I finally finished my last set and threw the barbell onto the ground. A small crater formed at the impact which wasn't surprising since I just threw down something that weighed several tons. My physique could deteriorate if I didn't work out and I could conclude with tests that even without working out for millennia, I wouldn't be weaker than what I was before I took the serum.
I was about to go do my cardio when Crow reported aircrafts flying over the region. Maybe moving to Europe wasn't the smartest decision, but I preferred it over America. The Blitzs is what they called it and it was German's campaign to bomb parts of the UK.
Though the wards of my new mansion would hold up against them fine enough. The reason I moved here was because the labyrinth wasn't the cosiest place to live, I wasn't a mole so I needed a good vacation home.
Though as I view the incoming destruction through the eyes of Crow, the unexpected happens. Many of the bombs fail in their task and the answer is given to me when I stare at a woman who gave off the aura of god. Though she immediately made eye contact with Crow and winked before disappearing.
"That certainly isn't good," I said to myself and looked at the door since I heard Iliana footsteps approaching. "What is it, Iliana."
She opened the door and stared at me with determination in her eyes. "I am going to kill Hitler."
"Cool be careful of his bodyguard though I would hate to have to resurrect you," I said and she blinked.
"Just like that. I thought you didn't want to antagonise Hades," She said, the wards making sure Hades didn't know we were using his name.
"I have a decent profile of his personality from my mother and at this point, I doubt he would go out of his way to punish us for killing his son. His dad's protection is dwindling with every innocent kill he does." I replied. Jews weren't just discriminated against but also getting killed now, along with plenty of innocent people in other countries, so I am sure his father isn't approving. "You know you could do things without asking my permission, right."
"I know but I will still tell you when it could endanger our lives," She said and I smiled. I wanted her to be less dependent on me, though not on the level of her messing with gods or whatever.
"Good luck then and try going for a quick assassination rather than a brawl, while you have a good magical arsenal and physique, better not underestimate your opponent." I said, "Rumour has it, two of his cousins are fighting him as well, you could collaborate with them if you want."
"Cool, I will be heading out then,"
"Wait, I have a new tamed monster in the backyard. Mantis Shrimp inspired, but fiercer." I said,
A mantis shrimp had one of the fastest and strongest punches in mundane nature so a magical one would be far more impressive so I used my powers to create one. "Before you get it, however, I have an important question. Since we will separate, how will I take care of my needs?"
She facepalmed. "I'll teleport back every night. Though I still don't understand why you need to have sex every day. I can go months without it,"
"Unfortunately my good looks came with a cost. Curse you mom and your promiscuous genes," I lament.
"Shifting blame onto others, Ezra." She shook her head. "I will try to be back as soon as possible, don't miss me too much,"

While Iliana was busy with her personal mission it was time for me to be productive once again. What better way than to pay Daedalus a visit. I wanted more weapons, while he was no Hephaestus, you didn't need to be him or one of his children to make good weapons, especially if you were one of the smartest people alive.
"I need a good mace for my armour foes, don't really need a spear with my bident. So a greatsword would be fine for a third weapon." I said as I relaxed on the couch.
"Is that all," He asked and shook my head.
"You and I will be designing nuclear weapons in the future. A trump card would be nice if a god wants to mess up my day. You can get started on the project now, I have business to attend to in an hour." I said before leaving. I was meeting up with Aphrodite in a hour, so I would like to take this time to dress up so she wouldn't decide to dress me up herself with her powers.
So I moved to my own area in the labyrinth, reaching it easily since the place wanted to please its new master. I just put on an expensive suit with a flat cap on my head. I looked like a peaky blinder at the moment but I prefer this over whatever Aphrodite would concoct.
After that I quickly arrive at the location Aphrodite told me to meet her at. It was some random restaurant, I think one of my siblings owned. I easily stepped in since I was already booked and waited at my table.
I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes before Aphrodite showed up, though she came with someone I never met. It was a petite Japanese woman and I wondered if they were my mom's girlfriend.
"Hey Ezra, I see you are already here. Oh yeah, this is Eros your brother," She said cheerfully and I blinked.
"You're a woman?" I asked.
"It seems I am, sorry about that. I'm in this form because you apparently find Japanese girls attractive," He/She said before transforming into a man. "Never mind my previous episode, it is nice to meet you, little brother."
"Yeah you too man. I wasn't expecting any guests though." I said as I continued taking bites of my meal. Being rich is nice, I could eat whatever I liked.
"I thought it was about time you met a few of your siblings, especially since I expect you to live a long life," She said. "Still I am not sure why you chose to move to England, why not Amsterdam or something."
"I like the weather. Plus it is a nation I was born in, so why not," I replied.
"Liking this dreary weather, I can count the number of times I visited the country and it wasn't raining on one hand," Eros said. "Rumours has it our king personally cursed it with bad weather because the Queen Of England, who was his lover at the time cheated on him,"
"Really now that is fascinating, I haven't heard the tale," I said intrigued, I always liked Greek Mythology and their stories so I wanted to hear things that weren't recorded.
"Not many have. Your brother was the reason for the queen's infidelity because apparently Zeus didn't get him off," Aphrodite interjected. I wanted to sigh at the reason, but every one and their mother was bisexual and horny in this mythology so I have to get used it.
"And the bribe from Hera certainly helped my decision," He said. "So Ezra, any chances of participating in the war, I hear you are quite the warrior."
"No but speaking of war, I saw a god recently. She had olive skin, dark hair and eyes. She saved my town from a bombing," I said and both my brother and mother nodded.
"Ishtar, Goddess of Love and War. Lovely woman, well most of the time," Aphrodite said, as she ordered herself some food.
"The Anunnaki?," I asked. Information on other pantheons was scarce; Daedalus knew a bit about them because he was so old, but his knowledge of the subject was lacking.
"Yep you sure do know your mythology, I guess it can't be called a myth really. We aren't meant to inform demigods of the other pantheons, but I would rather break a rule than let you die by being unprepared especially since Europe is a hotspot for gods," Eros said and he too began eating.
I regret never reading the other books but I wasn't that interested in other myths, besides Norse and the books about them I didn't read.
"Killing the gods of their pantheon is possible unlike ours, though they do have an afterlife."
"For example, the Egyptian Gods were mostly banished by magicians, it honestly brings me shame to be lumped into the same category as them," Aphrodite said with a shake of her head. I raised my eyebrow at the information, it honestly made them sound pathetic unless all their magicians were Merlin or some shit.
"So how is your love life," Eros asked and I groaned. We continued our dinner while we chatted away. Though I was in a contemplative mood, the news intrigued me with something fierce and lit up my ambition once again.
