Chapter 346: The End

Kaidou dodged the lightning.

"Huff… play all the games you want, but…" He smacked Luffy with his weapon. "Devil fruit abilities alone cannot conquer the world!"

He attacked again. "Roger didn't have any ability, because…" Black sparks of lightning appeared around his steel club. "Only Haki can transcend them all!... Thunder Baqua!" His black-light-covered weapon impacted Luffy's body, sending him flying into the clouds.

Luffy extended his arm and grabbed onto Kaidou.

"Let go of me and come down to fight!" The Emperor yelled.

Vivi noticed a tremendous amount of energy gathering in the clouds. "The Captain is preparing for something big! I think his fight is about to end."

"Should we be standing here?" Usopp asked.

They all looked around. They were only about a hundred feet from the fight, and they had several injured people with them.

"No, I don't think we should…" Nami said.

"Everyone who has some strength left, grab some of the injured and prepare to leave!" Sanji ordered.

"Leave it to me! I can carry a few." Yamato threw Ace over her shoulder.

"I can walk!" Ace complained.

"I'm going to put an end to this!" Luffy's voice came from the skies as a colossal black fist appeared.

"He is going to punch the entire island!" Franky shouted.

"Vivi, that bridge you made should still be there, right?" Nami asked.

"It should. For as long as I remain conscious, my creations should remain in place," answered the blue-haired girl.

"We have a plan then. You guys hurry outside," Sanji said. "I'll stay here and make sure our Captain makes it out too."

Vivi nodded. "Yes… he may pass out after that…"

Kaidou looked up. "Very well… I will take your punch, Straw Hat. Did you know… that twenty years ago, the hero of this land was burned to death?" Kaidou's dragon body started to change colors as flames appeared around it. "Flame dragon torch!"

"You are just the new heroes now, but you will also fail! Your fist will not come down on me, I will melt it into nothing first!"

"I will not burn!" Luffy shouted.

The massive fist collided with the flame dragon, and a shockwave of energy washed over the entire island.

The heat from the fire and lightning caused the temperature to rise a dozen degrees all of a sudden.

The Straw Hat crew hurried to cross the Onigashima castle and reach the exit as it trembled more and more.

The walls started to crack, and the wooden tiles made crunching noises.

Kaidou's fiery manifestation bit onto the fist with all his force. "You fought so hard to reach this point, but you cannot change the world!"

"And what kind of world can you create, Straw Hat?"

"I'll make…" His fist grew in size, and pure white lightning started to emanate from it. "A world…" The energy coming from his fist pushed the fiery manifestation created by Kaidou. "Where my friends…" Luffy's fist impacted into Kaidou's real body. "Can eat…" The blackened fist covered in white lightning pushed Kaidou back, who had now lost his strength to continue to fight back. "As much food…" The entire dragon body of Kaidou was now being forced down and approaching the ground of Onigashima at great speed. "As they want!" Luffy's fist impacted on the ground with Kaidou in the middle.

The fist continued its path of destruction while carrying the Emperors and went through the entire island, reaching the river below and continuing until it reached the floor of the main island.

When the attack ended, Onigashima was destroyed, and Kaidou was buried hundreds of feet deep into the underground of Wano.

It was unknown whether he was alive or dead.

As the island collapsed, the crew made their way out using the Ice bridge that Vivi had previously created.

Once they reached the other side, they turned around and could more clearly see the destruction caused by their Captain's attack.

"Luffy!" Usopp called with worry.

"Looks like he won, right?" Asked Franky.

"He definitely won… I cannot feel Kaidou anymore," Vivi added.

"But what about Luffy? Can he get out of there?" Ace saw as the island collapsed.

"What's going to happen to him?" Nami asked.

"Should I go back and look?" Yamato offered.

"Sanji will get him out, trust him," Robin said.

They all watched as the island continued to crumble and wash over the river and waited.

"Come on, Luffy!" Momonosuke yelled.

"Look!" Kinemon pointed at the sky.

A small figure was approaching at great speed.

"It's them!" Usopp had pulled out his spyglass.

Vivi smiled. "Come on, you damn shitty cook, hurry up!" The crew glanced at her. "Well… Zoro is unconscious, I'm just covering for him."

Sanji landed, completely tired out, and placed Luffy on the ground.

Their Captain was not moving an inch, but he was still alive.

The Straw Hats were finally able to breathe in relief.

The War on Wano was finally over, and they all made it out alive…
