"No, that guy didn't want to join the navy. He mentioned that joining the navy would postpone his chance to act with the pirates."

"What? He wants to invite pirates to make a movie?! Is this guy trying to become a pirate?" Sengoku frowned slightly."

"That guy doesn't want to be a pirate, I can tell. I told him that, as a navy officer, it's not right to invite pirates for acting. He said regular people can invite pirates for acting, and it's not against the law. By the way, Sengoku, do the laws forbid regular people from dealing with pirates?"

"Since you've left Loguetown, I won't make you go back."

After he hung up the phone, Fleet Admiral got up and looked out of the window.

"He's as strong as Peach Rabbit, might have aweken his Devil Fruit powers, and is a great swordsman... The East Blue is an amazing place."

"Even though it's the weakest sea, great people pop up now and then."

"It'd be a waste if this talented person doesn't join the navy."

"Or, we should make sure he doesn't become a pirate."

With his decision made, Sengoku picked up the phone and called Smoker in Loguetown.
