Logan's schedule has become busier.

In the morning he trains how to punch and kick. Then in the afternoon Rayleigh teaches him about the swords. He ends his day while learning how to dodge and block an attack in a spar.

Logan's wish to learn haki is still not complete but he knows that he is getting more training than a simple marine recruit or an underworld goon.

His punch and kick training mainly consist of when and where to use which type of attack. Logan is trained where to attack to cause much damage and where to attack to cause much pain.

Now he is not treated as a punching bag for slaves. They now train him using proper methods. Logan is confused about their sudden behavior change but as this causes him no harm he does not go deep into this.

Logan does not know that his blood-covered face with a crazy smile on it has caused many slaves to shiver. Many of the slaves now have an inner fear of Logan's madness this is why they suddenly become nice to him and even properly train him.

Moving on Next is his sword training with Rayleigh.

Rayleigh teaches him some of the advanced tips and tricks for using a sword. He has to swing the sword 1000 times on a wooden dummy. After that Rayleigh does a little spar with him using a sword. He is learning how to wield a sword at an incredible pace.

His most improving pace is in dodge and block training. Most of the fighters do not know much about this but slave 1 is an expert in it. He teaches Logan proper martial arts on how to redirect an attack and how to stop the attack before it achieves its full power.

In it, he teaches Logan how to redirect a punch that is on his body to the side without moving and only with help of his hand. He also teaches Logan that in case you have no choice but to take an attack you must move toward that hand or leg before it completes its full motion so that you only get hit by less force.

Like if someone tries to punch you he will take his hand backward for getting more force into that punch. When he tries to hit you now instead of going back you move forward and get punched before he completes his full motion. This will cause the punch to be less powerful and the person who punches will also get destabilized because of a sudden interruption in his motion making a chance for the counter.

Logan knew that this kind of training is only effective against an opponent who did not eat a devil's fruit but he still learns all these techniques like a sponge.

Salves do fighting stimulation between themselves to show Logan about timing and techniques to dodge attacks. This continues for the month and Logan's fighting technique increases at a very fast pace. He is becoming a better refine fighter with each passing day.

At the month's end, Logan chose a 50 million bounty pirate and easily defeat him.

That time he does not hold back and uses a sword from start. The fight ended very fastly and Logan even ended up slashing his opponent hand.

For the past 8 months training now started to show its result.

In 3rd month of his training with slaves, he frees the 3rd and 4th slave they teach him about punching but now Logan master all the techniques and even become more powerful than them that's why he let them free.

This increased the morale of other slaves and they start teaching him with more enthusiasm. In the fourth month after the start of the training, he masters all the kick arts so he again releases 3 more slaves. At this time only 5 slaves are left. This time he fights against a 60 million bounty pirate. The fight is very close he barely able to beat that pirate using everything he got. This reminds Logan that he is not a protagonist whose strength will increase after every fight.

He then makes his complete focus on learning dodge and block skills and sword art. At dodging skills he has much faster results. Sword art training does not show many results. This continues for 2 more months.

Now it's been 1 year from the day he gets transmitted to this world. Logan has released all the slaves and now all his focus is on learning sword art from Rayleigh.

In the last 2 months, he only fights pirates with bounties of 60 million and 80 million. Constant training under one of the best fighters for the past 6 months had made him reach Zoro level in sword art at the start of the canon.

He has barely reached a B- level in overall strength which is the same as when Luffy entered the Grand line. He is only 15 so he still has time but Logan can feel that he reaches his limit.

Outside the Grand line, he has become quite strong but in the grand line, he is still quite weak.

Logan is no sword prodigy this has been proven by the slow progress of Logan in sword art. Rayleigh who was very active in teaching Logan at the start now once again becomes relaxed and lazy.

Logan can feel that Rayleigh is slowly losing interest in him. He needs to achieve a breakthrough in his sword art for things to not go south. For this purpose, Logan has increased his daily training time from 10 to 18 hrs. He is barely doing anything other than training sword art.

This continues for 1 more month but Logan does not achieve any breakthrough this month also. His strength has also reached his limit and does not go above B- level.

Then one-day things happen that way which Logan was trying to avoid so hard.

That day when he enters the training ground instead of Rayleigh he finds a letter and a half-broken slave collar. This scene almost made Logan faint.

The last of the chapter is quite sad for Logan.

He is not talented in Sword art which is a sad truth this causes Rayleigh to lose interest in him.

For Logan, this is his lifetime opportunity but for Rayleigh, it is something he is doing to pass his time.

This chapter is all about how you don't get what you want just from your hard work alone. Other factors like luck and talent also play a major role which we have no control over. Hard work is not a waste but many times only hard work will not make your dream true.
