West Blue, Twar Royal Island.
One of the strongholds of the Capone family is the drawing room of a castle.
Sitting around the round table were the heads of the five West Blue mafia families, with Capone Bege leading the meeting.
They were discussing the only family not invited.
"The recent expansion of the Cross family is too fast. That kid Kahn will attack us sooner or later."
"After the death of the Valli couple, that monster boy took over the entire Cross family smoothly. In just five years, he occupied 275 towns. Among the five major families, the Cross family is now the largest. If we don't unite, he'll take over our territory sooner or later."

The door to the conference room burst open.
A young man in a suit ran in, shouting in panic, "Father, it's bad! We found a giant dragon in the sky outside the island!"
"What?!"
The faces of the four heads changed dramatically.
The three heads glared at Bege.
Ken, who underestimated Cross Kahn, asked in shock and anger, "Bege, what's going on? How does Cross Kahn know we're here?!"
"I want to ask you the same!"
Capone Bege looked angry, suspiciously eyeing the three heads. "This meeting was secret. No one knew except my godson. Who's the mole?"
"Roar..."
Before they could accuse each other, a deafening dragon's roar exploded around them.
The sound waves pierced their ears, making them cover their ears.
Even the windows shattered from the sound waves.
Boom!
A loud thud echoed as something heavy hit the ground.
"What are you doing? Run!"
Capone Bege yelled and was the first to escape the meeting room.
When the three heads rushed out, they found Bege had already disappeared in the corridor.
Boom!
The entire castle shook violently.
The ceiling didn't collapse but was thrown out along with half the castle.
When the ceiling vanished, the three heads looked up and saw a huge dragon head with narrow red eyes staring at them.
The dragon's head was blue, and its eyes were narrow red vertical pupils.
"C... Cross Kahn!"
Seeing the dragon head with a human-like, mocking expression, Ken, who had been so arrogant and confident, was the first to crumble, falling to the ground in fear and calling out the name of the giant dragon as big as the castle.
"It's not easy, but I've finally caught you three old foxes!" the dragon sighed.
"Three?"
Ken and the others were stunned for a moment. Then, their fear turned to anger. "That guy Bege was working for you?"
"You guessed right. You can die knowing the truth."
The giant dragon nodded, then raised its enormous claw and slammed it down on them and the remaining half of the castle. The three heads couldn't even beg for mercy before the impact.
Boom!
Another deafening crash followed.
The last half of the castle was reduced to ruins by the dragon's claw.
The size of the dragon's claw wasn't particularly large, roughly the size of a small sailboat.
Yet, with just one strike, half the castle was blown away, and the remaining half was crushed to rubble.
The sheer destructive power of the dragon's claw was terrifying.
After burying the three heads and everyone else in the castle with one blow, the giant blue dragon, as tall as half the castle, began to shrink rapidly.
In a short while, the huge blue dragon transformed into a young man.
This boy appeared to be only fifteen or sixteen years old but stood at 1.85 meters tall.
Like the blue dragon, the boy had short blue hair and red eyes and wore a white suit.
At this moment, his body emitted a faint blue light, his short blue hair moving as if blown by a breeze, and his entire body floated in the air.
This young man, who had an 80 million Baileys bounty before entering the Grand Line and last year received a bounty of 300 million, was known as the "walking natural disaster," the recognized overlord of West Blue, and the head of the Cross family—Cross Kahn.
