you think." Elektra chuckled

I got into the house and see my mother playing videogames, specifically a first person shooter game. Weird, everything I thought about her until now is thrown out the fucking window.

At least the insides of the house is nice, it's all cleaned up and it is nicely furnished.

She's sitting cross leg on the couch in a cold room while snuggling in a very comfortable looking blanket.

"20 kills and 14 assists? Damn, I thought you were a medic!"

"Right, Pich, grab that laptop over there, create an account and join my party." My mother responded as she took a glance at me

"Uh ok?"

I then did as she asked as she turned to the rest of us.

"Oi, what the hell are you lot waiting for, the party can fit 5 people." She said "And we have a lot of laptops."

"Uh, do I really have to join?" Thanatos asked

"Do you not like fun? This is why you're still single and is the lesser attractive twin." She complained "Do whatever, Elektra, Hypnos, I don't care whether you can play or not, join in and I'll carry."

Thanatos left to do his usual job as the rest of us stayed behind to play video games, I think we played for like 2 hours before we stopped, Hypnos and Elektra suck at it while my own mother could probably give professionals a run for their money.

After we finished, she just approached me and gave me a hug.

"Nice to finally meet you again, Panhapich." She said "I waited so long to meet my son again. Though you are technically no longer my biological child."

I just hugged her back and said nothing, even when we were playing the game, I didn't speak a word as she shouted excitedly every time.

"You are so big now, you're taller than me." she commented as a tear come out of her eye

"Thank you...mom." I barely manage to say as I hugged her back "it's so nice to finally meet you."

I thinks a lot of tears came out of my eyes, I have no care whether or not she is not a soul and hugging her feels really cold, a wave of emotions just came rushing out of me.

"Come on, sit down. And tell me everything, love life, embarrassing stories and all that, I'll listen to them, don't leave a single detail." She requested

I told her everything about me, my struggles and how I felt, I told her every single detail, not even Nova knows everything since I left out some details. She didn't interrupt me even a single time. I showed her some pictures of me and the rest of my current family.

We were sitting down as I talked, she held my hand throughout the whole thing. She then sort throughout the pictures, my bonds, my girlfriends, she sees them all.

"I'm really sorry for not being there for you." she apologized "I wanted to. Please do not blame your father, my death was my own fault for not listening to his warning."

"It's fine...it's not like everyday you know that gods actually exist or the fact that your parents are actually still there, just watching over you. I really apologize to you all for my childish behaviors. I'm really just not in the best mindset."

"Oh don't apologize, you carry a big burden of your shoulders." Elektra replied "No one is expected to carry the fate of the universe in the palm of their hands."

"I told you, I'm fine really, I got my bonds and my 2 lovers to help."

"No it's fine. A question please, Pich, do you really have wings?" My mother asked

"I warned you," Hypnos grumbled "She's a sucker for wings."

"Shush now." she ordered

I then showed her my wings which I already know the result. Even Elektra joined in feeling my wings.

"Auntie, why do you always have to touch my wings?"

"You should touch your own wings, it's so soft." She replied

"I'll still ask the question since the twins still have refused to answer it, would your wings taste like chicken or will it taste like human?" Mom asked

"Uh...hmm...that's a good question. But I really don't want to know. Besides it's hard for me to get injured now, even Eros would find it hard, only I can hurt myself."

"So that means you can still test it, you can just regenerate it back."

"...That's not how it works. And aren't you supposed to be a medic?"

"I was, not anymore." she replied as she hugged me again "You are so cute, I'm so grateful to see you again."
