Chapter 70:Leaf Shinobi va Fake Leaf Shinobi (3)

'Lava Style: Quicklime Jutsu'

Ken spitted a large quantity of quicklime from his mouth towards the water dragon which upon contact with it caused a reaction that left everyone who saw it amazed.

The quicklime upon contact with the water 'hardened' it which led to the creation of 'cement'.

The water dragon stood rooted at the spot completely turned into a dragon statue.

Ken saw the fake konoha shinobi look at the statue dumbfounded as if they had never expected something to happen.

'Are not they from Iwa which is famous for its Lava release users that use quicklime? Have not they seen it before? With Lava's form quicklime, I am mostly immune from all water-style jutsu.' Ken thought as he wondered if the people in Naruto lacked creativity.

He was hoping to face water specialist users in the future like Kisame. He would give them hope first before crushing it by using quicklime to completely nullify all the water-style jutsus.

Ken could not help but chuckle evilly at the thought of seeing the faces of despair on the faces of water-style specialists.

The others broke out of their shock as they looked at Ken as if he was a mentally disturbed child after seeing him laugh so creepily.

"What was that jutsu?" The guy who just used the water-style jutsu asked

"One of the forms of Lava release, I think. The kid is good for his age. Another Leaf kid genius like Kakashi Hatake and Shisui Uchiha. We have to kill him to avoid future problems for our village. I don't think that we would be able to take him hostage. How much chakra do you have left?"

"Only about half. We would need much more than that to take the kid down. And if these pathetic guards joined him and helped him, our chances would reduce further. We would need the other's help."

The other guy nodded as he shouted

"Regroup here. We need the boy if we want to go out of here alive or kill him if that is the last thing we do for our village and descendants."

He then took a look at the Jonin battle where the head guard was already down and now the two Jonins were trying to keep Shikuro away from both themselves and his student.

But he could see unlike before Shikuro was just playing with them, not even trying to come to help his student.

'Is he that confident about his student's ability? Does he think that a mere genin who is less than 10 years old can fight so many chunins at once? Even if he is the grandson of the Hokage, he stands no chance against us. Anyways, It's a good thing that he is underestimating us while at the same time overestimating his student's capability. It would make our job easier.' The chunin who shouted to regroup thought.

Unknown to him, what he was thinking was mostly right. Shikuro was paranoid at first for his students' safety. But after seeing Ken knock down a chunin just like that and kill another one easily, he was more than confident that his students could handle the threat by themselves.

As for them outnumbering Ken by regrouping, Ken also had his teammates to fight alongside him. The Iwa nin would get a taste of their teamwork. After all, Shikuro himself had fought the three genins and boy were they a lot of trouble.

He also did not want to give his students the feeling that they were safe with him here. So he did not immediately knock down the two jonins. He was more than capable of doing so. While his forbidden technique was his biggest trump card, he had other things to rely on too in case of a ranged fight.

But he decided to stall the fight so that his students could fight as if their lives depended on it and not expect his help to bail them out.

Two more guards managed to regroup with the other two and faced Ken. Seeing this, Itachi and Kabuto left their opponents to the guards and regrouped with Ken.

Ken appreciated their help, he knew that he would not be able to take four genuine chunins all by himself. Scratch that, he knew that he could take them on but it would not be without injuries and well Ken hated pain.

'Long-range ninjutsus are a no-go since it would kill the guards too. It would have been so easy if I could just melt them with Lava release. I can't rely on them either since they are pretty weak and are already riddled with injuries thanks to their earlier scuffle.' Ken thought

"Hey you guards, If you are not going to help? Can you move out of the way at least? I don't want your blood on my hands." Ken irritately shouted as the guards clumsily jumped out of the way giving Ken the space to use his AOE ninjutsus.

But he wanted to end it all quickly and in a heroic manner. He was a ninja and it was his birthright to do cool things.

The four chunins let the guards leave since it would make their task easier.

"Itachi, Kabuto hold them for a just few seconds but keep close to me. If you stray too close to the enemies, Don't blame me for burning your ass." Kabuto and Itachi nodded.

Ken could swear he heard Itachi mumble "Language" but he ignored it and started weaving hand signs

Itachi used his shurikens and fire-style jutsu to keep the enemy chunins busy while Kabuto used his earth-style jutsus to defend both Itachi and Ken from their attacks.

Twenty seconds later, Ken had finished his hand signs. Seeing this Itachi and Kabuto jumped a little back while Ken took a long breath before everything was devoured by Flames.
