When vile finally thought that they could survive this. He saw something and lost all hope. When vile pushed the dead beast off of him. He saw fino tribe's chief getting torn by group of beast. Even thought fino tribe's chief was barehanded he killed more than a dozen beast.

But it was all for naught. As he got besieged by more beast and he was missing chunks of meat on his body and before dying he gave a vile a look which seem to tell vile to keep fighting.

Vile wanted to get up and kill every beast in his sight. But his body is not responding until he saw the look of his comrade gave before dying. He got up and pulled the spear out of the saint beast with sheer will.

He slashed at beast which was pouncing on him and kept repeating that again and again. He didn't know how much time has passed or how many beast he had killed. Until his injured leg finally gave up and a beast bit on his sole hand and ripped his muscles out.

Vile noticed that everyone else were long dead, he was the last one left. On his last breath, vile's only wish was that his wife and unborn baby could live.

Inside the bunker, after it was closed from out side. There was only silence. And sad atmosphere. Until time passed and sounds of fighting was heard With the ceiling vibrating. Everyone stayed silent with mothers keeping their hand on children's mouth.

Jessie saw despair on everyone's faces. The sound of fighting continued for half a day until all they could hear was sound of beast roaring and grunting. Jessie could understand what had happened. She didn't want to believe it.

She looked around to see wife's of other chiefs and soon noticed that they also look at her. Slowly tears started to fall from her eyes. Images of vile dying and getting eaten by beast coming to her mind.

She placed her hands on her stomach and keep saying while her body started shaking

"it's not true, it's not true it's no…"

A hand was placed on her shoulders which stopped her from mumbling as she look up. Wife of fino tribe's chief placed a hand on her shoulder and said with tears in her eyes.

"we need to strong for our tribe and our children. So, please don't go crazy. At least for you unborn child and dead husband. "

Jessie body stopped shaking. She look around to see her tribe's women and children who were look at her. She felt guilt and sadness. Jessie looked back at the women who spoke it her and nodded while wiping tear in her eyes.

Two days had already passed, any hope of their husbands, fathers or brothers surviving had died. The chief's wife who spoke to jessie took a lead and made people eat while telling

all of them to live for their children.

They got food for them to survive underground for almost 1 month. and jessie told everyone that duke from the empire will rescue them in that time.

Half a month already passed, with the stones on the walls stopped illuminating. And as time passed food started to run out. People started to loose hope.

A month passed , with food already ran out. Kids and women started to grow hunger. During this whole time they could still hear the sounds of beast. One more day has passed. Until one of the women suggested to leave the underground bunker.

At first on one supported her but after half a day passed they couldn't ignore children going any more hungry. So it was decided to open the underground bunker for hunting food.

Unfortunately, it turned out bad. As two beast got inside the bunker and killed almost everyone before the beast were killed and the bunker was closed. Jessie due to being pregnant stayed back and survived. With only 4 women and 6 kids left alive. They ate the raw meat from the two dead beast to survive. But that to didn't last long.

Time passed with no food. Those survivors too started dying one by one. It wasn't long before jessie was left alone in the dark with no food and foul smell. She started to remember her own life and her husband which gave her will to live. It seems some how her unborn child kept her alive.

Days passed, jessie didn't know how much time has passed until one day she started to have pains. She knew that baby is coming out. It was hard and gruesome for her to give birth.

But somehow she managed to give birth. She felt very weak but as she saw her son. She hugged him. Jessie noticed how her son wasn't crying. After she noticed how he was looking at her with his big golden glowing eyes. She felt her all worries disappear for that movement.

When sam first started to feel himself having consciousness. He noticed he couldn't open his eyes or move his body. It didn't take him much time to figure out that he was inside someone's belly.

He tried to see if he could still see his system and it worked. He still couldn't open his eyes but somehow he felt he could see only a while screen with few words.

It seems he was not seeing it. But information is inside his head which makes him feel like he was see it. as time passed, with nothing to do. Sam started cultivating and when he did. The system popped up.

It surprised sam. When he looked at the word QI he finally understood that the energy he was cultivating is called Qi. He remembered that in his past life there are somethings about Qi. How its is the life force and somethings.

But, sam knew that Qi isn't just life force as it was present even in non living things. As sam started to cultivate he forgot passage of time. Until he felt something. It was his mothers feeling which was full of sadness and regret.

Sam wanted to comfort his mother. So , for that day sam started to send Qi to his mother and it worked as his mother seemed to stop worrying and started being a little happy.

It was all going fine. But one day sam once again felt his mother emotions. But this time he felt pain, sadness and a huge feeling of loosing some of close to him. Sam knew this felling more than anyone.

Sam for the first time wanted to know what happening in the outside world. So, sam started to bring the his Qi to his eyes . it take longer but for the first time after a long time sam started to see.

But what he saw was pain and sadden, pained and crying faces of women. They seemed to inside a closed space along with his mother. As sam tried to see what was out side this closed space. He saw something he never expected.

He saw bloody red shining beasts outlined energy eating human shaped energy. Sam finally understood what was happening. It seems they were inside some kind of underground safe house. And all men were outside.

And everyone outside seems dead. It seems his father might be among the one who died and that's why his mother seemed to be in agony. Sam felt sad and wronged. It seems his father has died before he was born.

And he didn't even know if his mother and him can survive after looking at the beast. And to sam's despair for the first time his mother seems to reject his Qi. But soon he could feel the passage of Qi after some women talked with his mother. Sam felt thankful for that women. Sam was lost in thoughts on how he could help. But, the only thing he could do was supply Qi to his mother.

Days passed and sam saw how the energy emitting stones were out of energy. And soon they ran food. Sam felt helpless and wanted to do something but all for naught.

After 2 more days sam saw few of the women opening the bunker. Sam wanted to scream loudly to stop as he saw 2 beasts right outside. Sam watched helplessly as those two beast kill people one by one until some of the women killed them with injures.

But, it was already to late as many lives were lost. Sam saw how they lasted few more day until everyone else died due to hunger. Even though sam didn't know anyone . he felt pain and sadness.

He kept collecting Qi from the surrounding and sending it to his mother. Until one day sam could finally felt he could move and it was the day he was born.

When he opened his eyes for the first time all he could see was darkness. After some time even in pitch darkness sam somehow finally saw his mother. She was beautiful even with tear marks on her face.

Sam remembered aunt samantha when he saw his mother's face then he heard her say.
