Synopsis

This is my first book. I got a lot of ideas for books but never took the time to sit down and write/type one out. This is gonna be my first so we can see how well it goes. The story as of now will follow the protagonist Lit Tucker, who will be reincarnated into the world of Mercia. Mercia is a beautiful world full of elves, humans, demons, monsters, and magicians. Join Lit while he goes on an adventure to find excitement and love, and tries to figure out why exactly he was reincarnated.

Chapter 1The beginning of something great.

On the planet Merica

Fall of year 631

"Wait for me," yelled my little sister Victoria, as we were about to head into the Misty forest. She was much younger than anyone present with thick black hair that was tied into a ponytail, barely reaching the small of her back.

"victoria what did I say about running away from the Royal Guards?" I called out

"If your gonna do it, have an alibi" responded Victoria.

"PFfft, she is fit to be a princess nicknamed Spitfire. Isn't that right Vale?" said Feonix Tucker as he turned to face my little sister. He looked exactly like his name stated. Dark crimson red spiked hair that was cut to barely stand a few inches off his head. He stood at about 6'5 and was just as wide as he was tall due to the man carrying a Pheonix bloodline in him.

Now almost all of that was once fat a few years ago, but while we were visiting neighboring villages and dungeons he met an Elven Nobel girl who caught his eye while we dungeon t-hopped. Since then, he decided to grow a pair and put down the beer, and train harder.

"And yet you still can't beat her when it comes to fire magic, quite ironic isn't it big red?" replied the man known as Vale. His real name is Vale Von Silver. He is the heir to the Silver Dukeome and is incredibly talented with the great sword. Standing at 6'2 with a chiseled jawline covered is what most women would find extremely unpleasant and a spotted a beard

It could barely pass as a beard if he took some time to trim it. But alas he was just too muscle headed when it comes to his training to even notice." well until lately, that is" I said under my breath.

"What was that?" a delicate yet firm voice asked.

"ahh, nothing Abby?! Just thinking out loud is all," I replied quickly as I turned around and looked at the girl leaning on a tree with a short sword set on her hip. She had tight silver and white armor with an emblem of a sword with a bright twelve-pointed star at the tip of the sword, with a flame on the left side of the sword and a lightning bolt on the right.

She had dark black hair that was thick and wavy that barely touched her shoulders. Right behind her was a person with a solid black robe with the same symbol of the kingdom knights on its shoulders.

"hm?... Are you sure? You're not lying to me right Jonathan?" she replied with a smirk on her face, while her eyes stared at me as if she could look right through me. Which should have neem impossible, yet with how well I knew my sister, she most definitely could look straight through everything about me.

"Aren't you supposed to have more trust in me? I am the party leader after all." I said with a confident face and voice.

"Yeah, whatever, we got a mission we gotta do before your wedding so we gotta hurry. You know father won't be happy if you are late for something so important again," she replied with a flat face, but I could tell that she was holding back a chuckle or two.

"Alright then let's go, we ain't got all day, we gotta clear this cave of Lizard-men and start heading back before noon. So the one with the least amount of subjugated monsters gets to be the one who skins and digs for cores while the rest head for the ceremony." I called out while bolting into the forest at almost half my speed.

That way all my other party members can catch up.

As I was running through the forest I decided to release a bit of my mana and start a few spells in advance. That way I'm prepared to attack the second I arrive at the cave. After about 5 minutes of running the group finally caught up to me.

After a few more minutes of running the entire party came to a halt almost at the same time.

All of us stopped and were on high alert for one reason and one reason only.

"Hey, guys? I'm not the only one who noticed, but I'm gonna ask just to make sure." said Victoria with a look of extreme fear and vigilance. "but you guys don't see any mist around us at all right?" as she finished what she was saying she pulled out her sword and slowly started to cast some strengthing magic.

As Victoria said, the mist is the number one thing that is always around and never ceases to disperse while in the Misty forest. Except for one reason and one reason only. Someone or something extremely strong was present in the area of said mist. Someone much, much stronger than anyone in the party currently was.

*crack*

All of a sudden I heard a snap and not even a second after I did, I could see Abby's short sword glowing bright white while the air around Feonix turned extremely hot and multiple fireballs shot out of his body. All the while he pulled out his sword and shield.

Right behind him was Vale whose massive sword that was easy as tall as him was pulled from his back and glowing with extremely hot and white sharpness that would even a hundred Abbys to shame and bolted towards the sounds of the snapping branches.

At the same time as Vale charged towards where the branch snapped, Victoria decided to jump over a fallen tree and high near a massive oak tree. Knowing full well that she would just be a burden to whatever we were about to clash with.

While all of this was happening the cloaked figure pulled out a staff that was almost eight feet tall and had a massive blue gem on the top that was slowly starting to glow brighter and brighter. The gem was called urtommine.

It's extremely valuable in almost every kingdom. It's so valuable that only the royal family and the dukes have the right to buy some, from neighboring kingdoms. Even then they could only buy enough to make maybe one staff each.

As soon as the gem became bright enough to blind almost everything for the next few hundred feet, a massive wave of fire and lightning shot out of the staff and towards the sound of the branch.

All of this happened in 2 seconds. By the time I fully turned around to release my spells at the target, and the spell was going to release, Vale was sent flying back, while both Abby and Feonix stopped mid-dash before dropping their weapons.

As soon as I saw that I was about to charge forward to protect Victoria who was hiding behind a fallen tree easily three times as thick as Feonix before I stopped completely after looking at our opponent.

The reason for it was simple. In front of me, I was seeing something that I shouldn't be able to see. In front of me, I was able to read my opponent's status and it simply took my breath away.

"Hello, children. May I have this chance to speak with you about something? i also have some gifts for you. I'm sure you would all be very interested in hearing?" she said with an angelic voice that would put every loving, caring, and stubborn mother to shame.

Young Master's PoV: Woke Up As A Villain In A Game One Day

"Now you see?" she shouted in a mix of annoyance and disappointment. "You can't outsmart Scrients! They're the most intelligent beings across the two realms." "You're right," I muttered, averting my gaze with a heavy sigh. "I made a mistake. I was too arrogant to think that a mere human like me could fool them." —BOOM!! "Heik! Wh-What was that?" "Hmm? I'm not sure. Maybe you should go and ask the most intelligent beings across the two realms. Oh wait, you can't. I killed them all.” ______ My name is Samael Kaizer Theosbane. On the last day of high school, I got into a fight with a kid I used to bully. It was a stupid, pointless scuffle, and in the middle of it, I tripped and hit my head on a rock. That’s when the memories came flooding in - the memories of another life, of a different world. Suddenly, everything made a twisted kind of sense. I realized two things. First, I was in a game I used to play in my past life. Second, I was a villain. A villain! Not the cool and mysterious kind, either. No, my destiny was to be manipulated and die a dog's death! I was the worst type of cliché: an ungrateful, privileged, insufferable young master. The sort you'd find in those poorly written fantasy stories. The kind everyone hates — a snobby brat from a powerful noble family who thinks he owns the world just because he was born with a silver spoon lodged in his mouth. You know the type. The one the hero beats to a pulp to prove his worth. Yeah, I was that guy. And the hero? The hero was the kid I’d been bullying all this time. The same one I got into a fight with. He was the supposed savior of this damned world. A world teetering on the edge of destruction, beset by wars, calamities, and a grim future that only I knew. And at the end of it all, the final antagonist of the game, the undefeatable boss… the Spirit King, was waiting. But could I even make it to the end? Could I conquer a game where defeat was the only certainty? A game that was now my reality! “Ah, fuck it.” I had no idea if I could, but I sure as hell was going to try. Extorting extras, manipulating main characters, twisting the story to my advantage, stealing the hero’s cheat items, killing villains before they could become threats - nothing was beneath me. Would the main characters be affected? Who cares! Would the story change? Even better! All I cared about was me—my survival, my life, my choices. “I will live this life with no regrets.” …But as I soon discovered, fate was not easily changed. And the price of altering one's destiny was steep.
