Meeting the Wizzy

The [Guild Hall] was pretty much useless to Qin.

After looking around, Qin nodded his head, satisfied. He then walked northwest of the spawn area and arrived at a 'store-like' area. Qin automatically knew that it was the [Mystery Box Shop].

Standing in the middle of the shop, which had a dark velvet carpet, was an old man dressed like a wizard in blue. Scouring his memory, Qin recalled that his name was [Bob the Wizard] or something. However, he wasn't sure if that was the case.

Walking in, he said, "Excuse me, what offers are there today?"

"Lance, is it? Or do you prefer Qin?" The old man asked amiably.

"You aren't an NPC?" Qin widened his eyes in shock.

"What is an NPC?" The old man cocked his head in curiosity. He scratched his head, confused.

"Nevermind… Uh, you can call me Qin by the way," replied Qin after he recovered.

"How should I address you?" Qin asked politely.

"You can call me [Bill the Wizard], Bill for short." The wizard said.

"So you are a wizard! Wait, what spells or skills do you know?" Qin was surprised because in the OG ROTMG, Bill was an NPC and knew nothing but that the fact that he sold stuff in the Nexus, where Qin had arrived just a minute ago.

"Uh… Marketing, advertising, economics… and stockmarket trends?" Bill said uncertainly. He sheepishly grinned.

Qin nearly choked as he tried to swallow the blood that threatened to spill out from his mouth.

'Marketing? Advertising?' A vein bulged ominously at his forehead.

"You… Are you alright, Qin?" Worried, Bill asked Qin hurriedly.

"I… I'm ok, " Qin wheezed.

"Good! You had me worried for a second there." Bill sighed in relief.

"T-ten character [Fame] f-for o-one m-measly store [Fame]?" Qin let go of Bill and looked like he had aged 10 years.

"Hey!" Bill shouted.

"WTF do you want Bill? Can't you see that I'm depressed right now?" Qin snapped at him.

"Wait! Could it be… you can change this stupid rule?" Qin looked at Bill with gleaming eyes.

"Please! I beg you!" He rushed at Bill once again.

Bill: "… " *Backs up*

"Hey! I WAS saying, or trying to say that there actually isn't any difference. Let me ask you a question; how many hours did you play ROTMG each day in your previous life?"

Calming down, Qin sank deep into thought.

"Uh, about 2 ½ hours combined in total each day." Qin finally made up his mind after a while.

"You were good at the game?" Bill asked.

"Yeah, pretty good. I would say… top 10?" Qin said hesitantly.

"How many times have you messed up in the game due to external factors, be it sweaty hands, tired hands, tired eyes, pressure from school, distractions, bad internet, bad computer, or just the fact that you suck?"

"I'll see you later, when I have enough [Fame] or if I have any questions." Qin waved at Bill and walked to the northeast of the spawn area, where he saw another portal.

However, this one was simply decorated with some gold-like material and what seemed to be wood.

"This should be the [Daily Quest Room Portal]!" Qin said to himself.

"Ah the good, old days… " he sighed, recalling past memories.

*Steps into the portal*

Qin arrived in a long cave. Without thinking, he walked towards the back of the cave. As he walked, he organized his thoughts.

'There should be a [Login Seer] and [The Tinkerer] at the back.'

'Are they non-NPC's too? I hope they aren't NPC's. They're so boringgggg.'

When Qin arrived, what he saw blew his mind and caused him to lose control of everything.
