CHAPTER 2

Mom am home"I announced to my mom,the best mom ever,she is the only person I can run to for help.

"Hey sweetie you are back,how was everything"she asked with a smile plastered with cute Dimples on cheek making her look more younger than her actual age.

 "It was great sunshine" i replied her with a smile running upstairs to freshen up before she starts asking her routine questions."so tell me what happened in school today",she would want to know how my day went in details and am not cut in for that now.

 I slid under the shower and I felt a chill as the waters dripped down my body , making the memories of things that had happened that month come flashing like a video triller.

 "I wish I could help you my dear friend"I said almost like a whisper to myself as I came out of the bathroom unaware of the presence of my mum in the room.

 Logan,dennis,leah and I are best of friends presently having issues with his girlfriend and it has been affecting him,he has been keeping to his self which is so unlike him.

 "What happened sweetheart, you look worried,did something happen in school today? mum asked curiously, she tapped me as i was still unconscious of her presence .

 "Holy cow".....I cursed under breath as i jerked out of my thoughts. Mum.... I called in surprise,for how long have you been standing there?" i asked as I move towards my closet to select a light home comfy to put on as I had no plans to go out anymore.

 "I'm sorry for scaring you but you were so lost in thought so I had to call you back, you looked worried what's up with you? She asked

"Mum is the food ready?we can talk over dinner" I replied so she won't be so worried.

 That's a good idea.... I'll go set the table,join me when you're done.she said as she was halfway out of my room.

 I dressed up,did a light makeup,pick my phone and ipod as I left the room for dinner.

"Sweetie can you explain what happened to you that made you so moody because I realized that you didn't tell me much when you arrived from school"she said after a long silence.

"Sigh,mum do you remember the guy I told you of,Logan,my best friend,his girlfriend Leah is really giving him heart ache.

"What do you mean by heart ache,in what sense"she asked curiously

"She is cheating on Logan with Spectre,you know being a guy, Logan is acting strong in which I Know he is not"I said with my eyes wet with tears.

"Okay honey, don't worry the solution will solve the problem itself" she said with a calm loving face.

"Okay mum,I can't wait to get the problem solved"I said with an heavy heart.
