Noble Emblem

A young Brave walked out of his village, gathered companions to his side, defeated the Great Demon King, became famous, then came back with beauties in hand! This was a legend that appears in the world of Seyrol every 200 years! Our protagonist, however, isn’t a Brave. Even so, for over a thousand years his figure has loomed throughout its history. Unwittingly, the name of the Red Priest began to resound throughout the world. Red Priest’s legend included extraordinary sword techniques and magic, erudite knowledge, and an almost prophetic ability to lead young Braves toward the proper path. People of the world think of him as a descendent of the ancient Golden Race which led to his omnipotence. In essence, however, this was just the characteristics of the profession known as ‘Noble’. A word from the fabulousest translator/editor on Earth which is me I took upon this translation/editing project for the same reason I started translating my first Chinese novel. There are just too many big ass gems buried in a deep cesspool. I've long guessed that Qidian stopped introducing good Chinese novels on this platform in order to give some breathing room for English (and other) originals, but I don't agree with such approach. From a reader's standpoint, it is such a shame that we don't even know how many brilliant works we are missing because of the language barrier. To be honest, I'm mainly copypasting from the site called Novelhi. It is a really good resource and their machine translation is the best I've seen so far, and they also translate up to the latest available chapter. Still, they have several issues. For some reason they always miss the last paragraph which make you can missout on a potentially very important information related to a story, and they also have parts where just a couple of words gets repeated for a whole paragraph and it actually replaces the original text. They also translate an ad together with a chapter which is immersion breaking. I'll be correcting the inherent sins of such MTL with manual editing and translation and I will also polish some rough edges so that the readers will have as much seemless reading experience as possible. You will definitely have a better time reading this than me for sure

Amanda was now a businesswoman, a professional type.

In the girl's mind, professionals were the kind of people with strong combat power, but she never thought that there would be a branch of professionals called 'merchants'. Being able to see the origins of most goods was a special ability bestowed by God. For a professional merchant like Amanda, it was the most suitable ability.

Amanda sat in the carriage. The caravan's wagons were in front and behind her, carrying large stones.

She didn't approve of Beta's plan to build a city in the wetlands. After all, the wetlands would turn back into a swamp after winter. Even if the city was built for free, it would sink or collapse very quickly.

But later, she felt that she could continue watching. After all, Beta was a Magician, and Magicians could do many things that ordinary people couldn't imagine. Maybe he had the ability to build a city in the wetlands.

The caravan quickly arrived at the place Beta had pointed out. Amanda stepped out of the carriage, the biting wind and snow fluttering the edge of her fur skirt. She wore thick pants under her skirt. Although she was a professional, she still felt cold. After all, she was only a support type professional.

Her bodyguard, Walcott, also walked down. The two of them looked at the low bungalows in front of them with different expressions.

Walcott's reaction was normal. He was the son of a noble and didn't care about these low buildings.

But Amanda was different. She was a businesswoman and had a certain understanding of architecture. She knew very well that in the winter, it was almost impossible to build a stone house in a place with almost no foundation.

Even if the swamp froze, it would only be one or two meters on the surface, three or four meters at most. Underneath, it was still a swamp.

In order to build such a stone house, a foundation had to be laid. Once the foundation was laid, it had to be at least three to four meters shallow, and at least ten meters deep. In other words, the flat and low stone house could be built on solid ground below it.

Did Beta really have the ability to change the environment? Were all Magicians this powerful?

With this question in mind, Amanda quickly walked forward and wanted to take a closer look at the stone houses. However, she didn't expect that Beta would come out with Shirley and another girl she had never seen before.

The girl was wearing a white priest robe that was so short that the base of her thighs could almost be seen in the cold weather. The narrow skirt completely showed off the girl's waist and buttocks. Avatar was quite knowledgeable and immediately recognized that it was the female priest uniform of the Temple of Storm. Such clothes looked sexy, but both men and women appreciated the female priest robes of the Church of Storm.

Another Master-level expert?

Seeing this beautiful girl's eyes exposed to the cold air without any change, Amanda couldn't help but think so.

At the same time, she was also extremely surprised by Beta's strength.

Generally speaking, it was already something to be proud of for a force or an organization to have one Master-level expert. If there were two or more, it would solidify the organization's position. However, Beta had three, one male and two female.

Moreover, Beta's special ability to turn people into professionals made Amanda more and more convinced that it was a wise choice to join Beta's force and become his accountant.

Beta approached Amanda and said to her, "Let me introduce you. This is Princess Emma behind me, and this is Merchant Amanda, my accountant."

"Princess Emma?" Amanda covered her mouth in surprise and hurriedly bowed. "Greetings, Your Highness. I'm a peasant … Why are you here?"

"I'm Beta's friend. I'm here to visit him." Emma smiled and observed Amanda curiously for a while. She asked in confusion, "You seem to be a professional too, but you seem to be subtly different from regular professionals."

As a Master-level Holy Maiden, Emma naturally had good observation skills. She could sense the strange energy waves coming from Amanda's body, but she could sense that the waves were faint and extremely unstable.

Amanda bowed slightly again and replied respectfully, "Yes, my profession is' merchant. 'This is a gift from my master, Beta."

"Merchant profession?" Emma was exceptionally smart. She immediately understood what he meant. She turned her eyes to Beta. "You can actually turn a merchant into a professional and create a new profession? That's amazing. What's your ability? "

"It's not a new profession." Beta shook his head. "This profession has always existed, but many people just don't know about it."

"A merchant profession." Emma examined this again. "It sounds like a special branch of the Goddess Woking you believe in, just like the Paladins of the Temple of Light and the Wind Wielders of the Temple of Storm. What special abilities do they have? "

"I can see where most of the goods come from," Amanda said with a smile. "Perhaps as I become stronger, I'll get more abilities in the future."

"What a strange ability. But it does fit with the title of merchant." Emma nodded and then said to Amanda, "I'm Emma. I'll be staying here for a long time. Also, Beta promised that I'll have a position here in the future. We'll be colleagues in the future and help each other out if there's anything."

Overwhelmed by the favor, Amanda nodded repeatedly. "I'm happy to be your friend, Your Highness."

Many people became friends only because of a glance or because of a friend's introduction. Under normal circumstances, it was impossible for Emma to become friends with Amanda. Be it the difference in status or power, the two of them were destined to be parallel lines that would never cross. However, Beta was here, and he had spoken. Emma would naturally treat Amanda as her friend.

Because Emma was willing to listen to Beta's opinion on such things.

Emma took Amanda to the side to chat. After all, they needed to solidify their friendship when meeting new friends. Cyril and Walcott also started chatting. One of them was a coachman, while the other was a guard for Amanda and the merchant group. Their lives were clearly very different from before.

This made them feel a little lost. It was one thing to know that they could obtain power, but they had no idea how to continue on.

The two chatted for a while, and then Walcott sighed. "That's Princess Emma."

"Yes, Princess Emma."

Both of them looked very melancholic. To young nobles, Emma had a special meaning. First, Emma was a princess and then a Holy Maiden. These two noble identities made her very popular. And most importantly … Emma didn't seem like she would grow any older. She might always be a little girl. This was because after reaching the Master level, a human's lifespan would increase. As their power increased, their lifespan would also increase. At the Legendary level, their lifespan could even compare to that of an elf.

This also had a side effect. Once a human reached the Master level, their body would stop aging and growing. In other words, they would age very slowly and grow very slowly.

For a young girl like Emma, who was already a Master before she reached adulthood, it would probably take her at least a hundred years to become an adult woman with full breasts and buttocks.

The nobles of Hollevin had a special fondness for young girls. Although Shirley was slightly prettier than Emma, if the nobles who were obsessed with young girls had to choose between Emma and Shirley, they would most likely choose Emma over Shirley.

This had nothing to do with appearance or temperament. It was all about sexuality.

Walcott and Cyril, on the other hand, were completely orthodox young nobles of Hollevin. They had inherited Hollevin's glorious sexuality tradition.

Both of them felt as though their hearts were bleeding when they saw such a delicious little Princess Emma following beside another man.

And this man was their master. They didn't even have a chance to fight for it.

The two young people who appreciated each other's talents put their arms around each other's shoulders and ran to a corner to drink.

Beta commanded the caravan to put the stones in the designated place. Time flew when he was working, and it was soon night.

After a shower, he drove Shirley away from his bed and went to sleep. Very soon, he felt that he was pulled into an enormous golden space again.

Seeing him, Goddess Woking walked down from the golden throne.

After a while, the goddess looked exactly the same as before. Even her appearance hadn't changed at all. But it was quite normal. The goddesses stayed in their divine realms, untouched and untouched. They wouldn't change much even after thousands of years.

"Goddess, it's been a while."

"You're the only one who dares to greet me like that." The goddess was in a good mood. She even had a smile on her face. "When mortals see me, even if they're not my believers, they have to kneel and shout 'long live the goddess'. You, on the other hand, just say 'long time no see'."

A vague fragrance spread before Beta. He chuckled. "What can I do for you, Goddess?"

"Can't I come to you for no reason?" The goddess looked at him with a vague smile.

Opposite him was a goddess. If an ordinary person was stared at by her like this, their bones would definitely soften. However, Betta did not feel anything and just replied politely, "I'm happy to drink and chat with you, goddess. After all, who wouldn't like a great beauty like you?"

"That's what you said. I'll talk to you when I'm free in the future."

Betta immediately let out a helpless "oh".

Seeing his expression, the goddess frowned, but the pretty kind of frown, and then continued: "I pulled you up this time, mainly to ask you one thing... businessman professional, what's going on?"
