When it all began

It was a normal day for Mochi she got up and began to get ready for school like any other day. Before she left she made sure she had breakfast so she would have been hungry later on. Before leaving the house she smiled at her parents and wave then walked out of the house closing the door behind her. She knew that her best friends, Yufumi and Akira, were gonna be waiting for her so she ran to go catch up with them.

After finally catching up with them she was out of breath she stopped bent over and put her hands on her knees.

"H-hey guys I'm sorry I was late," said Mochi as she was heavily breathing.

"You're always late Mochi, maybe you should start waking up a little earlier so we wouldn't have to start walking without you," said Akira

"You're right I'll try tomorrow," said Mochi as she stood back up and laughed awkwardly.

They began to start walking

"You said that yesterday and for the past week," said Yufumi giving a little bit of an annoyed tone when she spoke.

"Oh... right.... well I did tell you guys to wake me up," said Mochi attempting to make a counterargument.

" We don't have time to come over there to wake you up. We also have things to do ourselves, you know that right?"

"Oh yeah, that's true." As she said that the sky began to get dark but it seemed like she was the only one seeing a giant odd-looking creature. It had almost looked like a clown. It had lots of bright colors but it didn't even have a human body. She got scared and dropped all of her belongings in shock. She was the only one who could see it and didn't know what to do.

Everything froze once her book bag hit the ground. It seemed like everything was in a purple filter was on everything but not her. She turned to her left to see if her Akira noticed what was going on.

"Hey, guys... what's going on-" Mochi stopped mid-sentence to notice that Akira was frozen in place. She quickly turned to her right and the same thing happened to Yufumi.

"Guys are you ok?" She slowly reached out her hand to try and shake Yufumi but her hand went right through her. She gasped and jolted back in disbelief. She fell to the ground as she saw the strange clown-looking figure slowly approach her.

It seemed to not have a physical body it was see-through and it had the appearance of black smoke but it did have a face however it was found blurry to look at all you could make out was the appearance of clown makeup on its face. It seemed to be walking rather drunkenly, it had a sway to its walk. Its head was tilted to the side it had on what it looked like to be a party hat bit at the tip of it there was a long 20-inch curved blade attached to it by a string that was swaying back and forth behind it as it walked. Once it was about six feet away from Mochi it stopped walking and began to talk. 

"Hello there! What is your name little one?" It said in a rather faint voice that sounded as if it was straining its voice to talk.

"I'm-" She said. Mochi wanted to speak however she couldn't. She was too shaken with fear to respond.

"I'm? What an interesting name... My name is _____." It said.

Mochi couldn't make out his name, when it said it all she could hear was radio static. After it spoke she remained silent.

"Don't like speaking much?" it said.

Mochi continued to remain silent.

"Well, I hope I don't scare you. Here I mean no harm I swear. I'm just here to make you happy." When he said that she could kind of make out a smile on its face. It reached out a hand to her offering her help to get up.

Mochi reached out her hand to grab it. She didn't know what else to do. As they were just about to make contact Mochi felt something graze the nape of her neck. She quickly noticed that the blade that was behind it wasn't there anymore. She then quickly moved to the side far enough to move out of the way of its attack.

"What the hell!" She screamed and she quickly got up and began to run away.

The nameless creature let out a sigh as it then teleported in front of her. "Now where do you think you're going? Huh?"

She quickly stopped in her tracks. "How did you-" She said.

"Now where do you think you're going, the fun didn't even start yet." He said as he made the blade move very close to the neck, nearly cutting it. "It's alright "I'm" I will make your death short and swe-" Before finishing its sentence it froze entirely.

Mochi slowly backed away in fear. "What the hell is going on! I was just trying to get to fucking school." She then turned around to try and make it back to where her friends should be and then suddenly a tall pale slightly buff man with blonde hair and a weird tux on appeared out of nowhere. Mochi didn't notice quick enough and ended up bumping into him and falling back.

"Ow..." She said and she looked up to see what she bumped into. She looks at the man and then soon locks eyes with him. "W-who are you? What am I doing here? Do you know how I-" He cut her off mid-sentence. 

"Look you don't have time for questions so I recommend you to shut up and just take this." He made a large red and black sniper rifle appear in his hands and he tossed it in her hands. "I'll answer any further questions you have after you kill that...thing."

"H-how am I supposed to even do that. I've never shot a gun before let alone a sniper." She exclaimed in a panic.

"I don't know and frankly that's not my problem." He said with a somewhat smug look on his face.

"Can you at least tell me what your name is and if my friends are ok?" She said in an annoyed tone.

"You don't need to know my name just call me Boss ok? Also, your friends aren't in this place we're in right now so they won't be harmed right now at all. That's all the time I have right now but I'll be back once this is over. Ciao." After he finished his sentence he snapped his fingers and disappeared.

"Screw that dude." She said as she stood up holding the sniper in her hand. She then heard a voice behind her.

"Where did you get that little one!? Give it here!" The like clown creature had unfrozen and began to speak to her.

"I forgot you were still here." She said. "Now how do I use this thing?" She said to herself as she lifted the sniper scope to her right eye and aimed it at the creature. She didn't notice but one of her eyes had changed from a brown to a crimson red once she lifted the rifle. Even though she had never used a sniper before she suddenly knew what to do. She aimed and locked on to its shadowy body and pulled the trigger.
