"A year?!... A year of what?!" Ossa thought, unable to grasp what Mystara had said.
"How could I be asleep for a year? So does that mean this girl is Bel?"
"Hey, why aren't you saying anything, just looking at us so blankly?" Umbranis said by the side, interrupting what Ossa believed to be his words.
But in reality, he wasn't saying anything, emotionlessly looking at them—not as strangers nor friends, but with simple indifference.
"Hey, what do you mean? I am talking to you now..." He paused, realizing that his thoughts did not echo out, seemingly trapped within the walls of his mind.
"What's going on?" he began to panic, now shouting at the top of his lungs, yet nothing came out. He could see them, sense them even, yet he could not talk or control his own body, a strange, almost creepy sensation.
