Observations

Turning around after finishing his fight he saw Tearia surrounded by three men with a clearly displeased look plastered all over her face but as if completely oblivious to the obvious they still proceeded to talk to her regardless of that or her attempts to ignore them. Letting out a breath of air Xilo steadily approached those unfamiliar faces to lend a hand.

"No, I'm not alone."

"Oh? But we don't see anyone?"

"That's right, no one's here."

"Why don't you hang with us instead."

"I'd really rather not."

With persistence and stubbornness they ignored her as one of them brought their hands up in an attempt to grab her arm. Disgusted with the way they were acting she attempted to back away only to bump into a fourth person's stomach that she didn't see before. Fiercely turning around in anger she was about to start a fight before she noticed Xilo's face in front of hers all of a sudden. As the arm closed in on her he grabbed it tightly with Tearia in his chest right before it was going to touch her. Not letting go he continued to tighten his grip as he got a little angry.

"What's going on here?"

Xilo's voice was like a bucket of cold water to them as they heard it mixed with some slight impatience as they froze where they stood. Taking a second to recover they stared at the figure behind Tearia as they slowly regained some of their courage after that being startled.

"Who are you?"

"I'm with her obviously."

Pointing to the girl at his chest he slowly brought her around behind his back to keep her at a safer distance while also letting go of the thugs arm he had grabbed. Once Tearia was behind Xilo she no longer had that same look or feeling of damsel to her anymore as she stared at Xilo with an unsettling calmness as if observing him. "Now what will you do Xilo?" Xilo, not noticing that, continued talking to the three people in front of him. Staring at Xilo they slowly took in his looks and demeanor as they compared themselves and made themselves jealous in their own hearts but they didn't back down because there was three of them there at the moment so if anything happened they were all confident.

"Oh, oh Is that so?"

"But you left her before? Clearly you're just lying."

"Exactly."

"Why does it matter? you're clearly bothering her so leave. Simple."

He was getting more and more impatient dealing with them. With all the things he had to worry about already he was already more easily agitated then normal and if you combined it with their scummy act that he loathed seeing his patience was already a thin line as is. Not noticing the anger creeping into Xilo's voice they kept on attempting to argue with him pissed off that someone had gotten in their way.

"Listen here pretty boy. this isn't exactly a place for you either no?"

"Are you sure you can even protect yourself let alone others with those looks?"

"Ya, ya,"

Seeing their display and hearing their taunts Xilo let out a long sigh before he let his anger get to him as he turned to face Tearia who once again was looking uncomfortable and started walking away before he did something he would regret. He wasn't running away he just simply didn't want to resort to violence especially with a lot of people still around who could see them though the three thugs themselves didn't know that. Seeing him turn to walk away they got smug as they figured they were right until they saw him dragging along Tearia with him as well. With anger and cockiness in their voice the leader of the group charged at Xilo confidently and punched at him.

"Don't Turn your back when someone else's talking to you!"

Sensing the person attacking him, Xilo finally gave up as he threw his hand back and grabbed the fist before turning around, stopping it dead in its tracks. No longer caring about being polite Xilo gripped his fist hard as the man's hand slowly started to emit cracking sounds under the pressure and struggle.

*Crack*

Feeling the pain he quickly called for assistance as he struggled to break free from Xilo's grip before his hand was completely crushed. With that two more joined the fight against Xilo and he was stuck in one on three. Some people had already noticed the commotion and started to pay more attention but no one came forth to help the disadvantaged Xilo. Seeing two more pairs of fists come out at him, Xilo was able to get an accurate guess at their strength which gave him some confidence. "Only Third Stage, Shouldn't be too hard." Jumping back he avoided the other two and let go of the first but instead of staying on the defensive he took the initiative. If he didn't and ended up getting caught in their pace he'd lose regardless.

Feeling Astral Energy flowing through his body he charged at the two thugs who just missed their attacks while the other was still dealing with the aftermath of his hand. With a vicious smile he grabbed their shoulders and smashed them together before they could react and kicked them away leaving them dizzy and in pain. Turning to the leader while he had the chance he bolted towards him. But unlike the other two he was more quickly to react as he dodged to the side seeing Xilo punch at him only to be met with another punch in the gut afterwards. Keeling over after feeling that Xilo took advantage of it and grabbed his head as he smashed his Knee against his face completely breaking his already rough face. After that he dragged the leader and tossed him at the other two still recoiling from the head trauma.

Tearia sat at the side patiently waiting for Xilo to finish as she saw another new side of him. "Who knew he could get so aggressive." She usually only saw him usually be stoic even when he was fighting most Astral Beasts excluding the one time from before. But seeing him so angry and most likely for her sake made her happy as she joyfully watched him walk up to the three withering on the ground slowly. Arriving in front of them he gave them one last kick and punted them as far as he could. Finished, he finally vented some of his stress and calmly walked up to Tearia. He didn't like being so violent but with his current emotions he let his anger get the best of him. So while a part of him felt a little bad about what had happened he still mostly felt refreshed.

"Come on let's go."

"Alright"

Meekly nodding she followed Xilo home without saying anything else.

Enjoy
