Chapter 14 Day 3
Day two, ended in a flash and so day three started. Day 2 was uneventful, only killing giants, while the gods rebuilt the wall and realms. We of course healed some gods to, but that's a given.
We left the ruins, that is now, ones more a wall, thirty minutes ago. Today I had decided to use all my worshiper points, to increase my origin energy. The system said, that I have reached middle of 3/12, this news gave me a huge smile on my face. Looking in the mirror in front of me, I saw me in all my glory. Blue, new cut, short hair. Blue eyes, a smooth and baby like face, with a grown look to it. A beard has begun to form being about 5 centimeters long. The beard was a classic one, beginning at the mustache area, ending 5 centimeters below the chin. My abs were firm and big. I had a eight pack, classic greek god body.
" Ragnar, come to the command center." I heard the captain say, through the speakers.
Ones more walking through the corridors, I made my way towards the captain.
" Good to have you here, sit down, we're about to enter a battlefield."
My forth dimensional sight, noticed thousands of ships, ahead of me.
" Below those ships, there's a realm, full of gods and goddesses, in need of healing. We will send you and your squad down there on a rescue mission. You will have some 5/12 gods with you for protection, good luck."
He could have just told me that through the speakers, now I have to walk all the way to the ships. When I arrived, my whole squad was already there. Ten 5/12 gods arrived, at the same time as me.
" Get in the ships, no time to waste."
Walking towards my ship, I was followed by the 5/12 gods. The ship was the size of a five story building. Two wings were on both sides. The ship was almost completely gray, only part not being gray, was the cannons which were red.
The other gods entered similar ships, only differences being size, theirs being smaller, about the size of a house.
" The captain didn't tell you the whole mission, healer. You and your team, is to heal and help reclaim the wall. The ships up there, will be holding the giants, as you reclaim the domain."
" Got it, is anyone of you, a technology god?"
" yes sir, I am." Said another god, not so far away.
" You will be recreating the cannons."
"Yes healer, I will do anything for the missions success."
Ones that was done, I sat down in the captain seat in the ship and took of.
Time skip 5 min
We landed in the realm. Ones I got out of the ship, the smell of blood and feces hit me. The land around us was completely destroyed. We had already decided who was to do what, so the technology god and earth god got to work, to rebuild the wall. The rest of us left in groups of five, for healers one 5/12 guard. To find gods and goddesses still alive.
Walking through the desolated land, we found no signs of life, but we would not give up so easily.
Time skip 30 min
The sound of fighting caught the 5/12 ear. Making us move in that direction. Ones we arrived we found thousands of giants fighting a group of gods, that survived.
"Let's go" I screamed as I started running full speed. The 5/12 god, moved so fast, it seemed like teleportation. Arriving in a second, the god started killing giants left to right, giving us an opening. Sprinting towards the wall, we killed every giant we could. I jumped up on the wall and casted a healing spell on everyone. Than I casted a buff.
" Move gods, the fight is yet lost. We are rebuilding the wall, at another place. Follow us there, let us give those giants what they deserve!"
Seeming motivated the remaining gods and goddesses screamed, as they attacked the giants. The 5/12 god on our side, had almost already killed every giant. Meaning we could start making our way back.
When we got back, we saw some of the other groups had also returned and they also had new gods with them. The wall the gods we left to build it, was coming along nicely, already having 500 cannons. The wall was already covering the entire realm, soon expanding the other realms.
" All earth and stone gods are to help build the wall. If there is a technology god, you are to create rifles and ammunition. Healer use your ships to go to the realms around us, to find other gods to heal and get help from."
Saying that me and my group, made our way towards the ship, I came in.
Arriving in another realm we saw giants roaming, everywhere. Not wanting them here, I started using the cannons on the ship to kill the giants. The ship must have alerted the gods still left in this realm. Gods and goddesses started peaking out of their hiding space, to see us.
Noticing them I started clear the specific area, they were located, to save them.
Landing with the ship, at the first hiding spot, the gods and goddesses ran to us.
" We can't save all of them, healer."
" I know, that's were you come in. You will bring the rest back on ground, Harold."
"As you wish healer."
Sending the 5/12 god to help the others, I started flying back to the retaken area. Ones we arrived we let the rescued gods and goddesses go and help with the rebuilding, as we took of again, back to help Harold.
When we arrived, Harold had gathered all gods in the realm, in one big group. Their numbers were at the thousands ones again.
" Harold start making your way back to the wall, we will cover your escape."
"Yes, healer"
We started making a lot of noice, while killing a bunch of giants. All remaining giants started coming to us. This was the biggest realm i had ever been in, 50000 universe large. The giants here were only 3/12 and 4/12 so it was a lot of them in here, making their way towards us.
We started retreat to, while covering Harolds escape. As we made our way back to the wall, I looked at the war above us. 6/12 giant we're everywhere, the motherships we're losing by the looks of it. I hope they get reinforcement soon, or else we will have to deal with that.
(Author here. So sorry no more chapters today, because i will rewrite the first chapters. We can't have the introduction to the book be trash, can we. Anyways what u think of the chapter. I'm great aren't I? Good chapter if i do say so myself :) )
