As Byakuya walked to Lucci's house, a thought suddenly occurred to him. 

Since he was planning to expand the "Night" organization, having a uniform outfit for everyone would be best, making it easier to spread their reputation. 

Additionally, since Lucci and his team were now fugitives hunted by the World Government, they couldn't easily show their real faces. 

Wearing masks during missions would help avoid recognition. Hey, this is just like the Akatsuki in the world of Naruto! This could work. 

Having decided, Byakuya decided not to handle these tasks himself but to delegate them to Kalifa and the others. 

After all, as the leader, he shouldn't have to do everything personally. When Byakuya arrived at Lucci's house, he saw Bruno caring for him. 

Lucci was wrapped up like a mummy, covered in dense white bandages, leaning against the bed. 

Byakuya was a bit surprised, "You're not healed yet? It's been a whole day, and you is a f**king Zoan user!"

In Byakuya's view, Lucci had a strong physique and was a Zoan-type Devil Fruit user, meaning he had excellent recovery abilities. 

But now, Lucci looked like he was struggling to move, let alone fight.

Hearing Byakuya's words, Lucci replied somewhat resentfully, "Your strength is just too overwhelming." 

"Even a casual kick from you is more than I can bear. It takes a long time to recover."

"Uh," Byakuya responded with an awkward smile and then searched through the system shop. 

His eyes lit up when he found what he was looking for, and he shot back at Lucci, "I didn't expect that you're this weak." 

"A casual hit from me, and you need a long time to recover, so I brought you some medicine."

Byakuya pretended to pull a syringe from his pocket, the green liquid inside it exuding vitality.

This was Byakuya's first discovery that the shop even sold such items. 

It made sense since he hadn't been injured since activating the system, so he'd never looked for healing items before. 

If he hadn't seen Lucci wrapped up like a mummy, he wouldn't have thought to search for one now.

Lucci examined the serum curiously and asked skeptically, "Byakuya-sama, does this stuff really work?"

Byakuya replied nonchalantly, "I've never used it, so how would I know?"

"Uh," Lucci's face darkened. You've never used it, yet you say it's specifically for healing me. Are you using me as a guinea pig? 

What if I die immediately after injecting it? 

Bruno, standing nearby, silently thought to himself that he knew Byakuya wouldn't be so kind as to bring healing medicine just for Lucci. 

Seeing Lucci hesitating with the serum, Bruno didn't dare say anything, only silently wishing him luck.

Byakuya grinned mischievously, "Just go ahead and inject it. If the serum backfires and kills you, I'll take good care of Kalifa for you."

Byakuya knew the serum was effective since he spent five World Power Points to get it from the shop, and it had to be good. 

But he didn't tell Lucci that, wanting to see if Lucci would inject it.

As the saying goes, someone under someone else's roof must lower their head. 

Under Byakuya's watchful gaze, Lucci gritted his teeth, inserted the syringe into his arm, and injected all the green liquid into his body.

Sure enough, within three seconds, Lucci felt his entire body tingling and swelling as if thousands of ants were crawling inside him. 

These ants seemed to be biting his flesh, causing intense pain all over his body. The waves of pain crashed into Lucci's brain repeatedly.

"Ah!" Lucci's body thrashed wildly on the bed, veins bulging on his forehead and arms, his face flushed, and his waist arching like a boiled shrimp. 

His bandages were soaked with sweat. Damn, this stuff isn't poison. If it kills Lucci, the entire 'CP9' will be as good as done. 

Byakuya quickly asked the system what was going on.

Seeing Lucci look like he was about to die, Byakuya thought, 'This is some discomfort? Not some poison torture?.'

However, Lucci's suffering didn't last long. The pain receded like the tide in less than five minutes, and Lucci's mind gradually cleared.

Lucci rasped, "I... survived? That wasn't poison?"

"Of course not, it's a healing serum I specifically brought for you. Try getting up and see if you're fully healed."

Lucci stood up and felt an indescribable comfort throughout his body. All his previous injuries were gone, with no damage left. 

Not only were Byakuya's inflicted injuries healed, but even the hidden injuries from his excessive training as a child had disappeared. 

With those old injuries gone, Lucci even slightly increased his strength.

Looking at Byakuya, who seemed to know this would happen, Lucci felt a deep gratitude. 

During his years with the World Government, he had never heard of such a miraculous serum, let alone had the chance to use one. 

Such a serum must be precious and would indeed cause chaos if its existence became known. 

Every strong person on the seas, who had accumulated hidden injuries from countless battles, would go to any lengths to obtain it.

Yet Byakuya was willing to use this precious serum on him. He had doubted Byakuya, thinking he was being used as a guinea pig. 

He had hesitated to use the serum, and now he felt ashamed. 

Thus, to Byakuya's astonishment, Lucci knelt on one knee before him and said respectfully, "Byakuya-sama, thank you for the serum." 

"From now on, CP9 will follow any orders you give us with all our strength!"

"Uh..." Byakuya thought, 'What is this? Did the serum mess with his head? This isn't some sort of strange loyalty-inducing substance, is it?'

But this was quite nice, too. He had discovered the serum's effects and unexpectedly gained Lucci's loyalty—a double win! 

Byakuya replied smoothly, "I'm glad you understand my intentions."

With that, Lucci's gratitude towards Byakuya deepened.
