CHAPTER : 28

(continuation of the previous chapter)

Enola : Arthur, like I said earlier to perform magic or to convert Mana into a spell, you need to have the complete knowledge of Mana, and how Mana works in a spell.

In my case, I used my Mana to melt the broken pieces of plate and joint the pieces together, giving it a new shape. To put it In simple terms, it's like a goldsmith forging a gold chain, first melt the gold using fire and then let the melted gold cool down in a container.

Arthur : I see, I think, I understand mother, thank you very much for your explanation.

Enola : (with a *simple smile*)  I see, so you understand it ah, Arthur. Good for you.

Enola (inner thoughts):   my sweet silly little Arthur, only if it was that simple to understand. You need to have complete knowledge on Mana, and Mana core, to understand what I just said, You are just a child, so you are just pretending to understand, not to upset your mother. What a sweet boy.

(Enola was unaware of the fact that not only does Arthur has the complete basic knowledge of Mana but he can also absorb Mana as well. After hearing his mother's explanation on Mana, Arthur makes an excuse that):

Arthur :  mother I think I forgot something with sister Diana, I will be back in a minute.

(before his mother could respond, Arthur quickly rushes outside his chambers and starts heading toward his training grounds in the forest. After a while Arthur reaches the training ground, upon reaching Arthur looks around him making sure no one was around. Arthur was confident that no one was around so he starts absorbing Mana, After absorbing enough Mana):

Arthur :  well, I absorbed enough Mana, Now mother said that "one should know the process of the dish he is preparing", in this case process of the spell, I think I have the basic knowledge on how a spell works. If I remember it correctly, I need to focus my Mana into a single point of my body and unleash it, but I tried this many times till now, and I failed, why though, I know the process.

(Arthur then remembered his mother's words that is,  'you can't prepare a DISH just with your knowledge alone, with no ingredients Arthur')

Arthur : that's it. Now I get it, all this time I have been doing it wrong, what I should be doing is….

(Arthur closes his eyes, and raises his both hands pointing straight towards a huge tree, wile bending his right knee a little and slides his other foot towards his back, Arthur then focuses his absorbed Mana into is open palms, while doing so his shoulders emmet a green light, which starts moving towards his palms When the green light reached his palms, Arthur quickly opens his eyes and for his surprise Arthur eyes spots the wind mana in light green colour was started gathering in front of his palms, After feeling confident enough Arthur closes his palms with his fingers like a fist which shots the gathered wind Mana towards the tree. After the shot, Arthur slides a few steps back due to the shock wave, {or due to recoil}, when he looks at the tree to check what had happened to the tree he shot. The huge tree had a huge hole in it, The huge hole was caused by the wind Mana shot by Arthur.)

Arthur prospective:

 Yes! Yes! I did it! yeah!.

It's Just as I thought. All this time I was so focused on the process, I never paid attention toward the final dish at all, it's likes I had no idea what I was preparing to began with, I was just boiling an empty pot, To put it simply till now I focused Mana into a specific point in my body, true, but I never thought about, what that Mana should do once it exits my body, that's the reason I couldn't use wind magic before.

(Arthur looks up at the blue sky and clench his fist and takes a deep breath, mumbles to himself with a barite smile that  "thank you mother")
