Arthas and his people arrived at a crossing, he stopped the group. "We rest tonight!" He ordered as he dismounted his horse. Gandalf was not with him as he had gone with Bilbo to the shire, the trio having parted ways. He was on his own now...

He ordered the people by his side to camp as he gathered Bard, The leader of Dwarfs, Dumir, and the leader of the elves, Eiliandir with him. Within a recently established big tent, the 3 stood aside Athas as he opened a map of Middle-Earth on the table. "This here is the map of the world. I have already marked several locations and added Lordaeron. Silvermoon will be the city of elves and Ironforge the city of Dwarfs, the rest will be populated with humans and those of the other races that choose to live there. Stormwind will be the Capital and the wall is to be made in the years to come. I want these cities to be built in the decades to come. what do you think?" Dumir was a Dwarf dressed in armor with black hair, several grey strands showed his age. He was bulky and his body filled with muscles, a hammer resting on his back. Despite his warrior-like appearance, he gave off a friendly and warm aura.

Eiliandir was a handsome elf with visible pointy ears, he had long copper-colored haired with green eyes. His face elegant and handsome, his bearings noble.

Dumir nodded and laughed, "It is good aye, Ironforge, I like that name!". Eiliandir smiled, "Silvermoon, the name and its location are acceptable, as expected of the great Caladcyll. we wouldn't mind living with the humans but we will abide by your orders, Lord Caladcyll.". Arthas nodded at them and turned to look at Bard, the latter nodded solemnly, "We will follow you, no matter what!".

He smiled, "Good then, I want Ironforge to be the center of mining and crafting of my kingdom, The greatest forge in middle earth. Silvermoon will be the center of the elven culture, their ways and methods thaught to all those who wish to learn. Stormwind the center of humanity's greatness and the heart of the kingdom. It is too soon to talk about these now but these cities must all be built in the coming future.".

A young man entered the tent, "Sir, A messenger has arrived from King Thranduil.". Arthas gestured for the elf to be let inside. The messenger bowed to them and nodded towards Eiliandir with respect, then he said, "My King has spoken; A noble Silvan Elf named Âreth shall meet with lord Caladcyll and if both sides agree, she shall be your queen.".

Arthas smiled, "As expected, Tauriel refused... When will this Âreth arrive?". "At the Dawn, seventy days from now."

Arthas dismissed the messenger and sighed. 'I hope everything turns out well...' He decided to focus on the task at hand. "Bard, tomorrow we take the men to reach this place and build a town. Dumir, take the Dwarfs tomorrow and set forth to Ironforge, I need you to mine everything you can get your hands on and send 80% of it to me, the rest use it to make a great city and castle similar to Erebor. Eiliandir what do you want? Go and make Silvermoon or live with humans for the time, I know you don't like living with humans so I understand either way..."

Eiliandir gently smiled, "Lord Caladcyll, it is an honor for us to stand beside you. I think it is for the best to delay making more than two cities.". Bard also stepped in, "I agree, there are 3000 of us. we should focus on building one strong fort for the moment. Ironforge being an exception as a center to mine minerals.".

Arthas nodded, "I see. Then we will do as you said. Bard, I need you to pick the best man for doing business. We need manpower, I can protect the gold and everything by myself but we still need a workforce, I need someone to go hire them.". "I will see to it, my King."

Dumir stepped in, "Sir Bard, We also need a hundred workers. The 50 of us can't make it work in Ironforge, we need 100 or even more... So recruit them for us as well.". Arthas interjected, "No, The manpower you need will be chosen from the men we have with us, choose those with strong bodies, preferably if they don't have any surviving family. At least this way they can focus on learning your craft and forget their loss.". Dumir laughed, "Aye, You are the man in charge.".

Bard and Dumir left only Eiliandir remained. "Lord Caladcyll, I hope you stay mindful of the Dwarfs. They are not to be trusted as history suggests..."

Arthas sighed and looked at Eiliandir seriously, "I understand where you are coming from but I have traveled with them and I know their kind as much as I know yours since I lived among elves for a while. Dwarfs are loyal and trustworthy as you are noble. Trust in me if you can't trust them, We are all one now...". Eiliandir seemed conflicted as he bowed, "I will do as you suggest but I will personally keep an eye on them...".

Eiliandir left the tent leaving Arthas alone. He sighed and murmured, "I haven't even begun and problems are appearing already. I have a long way to go...".

The next day they split into two groups, the Dwarfs that left with 100 men towards Ironforge and Arthas, the people of the former Lake Town and elves. Arthas and his groups carried many chests on their horses, each filled with jewelry and gold so many bandits groups attacked them even though they numbered in thousands; Their efforts were futile since Arthas was an Army in and on himself coupled with the elves, the bandits stood no chance.

A week later Arthas's group arrived at the chosen location. A big and lush forest greeted them, the trees tall and their bark thick and hard. The leaves green and filled with life, birds chirping and streams flowing. The scent of Petrichor in the air due to the recent rain. The cool breeze caressed them as they entered it. The forest was named the Elwyn Forest.

They made a road and moved further inside the Elwyn forest, there he saw it; Small mountains and the intersection of the two rivers. The perfect place to build Stormwind.

On the other side of the land, Dumir and his party began making the Ironforge...

----------

Details regarding the map are: Diamond-shaped ones are castles. Four-point stars are cities and the 5-point star is the capital. Olympus and Asgard are not on the map that he showed to the three but I added it anyway. This map is how the major parts of the kingdom will look like at the end of the 60 year period. The Eastern wall is called the eastern because it is located on the east of middle earth. The blank areas are lands with occasional towns and villages here and there. The Eastern wall has towers in it that soldiers occupy and exchange posts every week that's why there is no city near it. The Great wall is a great wall as the name suggests...
