In the end, Yeyin exchanged three pirates with bounties of tens of millions for two battleships. Zephyr would arrange for their delivery.

Recently, Zephyr seemed obsessed with collecting "trash" from others. Such behavior was indeed... unusual.

"Hina, let's head to the next island to wait for them," Yeyin said, then went to sleep. After all, he'd celebrated all night yesterday!

"Interesting guy. He could make a good ally," said a man in a flamingo-patterned cloak, speaking slowly.

"Young Master, shall I arrange for someone to make contact with him?" Trebol asked.

The man referred to as "Young Master" was Donquixote Doflamingo.

"No need. Now that we're in the West Blue, I should meet him personally," Doflamingo replied slowly.

"And their current location?"

"They're about to reach Tataya Island," Trebol answered.

"Tataya Island, huh? Fufufufufu…"

Three days later, Yeyin and his group arrived at Tataya Island.

"This is an unclaimed island. Pirates discovered it and started building a town here," Hina informed Yeyin.

"Over time, some pirates who grew fond of the lifestyle settled down."

"This place has become a town that welcomes pirates. There's no government and no authority," she added.

"So, you're saying this is a lawless zone, right?" Yeyin summarized calmly.

"Yes, you could say that. Since there's no governing body, even we can't impose control," Hina replied, somewhat helpless.

"We can't very well set up a Navy base here, can we?"

"This makes it more of a challenge, don't you think?" Yeyin said, full of enthusiasm.

"You mean because there's plenty of 'trash' to pick up?" Hina muttered in response.

Upon setting foot on the island, it was clear that the locals paid little attention to their arrival. Everyone went about their business as usual. There were casinos, bars, a red-light district… virtually everything imaginable was available here.

If you could think of an entertainment option, they had it.

One thing was obvious: there were no fields for farming. This meant that the island's income came entirely from the sea, or rather, from people on the sea.

"Yakos, you're pretty familiar with this place, right?" Yeyin asked.

"Yes, I've been here before," Yakos replied slowly.

"Here's 10 million Beli. Take everyone out for some fun!"

"Oh, and whenever you have time, make more 'trash,' alright?"

With that, Yeyin handed over a large bag filled with Beli in 10,000 denomination notes.

"Captain Yeyin, you…" Before Yakos could finish, Yeyin had already vanished from sight.

"Major Hina, Captain Yeyin, he…" Yakos was confused and turned to Hina for answers.

"He went to pick up trash," Hina answered casually, taking some Beli herself and heading out to explore.
