Rene to Apartment

Rachel couldn't help but stare at the scene in front of her at this moment, even though she really wanted to grab and throw Rene, who came and suddenly hugged Niels like a lover they hadn't seen in a long time. Luckily Niels didn't reply, and instead seemed amused and awkward.

"There's a lot of rumors about you on campus, Professor," Rene said, after feeling enough to hug Niels with a reason of concern.

"What are they saying?" asked Niels.

"They said you were dead, and…" she trailed off, glancing at Rachel scornfully. "Being one of the victims at CI."

"Oh my..." Rachel annoyed.

"Ah, that's not true," Niels continued before Rachel became furious. "I... just went somewhere a bit secluded and didn't communicate with anyone. That night I was in a rush," Niels lied.
