"William, you mean to tell me you let a weak necromancer slip by?" The professor said to the commander, who was standing in his tent as the professor sat on his chair.
"No... I... We... We searched the whole forest," the commander tried to defend himself but quickly stopped as he felt an intent stare from the professor.
"How incompetent can you be? None of the other bases are like this... Do you know what your higher-ups will think if I make them aware of this blunder...," the professor berated angrily
The professor, who was the principal of the Lux kingdom, had been called over by Seraphina when she noticed the commander and his men mobilizing in search of the creature that might pose harm to her and her colleagues.
The principal, her grandfather's good friend, quickly responded to the call, storming into the commander's tent with a complaint.
